rottennaija: That's over doing it. Blockchain and cryptos are very young and should be given more time to develop. They should adopt it as a store of value not as a reserve currency. There is only 21m bitcoin that will ever be mined, out of which about 5m will not be in circulation as they were lost in some wallets in those early days.
Adopting cryptos as a store of value is the right direction. They should buy more gold, silver, diamond and other precious metals. Someday, the US dollars will be abandoned. / Word! |

Romance › Re: 7 Sure Fire Ways To Get Your Ex-girlfriend Back!!! by AlphaSoul: 7:57pm On Feb 20, 2021 |
importexpert: Bro, Experiencing a break up is not a pleasant feeling. It can even be more terrible if after the initial flood of emotions, you discover how valuable Ngozi/Aysha has been. Now you wonder if there is a way of getting her back because you know your life is better with her than without her.
First of all, I must admit that getting your ex-girlfriend back is not an easy task. Getting her back is a process that would take time and a little strategy on your part. You need to understand that there is no short cut to it. This is not the usual case of misunderstanding in a relationship, but one where the relationship supposedly has ended.
For all the "chop and clean mouth guys" please this is not your thread , this is for people who still have that humanly feeling of love in them.
What can you do to get her back?
1. Give yourselves a break:
You both need some time for yourselves. Do not go begging her to reconsider the relationship. Do not send her text messages or make silly Facebook posts. During this time, do not make any contact with her. Ignore that urge to make her see you. Remember, the scarcer a thing is, the more desirable it becomes. Make no contact at least for three weeks. Don’t fret if she goes in to a new relationship. If you really had a strong relationship, there is nothing to worry about. The new guy is just a rebound and the relationship will most likely crash before you know it.
2. Analyze your break up:
What was it that was not working about the relationship? Did you do all the hard work to make the relationship work? Did you apologize every time she did something wrong? Did you compliment her too much? Did you tell her affirm your love more than she did? Were you insecure? Who initiated the break up; was it you or her? What was the reason? These are important questions that you need to find answers to.
3. Work on yourself:
Instead of letting your emotions run haywire, invest your time on yourself. If you will stand any chance at getting her back, you need to improve yourself. Hit the gym, get new clothes, earn more money, get a new haircut, give your apartment a facelift, improve on your sense of humor etc. Just make sure there is a better you.
4. Be on good terms with her close friends:
In this part of the world, hardly can your relationship work if her friends are against you. Right now, her friends wield considerable influence over her decisions. It is better they are on your side than not. Keep in touch with them occasionally via phone calls or chats. Remember, it should be occasional! if that Amina/chioma is not by your side sometimes you are only wasting your time. girls have their own way of thinking. her friends will most of the time succeed in sabotaging your efforts. Be on good terms with them.
5. Re-establish rapport:
After you have taken time to work on yourself, establish rapport with her. This is not the time to bring up relationship matters. At this point, you have an advantage over other guys trying to date her because you know her likes and dislikes which can aid you in conversing with her. Your aim is to douse the tension between the two of you and get her to relax. The best topic to discuss with a woman is herself. Keep your chats interesting by talking about her. Employ your sense of humor as often as you can.
6. Engage her emotions:
This is your best shot at getting her back. Women are not really wired to make decisions basically on logic. A woman builds connection with a guy based on how he makes her feel. One way of doing this is to engage her discussions that gets her to talk about her deepest feelings about various topics. If she can feel the emotions for you again, you have an eighty percent chance if having her back. She will work her way around logic when she sees that you have worked on yourself.
7. Set the stage for your reunion:
This is the moment you have waited for: to ask her out again. Not yet, it will take a moment. Don’t rush to apologize and ask for a make-up. Doing so will give her the chance to tell you no. Don’t allow that opportunity. At this point, you need to act as though you are boyfriend again. Relate with her as on an intimate basis. Naturally, she knows what you are up to. If she raises it up, then, you can make your apology speech. If she plays along, then flow with the tide. She most likely wants it that way already. "X... of death." |

I don't believe in reverse psychology (though it can be thrilling to work it on people ). If you like someone be nice,if you don't like em still be nice and let em go. No benefit in playing God. Vulnerability displayed by women... So that men can show women their Strength? For real? |
Romance › Re: Why Do Ladies Find It Had To Reciprocate Good Gestures From Their Boyfriends? by AlphaSoul: 1:32pm On Feb 20, 2021 |
pansophist: This female behaviour is completely understood when you understand the underlying female psychology. Female psychology is in reverse to the Male.
Men are hardwired to care and be sacrificial for others, meanwhile, women are hardwired to be cared and catered for. Their psychology is in reverse to the Male, hence, the observation the poster described accurately. Treat a woman nice, she will think she is better and awesome, and might consider you undeserving of her, it appeals to her self centeredness and narcissism. Conversely, Treats a man nice and he will think you're awesome, and treat you like the best thing ever. This is also why some men are stuck in the friend zone, since they are judging a woman from their own worldview. They think that when you are like a saviour to her, she will honour and wants you, just as a man will behave. That's a fatal mistake.
To break yourself through and not be a victim of her psychology, you have to put yourself first, treat yourself nice and focus all the energy in making yourself like the best thing. In other words, be as selfish and self centred as her, and set your standards high, that's when she interpret such as a sign of a quality man, and sit up to get your commitment. Dont worship her, shower her with attention and dont even spend much on her, it's a death sentence and an instant attraction killer. Thank me later. / +1 / |

The problem is the sexual market has been oversaturated with Beta Mangina Simps who are competing to worship women. When we tell Martin0 to stop idolizing women it's like we are bad guys. But worshiping women gets them mentally spoiled. On Social Media, guys desperate for pussy will tell an average girl who is a 5 that she's a 10 just to flatter her. The latter can proceed to P. hD, teach and lecture in any higher institution of learning. That is where you see M.Sc Physics, International Relations, or M.eD Yoruba, English et al.
In some Uni, they have both Professional and academic. E. g. M.Sc Business Administration and M. A Public Administration, M. Sc Social Work.
In both, you are meant to conduct a research. The difference is not too obvious over here in Nigeria but abroad it is. |

Crime › Re: We Can Hack Into Any Account, Even If Phone Is Locked - 31-Year-Old Suspect by AlphaSoul: 3:30am On Feb 20, 2021 |
skulnascam: Most Nigerians and mobile phone users all over the globe usually lock their phones , thereby making it difficult for anyone to have access to information in them, particularly their account details.
But a suspected telephone hacker who was arrested by operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, Ladipo, Lagos, has revealed that such measure does not prevent him and his likes from gaining access into any bank account if they laid their hands on such phones.
Surprisingly, the 31-year-old suspect, Dare Oladimeji, is a Senior Secondary School Certificate holder.
In this interview with Crime Guard, Oladimeji, a footballer, who just returned from Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, having concluded his two years contract with ALAIN FC, said hacking into bank accounts through phones , had nothing to do with being a graduate.
Arrest
Some suspected members of his gang as gathered, had earlier been arrested and charged to court. He was tracked to Idi-Oro area of Lagos, during investigation into the withdrawal of N200,000 from a victim’s account .
Asked if he had any connivance with bank staff, he shook his head, stating rather , that he got the necessary details from Google Chrome.
He boasted that money could be withdrawn from account through stolen sim card, no matter the code used to prevent one from accessing the phone. Hear him: “I work on sim cards to get money. When I lay my hands on any sim card, I would slot it into any small phone that is not adroid. When that is done, I would press a code which brings out the list of banks the owner of the sim uses. “For example, if the person is using GTB, I will proceed with the normal code of *37*100#. If the person has money , we would use it to buy recharge card to confirm how much the owner has, through the debit alert that would pop in to reveal the balance.
Thereafter, we would transfer the money into donors accounts, from where we would withdraw the money”. Asked what happens if phone is locked, he said, “ Locking of phones with password does not stop me from hacking into any account, as long as I can lay my hands on the sim card. All I need to do is to remove the sim and slot it into a small phone. “The only thing that can prevent me from hacking into account through phone is when the SIM card itself is locked. But most people don’t lock their sim cards, they only lock their phones. You can only beat my likes to the game if you lock your sim card because only the owner knows the password”.
He stated that he resorted to doing such illicit deal after he lost the money he brought from Dubai. According to him, “ When I came back from Dubai in 2016, I brought N7 million , out of which I gave one Mr Shola N5 million for a genuine business with NUPENG. Unfortunately, the man died .
We pick SIM cards
“I decided to venture into this business which is a small version of yahoo yahoo because I didn’t want to go into robbery.
At Idi-Oro, there are pick pockets . When they snatch phones from victims, they would throw the sim cards away. What I do is to go looking for these sim cards and continue from there. “Nobody taught me the skill. I learnt it from google chrome. This is just common sense. But I regret my action because I have brought shame to my children”, said the father of three. The suspect as gathered, would be charged to court soon.

jmoore: For the Hushpuppians who are excited that his gang stashed the proceeds from crime into bitcoin wallets.
"In 2013, Victorian police seized 3 electronic bitcoin wallets containing 24,518.4777721 BTC for the first time in Australia. The seizure was part of a large scale investigation into Mr Pollard who was suspected of drug trafficking, possession, cultivation, importation and dealing with proceeds derived from the drug crimes."
"Ireland’s Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) seized 6,000 BTC from a Dublin resident who was accused of growing cannabis on property located in the Wicklow Mountain region. The police found around €450,000 of marijuana plants but the €52 million ($56.1M) of BTC was the biggest single-value asset seizure by the CAB since 1996." >> https://news.bitcoin.com/era-bitcoin-ireland-btc-cant-sell-7-years/
Proceeds from crime are taken over by the government. Investing stolen money into bitcoin won't shield you when the authorities come knocking at your door. If you are still PRAYING that Hushpuppi and his gang would be released without forfeiting their bitcoin proceeds from crime, your prayer is ending straight to the SPAM folder. |

This Cryptocurrency Exchange Becomes Insolvent After Losing $170 Million
It is not by chance that so many people have been talking about the popular cryptocurrency, of course, Bitcoin. The cryptocurrency Bitcoin broke all historic records in 2017, and many people believe that it will not only continue this exponential rise, as one day it may replace the currency we have.
However, many consider that the Bitcoin currency is nothing more than a “bubble scheme”, the truth is that it is really volatile. As we all know that how the value of the popular and most used cryptocurrency, of course, Bitcoin goes down and up which clearly shows its volatility.
Recently, the well-known Italian exchange BitGrail published a statement in which it is claiming that it lost about 17 million tokens of the Nano cryptocurrency, formerly known as RaiBlocks. The virtual currencies had a market value equivalent to the US $170 million.
BitGrail was one of the first exchange houses to support Nano (XRB), which came up to solve the problems of today’s crypto-coins, such as Bitcoin, including low transaction capacity, delayed confirmations and high power consumption. In December 2017, the Nano was worth $0.20 per coin; a month later, peaked at $37.62, up more than 18,000 percent.
A disappearance of 17 million tokens means that almost 13% of all Nanos left the hands of their true owners. The cryptocurrency has a maximum of 133.2 million tokens in circulation and, unlike bitcoin, is not minable, it means that no new currency will be issued.
In a statement, BitGrail claims that other crypto-coins traded by the exchange, such as Ethereum, Litecoin and Bitcoin, were not affected by the attack. The company apologized for the “illegal transfers” made with customers’ money and on Twitter says it will not be possible to return everything that was lost. All withdrawals and deposits at the exchange office were suspended.
So, what do you think about this insolvency of this well-known cryptocurrency exchange? Simply share all your views and thoughts in the comment section below.

abragr8: Not investing in Real Estates enough. This year, 2020, I invested just N1m in one real estate. And in 5 months, the property was worth N4m. I would have invested far more. The investment is simple. We pull money together and buy swampy lands that is in the middle of developed areas. Then sandfill it, develop and resell or rent out. REAL investment is what you can see and touch unlike all those unseen untouchable investments
*MODIFIED FOR THOSE ASKING ME TO EXPLAIN HOW WE DID IT. We usually get atleast 10 persons. Then we all contribute a minimum of N1m. And we do the project. And the sharing is based on what each person contributed. It's simple as ABC. If everyone contributes 1m that means each person's share of the real estate is 10%. The last one we did most people brought more than 1m. Some especially the women brought 3m, 5m etc.. So we sold what we built in 5 months and the profits were high. Real estate far better than most investments. This year 2021 I must invest more. |
