First, you need to understand the roles and functions of the CBN, before assessing whther they have done well or not in these duties.

most Nigerians were born into and grew up with the system in which the CBN uses the Foreign reserve to artificially fix the exchange rate (often with multiple exchange rates e.g #450= $1 for Hajj travellers, #520= $1 for international students, #530=41 for Petrol marketers etc) . This is not the core mandate of the CBN ,more over, such policy is no longer sustainable.
Another problem of this artificial exchange rates is that those who got it at a cheaper rate always go back to re-sell it at the black markets at exorbitant prices which further worsen the crisis.

The initial statement by the church was that Ajoke was found abandoned under a truck outside the church premises and later taken to TB Joshua who later decided to adopt her .

If that was exactly what happened, then why is it difficult to provide the evidence of CCTV footage showing when the baby's mother was abandoning her under the truck outside the church ?


I know much about that church to know that they have hidden cameras everywhere that monitors every single thing happening inside and outside the premises. Nothing is missed. Not even a bird flying past, either in broad daylight or at night.

This video released by Scoan is a weak and embarrassing attempt at damage control. It has further exposed TB Joshua as an abuser. He mentally abused the girl in the video.

No matter what she did ,that's certainly not how to treat a child you adopted as your own and who also call you daddy. He was just destroying her without any conscience.

What we now have from the video is another confirmation of what some of us already suspected that Ajoke is TB Joshua's biological daughter from a strange woman, probably one of the disciples he was sexually abusing when he was alive . He didn't know how to deal with it.

He was scared and sensed what was coming after the girl confronted him privately hence his decision to give the her a bad name and disown her in the presence of his church workers and other disciples present while at the same time recording it so that in the future when the poor girl starts to talk it would released to make it difficult for anyone to believe her.


The real truth about TB Joshua is not yet known to the public, especially his followers, who are everywhere defending him . What BBC has exposed is just 5,% . More is coming.

Years ago in this forum and on this board, I described TB Joshua as pure evil who was destroying so many lives and covering it with his outward show of philanthropy.

The people still defending him should be pitied. They're obviously still under a trance the man placed them in when he was alive

If there is anything I know about foreign media outlet and investigative journalism, it is what you wrote up there that I highlighted. They do not mess around. They do not do loose reports. They also do not release their reports in one swoop.

Anybody can make any video at any point in time towards a certain purpose. People can make video of their discarded biological child and claim they found an abandoned baby. No one can ever take care of a child the way the biological parents would. She perhaps would've turned out to be a different person if her biological parents raised her.

She was never part of TB Joshua's family, she never felt like one of them and was possibly not treated as one.

A child becomes really rebellious when they discover that the people who raised them are hypocrites and they loose respect for them. I believe the girl has seen more than enough to even doubt Christianity as a result of TB Joshua's conduct which she has experienced and was once part of.

She basically saw him as a hypocrite and disrespected him so much.

See the hardness in his voice when he commanded her to stand up and afterwards changed to soft and subtle voice while addressing the people. See the way she stood up like a frightened rat.

That is the usual style if you are familiar with property disputes. Some people not well informed find it difficult to believe that Tenants do oppress landlords as well. But it happens.

Some tenants can be a very big headache and they can use the complex, corrupt and long legal process in Nigeria to tie down a property for years! This is common in Lagos.

So most times in property disputes, once a judgement is received, you'll see the judgement creditor rushing to the property either to remove the roof or break it down to ensure those residing in it vacates.

Most times, such a case would have been in court for a minimum of 3 years. If you delay and they succeed in getting an appeal and maintenance of status quo, you are looking at another 3-5 years or more of not having possession of your property. And the value of the property going down the drain.

And during this period, some crooked people may even be sub-letting and collecting rent on the property to tenants that may not know the property is a subject of litigation. Once a party wins the case and decides to take immediate possession, you then see the occupiers crying foul without knowledge of what the judgement creditor has suffered.
