There is no excuse for crime. Have you thought about the victims? Why should they be victimized. Yahoo yahoo is stealing from other people, it is a crime. Get caught, go to jail. There are still unemployed folks in the US, if they are caught committing fraud, they go to jail and more often than none are unable to get any decent job even after doing the time.
