In this case the law states that u should be given a certificate of exemption.
So tell us, who did u bribe or where did u go and forge birth certificate or swear affidavit that allows u to still be mobilized when clearly you have passed the age.

Secondly, if u r serving already then u aren't supposed to accept any government appointment/employment or rather no government agency is supposed to employ u because that will be obstructing your ongoing NYSC service. Except u will not draw salary from the govt for being a minister, then u are defrauding the govt by recieving double payment as an NYSC Corp member and a Federal Govt Minister at thesame time.
In summary, if u must keep this Ministerial appointment then u must defer ur NYSC program.

Thirdly, I am sure u can't be a minister of the federal republic without having either a Discharge certificate or a Certificate of Exemption from NYSC. So u r quoting only the law that is convenient for you.

You can't graduate at 21 and then mobilise for NYSC at 32.
When you serve, you will know better.

From 2001 to 2023 is enough for her to be above the 30 years old limit.
Having one set of rules for some people and another for the less privileged is why our country is like this.
Even NYSC has to explain how she was mobilized a second time. How did her BVN not show her age? Is CBN involved too? How did the security agencies skip this kind of important fact in their report? Were they compromised?
There should be a probe of the circumstances leading to this.

It therefore means she graduated from University at 7 or 8 years old.

After all the evidences produced by jamb, I am convinced that she forged the result. No manner of pity can convince me. Look, I wrote jamb in 2017 and again in 2018. And there was a trend of upgrading results as far back as 2017. So I'm not surprised. For the fact that the format of her results is not the same as those of this year's candidates, just messes up her case.

My annoyance is, this girl had a good result. Her original result is beautiful. 249 or thereabouts is not easy to score in jamb. She can study whatever she wants in any university with that score ,so why did she shot it up like that? 291 or 280 is manageable, but 360!!!? Ah! She shouldn't have chosen that score,it was suspicious. Of course jamb will look into it, she should have known. It's greed, and she even get mind to publicize it and collect scholarship . Person weh thief de hide face. She should have just been low key.

As for those criticizing jamb, please and please, they still have their integrity as a body to protect. They have nothing to gain from this drama but records have to be straight. The best student is not Nmesoma.

NSA is purely advisory in role and serves to coordinate intelligence among the DSS, NIA, and one other (can't recall now).

Major General Ayoola Rtd clarified this much on channels TV this morning.

No it won’t. Visa expiration has different timeframes, depending on the length of your visa. For 6 months visa, unless you overstay 6 months, you have no issue even if you stay up to 5 months
