You are right the south has its numerous problems. But it's thanks to the 1999 Constitution that your northern military elites forced on the country, and which your current elites wouldn't allow to be thrown into the dustbin. That's why jobs are not being created, no electricity and no serious development to keep the youths busy and spread prosperity. The day northerners choose life and not death is the day they will start progressing. We just want out of this mess. Imagine, a state governor in the south was looking at ways of generating non-oil revenue through exploitation of medical marijuana for good purposes but your northern politicians shot down the idea. Can anything good come out from the north again?

I have predicted long ago that northern Nigeria will collapse from within. My only worry is their desire to drag every part off Nigeria down with them.Thats why other regions need to get out of this unholy union as soon as possible. They only want power but cannot do anything positive with it that will benefit the entire country. While other regions prefer life (progress and development), but they want "death" (1999 Constitution, religious zealots, terrorism, child marriage, importation of bandits, etc). Only those who prefer to go down with them will be clamoring for One Nigeria.

In some Yoruba lands there are different royal families that becomes Oba when one dies..
So they rotate it, For example; if the current Ooni of ife dies, the next royal family in line will choose someone through rituals and the new king would be enthroned.
Note: They're all related from the same lineage.

While in other Yoruba lands, it's been the same royal family from inception. So when the Oba dies the Crown prince who is his son will automatically be enthroned..

Don't let us fool ourselves. I am Yoruba too. Back in the days if multiple candidates from the different royal families are vying for the throne, the only way they are selected is by consulting the IFA Oracle. Every palace or town had a royal IFA priest. However these days, it's not certain they follow this model and that's why there is a lot of chaos in the land. Now powerful politicians influence the process to the point that even if the oracle recommends someone, the candidate of the politician is choosen. That's why evil pervades the land. See what happen to the Oba of Lagos. Does that seem like someone selected by the Oracle.

Who does the artifacts belong to? Edo State government or the Oba of Benin palace? Who made them? Where were they taken from? They should be returned to the original owner, right back to the place or people that they were stolen from. I don't trust government to take of them.

Sorry to say that northerners cannot manage any economy. Go back to days of northern region up to first and second republic, point to one northern president or head of state that did astounding well for the Nigerian economy and left indelible mark on the mind of the populace.

Worst in the sense that you will not advise anyone to go for the course.

Worst in the sense that even if you are paid so well to do the course, you will gladly refuse/reject the offer.

Worst in the sense that if you have the power to delete the course from school curriculum forever, you won’t waste any time in doing so...

If you ask me, I'd say it's Microbiology.

I have absolutely no interest at all in the course. In fact, everything about Microbiology gives me the heebie-jeebies!

My background is in Botany and Microbiology. I also have a Masters in Env Science and an even higher degree in Microbiology. Part of my professional experience included working in the oil industry helping to manage oil reservoirs where “bad” bacteria in reservoirs or oilfield facilities create products that can decrease petroleum quality. I also did some work related to bacteria that degrade petroleum in reservoirs. They virtually “eat” up the oil. It is because of bacteria that most of petroleum in countries like Venezuela and Canada is heavy and costly to process. Just think about it, microbes are everywhere, so we have no choice but to know about them and sometimes use them to make great products. Your life on earth here depend on microbes. If they stop “working”, life on earth will cease. During my graduate student days, I always looked forward to going to the lab each morning because the bacteria I used to work on was capable of doing great things like “eating” bad chemicals in the environment and even living at very low temperature. One cell of bacteria can turn to one billion cells in a space of 12 hours. Most of the advancement in modern medicine would not have been possible without knowledge of microbiology because they offer us opportunity to use them for research because of their faster generation time.

The problem is that you live in a country where they don’t do research. Even professors that pretend to do scientific research are only doing so in order to get a professor rank. They have no interest in advancement of the society through research and development.
A well trained microbiologist can work in the following industry: medical industry, petroleum industry, pharmaceutical industry, agricultural industry, food industry, biochemical industry, and several others.

The poster and many others who posted comments here are just too disingenuous. This video show a man who had passion and hope for his country, and came out to protest the killing of northerners by Boko Haram. The question you should ask is "what made him take a different stance?" He appear to be someone deeply involved in Nigeria's travails and probably realized that Boko Haram and terrorism became a weapon in the hands of the northern elites, and most especially the Fulani. Then he was fighting for Nigeria, but now he is fighting for Biafra. He probably realized that fighting for Nigeria is a lost cause and it would be better to do something so that the carnage will not consume his own people. It's like trying to prevent fire from spreading to one of the rooms in a house that is already on fire. Has he not been right about all his predictions of events, most especially the Fulani agenda and the widespread killing by Fulani bandits?

Just as I was a One Nigeria advocate less than 2 years ago. I changed my mind just like he did because I realized that trying to live in Nigeria with the northern oligarchs, especially the violent Fulani, and their poor and largely uneducated masses is simply a lost cause. The day I saw Buhari and some northern elites attend a public wedding of two state governors children's just few days after hundreds of people were killed by bandits in Plateau was the day I changed my mind on One Nigeria. There is no way I want to be citizen of a country with such people.

Just like him, I am now an advocate of Yoruba Nation, except that I wouldn't resort to the style Mr Kanu adopted. Not that I am blaming him for that. This video is actually good for him as it show that Nnamdi Kanu is largely a very reasonable individual. Just look at how gentlemanly he look in that video. It show you that if one is not careful, Nigeria as a country can drive a reasonable person to insanity.

I uses Google map a lot. Most of the Google points for addresses in Nigeria are not accurate. Lagos is fair but still not 100% accurate. So, there are times the location for an address on Google map will fall on another property on the same street in real life

The individual that asked about the job need to go do a reconnaissance trip to the area where the address located without stepping into the place.
