Except those directly affected, the ordinary person may not fully appreciate this sordid story. If you were not there to listen to the story of 17-year old lady, Ijeoma (not her real name), you may not equally believe the story you are about to read. Mr. Stanley Orum alias Mr. Prince is a married, middle-aged man. Orum claimed he deals on telephone handsets and its accessories in Owerri. He is old enough to be the father of little Ijeoma. Mr. Prince is very close to Ijeoma’s family and they have known each other for a couple of years. The harmless, brilliant and hapless young girl used to call him uncle. Ijeoma, due to dint of hard work, got admission to study Mechanical Engineering at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, FUTO. It was a happy development and the family was still savouring the good tiding when Prince put the spanner into the works. How he hatched the plan to devour the little girl remained his guarded secret. Not even his wife knew about the plan and it never showed on his face. All the same, he carefully crafted and carried out the plot. •Stanley Orum The story is best told by the girl, who spoke exclusively to CRIME GUARD amidst intermittent sobs, when her assailant was paraded by the police in Owerri.” The man I previously regarded as an uncle messed me up on July 16, 2011. I was on my way to school when Mr. Prince saw me and pretended that he was going my way and offered me a lift. He actually dropped me in school. After my lecture, I again saw him and he offered to take me home but ended up taking me to a strange village”, the lady said.Continuing, she said: “When I started protesting and crying when he changed the route back to Owerri, Mr. Prince slapped me, brought out a pen knife and threatened to kill me if I created a scene along the road. He ended up taking me to an uncompleted building in a strange village”. Answering another question, the girl said, “He made a few calls before we left the uncompleted building for another house. He forced me into the house. He slapped me again as I cried and begged him to let me go. He ordered me to UnCloth and had his way. I was bleeding profusely. The bed was covered with blood. He only gave me tissue paper to pad myself. He thereafter drove back to Owerri and carelessly dropped me at Edede Street, warning that he would kill me if I told anybody about the incident. Two kind- hearted boys picked me up from here and took me to a hospital and the doctor used my telephone and called my mother.” CRIME GUARD gathered that it was the doctor that eventually called the girl’s mother, using the little girl’s mobile phone. Mr. Prince drove home and into the warm embrace of his wife, believing that he had a beautiful outing. He was wrong as the matter was promptly reported to the police and he was nabbed. When confronted with the girl’s story, Mr. Prince, who affirmed that he is married, also confirmed the incident but blamed Satan for his action, promising that if given a reprieve, he would not repeat the act. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2011/07/satan-made-me-rape-17-yr-old-girl-mr-prince-alleged-rapist/ https://vml1.s3.amazonaws.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/The-suspectd-rapist.gif |

By Inuwa Bwala EVERY Government defines her own programmes at its inception, just as it may face certain challenges. In Borno state, one cannot say the times are too good given the crisis occasioned by the Boko Haram insurrection. Whereas others can afford the luxury of playing politics with the situation, we are worried that our brothers have taken up arms against their fellow kinsmen. We have been on the edge of our seats, striving hard to succeed in the face of this particular challenge. Governor Kashim Shettima’s determined efforts to succeed in the face of all odds have spurred us into working to rescue Borno from this strange hold. In his inaugural address to the people of Borno state on May 29, 2011, Honorable Kashim Shettima, the Governor, outlined very ambitious objectives of his administration which include amongst other things, enthroning equity, justice and fair play in the conduct of Government business; empowering all segments of the society as a catalyst for poverty alleviation, and evolving a clear socio-cultural philosophy, coherent principles and ethics for the stabilization, good governance, transparency, accountability and the efficient management of resources. In promising to refocus the collective energy of his people towards self actualization within the context of self help and self sustenance, the young Governor also plans a rapid development of basic infrastructure in both urban and rural areas. Since taking over the mantle of leadership, Kashim Shettima has demonstrated that these objectives are his articles of faith as he strives daily to reawaken in the people the capacity to dream and envision, to have confidence in themselves and to embrace each other as brothers irrespective of tribe, religion, creed or class. At his inaugural meeting with newly sworn in commissioners, he did not fail to spell out the challenges before the cabinet. Even as many believe that he has chosen the best crop to work with him, Kashim insists that those who accept to serve with him must be ready to abide by the terms of his covenant with the people, which are to be selfless and dedicated, and to live above board. In describing his cabinet as a mixed grill, with the capacity to reposition Borno State for the better, Kashim has offered himself as the arrowhead of new revolutionaries. Governor Kashim Shettima has declared the first one hundred days of his administration as a period of dedicated intervention in some key sectors which he believes will tend to have greater multiplier effects on the state’s development process. He has carefully chosen Health, Education, Water and security as the main focus of his administration. These areas are being used to propel the state in the direction of rapid development. Bearing in mind Borno’s chequred socio-economic and political experiences, expectations from the people are very high and we are not unaware of that. The hundred days intervention period is without prejudice to the long term strategy which the Governor will be handing down to his new team very soon. Good as the team may appear, determined and dedicated as it may want to be, certain people appear poised to frustrate efforts at implementing the good programmes, by capitalizing on the prevailing circumstances Borno finds herself in to cause mischief. While Kashim Shettima and his team prefer peaceful approach in resolving all matters, including political differences, it should not be misconstrued as a sign of weakness by political opponents to try to undermined Government. As a team, we are equal to the task, and as a government we have the capacity to respond to all situations that may arise from all situations. We are honest about our offer to dialogue with the real Yusuffiya group, just as we are prepared to expose those who use the name of the group to cause mischief for sheer political reasons. In the face of the security challenges bedeviling Borno state, the new team appears poised to make the difference. We believe that the current situation is a temporary eclipse that will soon give way to the bright Borno state star, known to shine brightly always. The first task as it is; is to rebuild the confidence of our brothers who felt aggrieved with past Government policies. The issue of dialogue with members of the Jammatul Sunnah Lidah Awati Wal Jihad may not appear too fashionable to some people, but we believe that it remains the catharsis. We are desperate for peace to return so that we can continue with the implementation of our programmes in earnest. Peace is a sin qua non to development and we are not prepared to compromise it. Already we can see light at the end of the tunnel. Nigerians now know better those to blame for the Boko Haram insurrection. The recent visit to Borno by the leadership of the Arewa Consultative Forum, and the attendant intervention by other prominent elders have given us hopes that very soon, Borno shall return to take its proper place as the citadel of peace. Already, the indicators point to a Borno, rising from the ashes of the social dislocation occasioned by the Boko Haram insurrection to be a model for many states in terms of development. I have a dream that, those who despise us for whatever reason(s) will someday crave for our friendship. The challenges presented by the present situation should serve as the impetus that will drive us to the Promised Land. *Inuwa Bwala is the Commissioner for Home Affairs, Information and Culture in Borno State. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2011/08/borno-our-focus-our-challenges-2/ |
Bliss4Lyfe:again dont be silly, is bianca an actress? how does yoruba relate to this u tribalistic hating human eater stick to the topic u know is not by force to post. tribalisitc mumu or she is not a politicain again |
The source confided that the main reason Bianca Ojukwu was dropped by Pres. Jonathan was, as a result of the family drama that ensued after the expose on her Sexual Affair with a nephew of Ikemba. This nephew is none other than the undistinguished Commissioner of Special Duties and Transport in Anambra State, Robert Okonkwo . It should not come as shock to read that this MALE DOG, Robert Okonkwo moved out of his residence in the Commissioners quarters and now CURRENTLY LIVES with Bianca right in her matrimonial home. This arrangement was in place while Sir.Ojukwu was still in the house. Right under his nose. Showing no atom of respect for the great Ikemba, Robert Okonkwo threw caution to the wind as he ate out of Ikembas pot of soup every day without shame. Our source also hinted that when Ojukwu was hit by Stroke, Bianca waited SIX good days before she notified the Family. Rather, she called in her Doctor (Name witheld till further notice). This move raised eyebrows because the Doctor of choice is currently being sued for malpractice in the wrongful death of a family member under his care. For a long time, the Ojukwu family has kept mum on this issue. In a few months, all hell will be broke loose and all wagging tongues will be set free. However, due to privacy reasons, and as a mark of respect to Chief Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu, I have chosen to leave out the more personal side to this story and focus solely on the sexual escapades of the ungrateful scheming wife, Bianca. It is said that you do not bite the finger that feeds you. Since Madam Bianca has lost respect for her marriage, she has therefore stripped herself of every respect and honour bestowed on her by marriage. For those who think this has nothing to do with this blog, my apologies. I will stand boldly to fight incest on any platform. What happened between Robert and Bianca in far away Obodo Oyibo, Accokeek, Maryland (USA)? Who made the finances available for the purchase of a certain palatial Mansion? Who really is this home breaker, Robert Okonkwo and what happened to his own Marriage in the United States? Who imposed ROBERTO, the Honourable Commissioner of LOVE DUTIES & INCEST AFFAIRS on Gov.Peter Obi ? History repeats itself; is this story a repeat in History in the life of |
Pres. Goodluck Jonathan has really done well in the directorial debut of his movie, THE PRESIDENTS CABINET. This has been a very long dramatic movie full of suspense. Even Tom Cruise no go fit handle am. When we thought the drama from the Ministerial nominees was going to be the most dramatic part of the GEJ Cabinet, Mr. President adds another bombshell to the Movie Script with his List of Special Advisers. Interestingly, the name of our very own First Lady of Biafra, Mrs.Bianca Ojukwu was omitted from the List. It was not too long ago that Mrs.Ojukwu was appointed as Special Adviser to the President on Diaspora affairs. Almost everyone wondered what influenced Mr. Presidents decision in the first place considering Madam is a Permanent resident in Nigeria with our almighty Grandmaster that took us to war, the legendary Sir Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu. Since he has been ill for sometime and presently in London, there was no way the Biafran First Lady would have had been able to dedicate her time to any official duty as Special Adviser outside Nigeria. So, was her appointment based on an advanced Politimatical analysis of the Igbo votes? Fast forward through the Elections and the massive amount of Votes the igbos put in for the Presido, why was Lady Bianca left out of the List of Special Advisers? What happened? Did she voluntarily resign to cater to the Warlord? Was she fired? If so, are we allowed to ask why? onye ajuju anaghi efu uzo. |
