pozehnani: Hi young ladies in the house. Please this is to alert you guys on how people are being robbed these days.
My choir member ( a young girl) was robbed few days ago by a potential client. She's into catering and does breakfast for companies on request as well.
This lady met a guy sometime last month or thereabout and they exchanged contact. The guy was always calling her but she would tell him she's busy due to the nature of her biz. So, this prompted the guy to ask what she's into and she told him. Fast forward to a week ago, the guy said he wants her to cater for his staff breakfast at the office and asked for a quotation. She couldn't do the draft and send via WhatsApp as usual because the contract was a huge one. So they agreed to meet one on one to discuss better.
The D day came and she told the guy she would be coming with a friend, he said it was fine. She later got another of her friend to join them making them three girls. So they set out in an Uber. When they got to where the guys were ( Onikan police station in ikoyi) they alighted from the taxify and entered the guys car. Immediately they drove past the station, she said they put the car on child lock. She said it dawned on her immediately that they had entered one chance.
The guys were three in number. The guy immediately changed his tone and began to collect their stuff. He collected iphone, her friends iPhone and Android, their purses with cash in it, chains and even asked if she has an iPod. when she tried to ask what she did, the guy slapped her across the face.
They collected her friends' ATM card and requested for the pin. They said one of them would go and withdraw the money and if they find out the pin is not correct, they'll shoot them all. After she gave them the pin, they changed their mind and decided to drop them at dolphin estate obalende and sped off. She said by the time they could reach customer care line of her friends bank, she was told 5 withdrawals of 10k has been made. They emptied her account.
As I type this, I'm still shocked for her. Imagine robbery in broad daylight. Though it was on a Sunday and ikoyi is always deserted on Sundays that was why they were able to carry out their evil without fear.
Please be careful how and where you meet people. Some will pose as client. Just be careful. Not every one who claims to be a client is actually one.
I'm still shocked. +1 |
Romance › Re: How My Boyfriend Became My Stalker by AlphaSoul: 1:00pm On Feb 26, 2021 |
BigCabal: The subject of this week’s What She Said is a 23-year-old Nigerian woman who was in a toxic relationship with a man who did all he could to keep her with him, including stalking and blackmailing her.
Where did you meet? It was December 2019, and I was 22 while he was 27. He’s my neighbour — we live in the same street. My aunt had a shop just in front of my house, and he used to come to the shop a lot. I personally didn’t notice him until, one day, I caught him staring at me.
I was going to buy suya, and he followed me. He picked up his pace and caught up with me. There was some small talk, he paid for my suya and bought me extra for my family. We exchanged numbers and that was pretty much it for that night.
Do you live with your aunt? I don’t live with my aunt. My dad converted our security post into a shop to support her. So I see her everyday because of the shop.
What happened after he paid for your suya? I think he called. I’m not sure. But we eventually started talking.
He was actually in a relationship at the time. I had heard tales about his babe, how she used to break things and stab him. I don’t believe all that anymore. I think they both got a thrill out of whatever their situation was, but from the outside, the girl was painted as a blood-sucking demon.
He made it seem like he was stuck in a helpless situation with his babe and didn’t know what to do. Like a foolish woman, I went to play messiah, telling him he deserved better. I should have just kept quiet and gone my way, but that’s basically what got us talking.
When did he break up with his babe? A month or two later. I’m not the smartest with matters of my heart. So when he started preaching love to me, even though I was just out of a failed relationship and out of therapy, I went with the flow.
However, I told him I couldn’t date him if he was still with his girlfriend. He ended things with her in a very immature and impulsive way. This caused drama because the babe became FBI and found out he broke up with her for me. She threatened to Bleep me up.
For context, the babe was also close to my aunt. She felt my aunt pimped me out to him, even though my aunt really didn’t have anything to do with the relationship. She just gave me a few pats on my back.
I don’t know what he went to promise her, but she eventually cooled off.

BigCabal: Is it possible to regret something that you have been taught should be the “best decision of your life”? Yes, and these five Nigerian women share why they regret getting married.
Anita, 27 He lied about everything. About his extended family, his job, his entire life was basically a lie. I only found out after getting married to him. He told me he was a UX writer, but it turns out he is an Electrician. That would not have been a problem, so why did he feel the need to lie about it? He told me his parents were dead and he was not close to his extended family. Another lie. One day, his Uncle reached out to me on Instagram. Turns out both his parents are very much alive.
When we were getting married, he told me he wanted a small wedding. I did not think too much about it because I genuinely loved him and just wanted to be married to him. Apparently, he wanted a small wedding because he had other wives and kids. Plural. I feel like I am carrying him through the marriage. They say “men are babies” and it sounds cool until you realise that it is not metaphoric, but literal. I never knew there could be such emotionally, underdeveloped, men. Right now, I do not know what is a lie and what is not.
Amaka I was 33 when I got married and honestly, I do not think marriage benefits women in the long run. Whatever people consider a benefit, does not equal all the things marriage makes you lose. I think marriage hindered me from doing certain things because there is a huge constraint on your time and energy. You are meant to be building the family, but then things you are building does not necessarily benefit you. A men can be working to build his family, while building his career at the same time. He gains both the benefits of being married to you such as free labour, but women can’t say the same thing. The nine years I spent building my family, I could have built my career. The only solution was to not be married anymore so I did that, and my life has been happier and healthier.
Chisom, 27 Marrying my husband was the biggest mistake of my life. Even with all the red flags I saw, I still went ahead and got married to him. He is a serial cheat and a totally unrepentant one. While we were dating he would apologise when he got caught, but now that we are married he has such a nonchalant attitude about it. As if he feels like I cannot do anything about it. He hides the fact that he is married from anyone and if I tell his girls, he gets angry and keeps malice with me. He says we are not a good match and we have nothing in common. How do you not figure out we have nothing in common for the six years we dated? SIX! Now I am pregnant and want to end the marriage but he is threatening to take the child away from me.

AbujaCitiBlog: You are the one enabling this behaviour. Some years back, I was dating a lady with similar mentality, until I got fed up. I stopped giving her T fare. When she asked me, I camly told her that giving her T fare everyday makes me feel that I am dating an Olosho who needs settlement money every time she visits! She was devastated, she said she is not an Olosho, I told that that's why I stopped the Tfare so that the feeling that she's an Olosho will go away. She pretended to be angry and stormed out. A week later she called that she was coming to the house, I said Ok. She came. That day she started the topic again. She said I disrespected her by what I said, I stood my ground and explained it to her with a straight face. I said being my girlfriend means that she is a friend who happens to be a girl. I asked her, If I give you transport everyday, what is the difference between you and a prostitute who collects money with every visit? I told her that some prostitutes when shown some love will even stop collecting money but here she claims she is my girlfriend but I have to give her money as if she is a Prostitute with every visit. From that day, everyday Tfare stopped. Once in a while I support her but it stopped being a daily occurrence. I also told her point blank that she is very stingy she tried to defend herself, I told her that her stingyness makes me wonder if I am in any kind of trouble and couldn't access cash that she can't help me. My dear set standards. Don't throw her away yet, she may just be ignorant about things like this. Maybe, all the men in her life so far have not been man enough to confront her and make her understand. Be the one to interrupt the trend. Be a man.
Moral of the story is that what you allow in your relationship as a man is what you get.
Stop giving her the Tfare everyday. Put your foot down. She is not the only girl in the world. Set standards for yourself. Thumbs up! |

Miyachi: Truth is fiat currency can also be used for illicit purposes.
Also note that Bitcoin is not truly anonymous as blockchain transactions can be traced, they include IP and other metadata. With a little time and effort you can unmask both sender and receiver. I think the main issue is censorship and control. The United States needs the Dollar to be de facto world currency for trade so that they can threaten and control other countries by means of sanctions, trade embargoes, etc.
They don't control bitcoin and it is a threat to their control and dominance in the international financial market. +1 |

Technology Market › Re: US Stealth Bomber Costing $2.1bn And With Call-sign 'DEATH' Lands At British RAF by AlphaSoul: 1:13am On Feb 26, 2021 |
erico2k2: Plane spotters received an unexpected surprise when a B2B stealth bomber came into land at RAF Fairford, Gloucestershire.
The nuclear-capable $2.1bn aircraft was involved in a training mission over Iceland when it returned to the RAF base shortly before nightfall.
Dozens of planespotters gathered around the airbase's perimeter fence waiting for the stealth bomber's return. Steve King, who was among the crowd, said: 'It was quite a sight, as they are a unique and weird UFO-type looking planes.
'I thought I’d take a different perspective, including some of the crowd looking up at it.'
Mr King, 37, from Swindon, Wiltshire, added: 'I’d say roughly it was about 50ft above me.
'Living fairly local to the airbase I am a regular visitor when these exercises take place.' Three of the B2 bombers - which cost $135,000-an-hour to operate - have been involved in a series of NATO training missings.
The planes, which use the callsigns DEATH 1, DEATH 2 and DEATH 3 are temporarily based at RAF Fairford as part of a series of NATO training exercises. The aircraft touched down in Gloucestershire on August 27 With a 172-foot wingspan and a design that allows them to travel 10,000 miles with only one mid-air re-fueling so that they could bypass Soviet air defence systems, they are one of the most deadly warplane models in the sky. They are a small part of a US fleet of 20 Stealth Bombers, the country's most technologically advanced aircraft ever made, which are based at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri.
First designed under the Carter Administration, originally 132 were ordered by the United States. However, this was quickly scaled back following the collapse of the Soviet Union. Since then the Stealth bombers have been used in fighting over Kosovo, where they bombed Serbian forces as NATO countered ethnic cleansing in the region, to take out Taliban targets in Afghanistan, and more recently to hit ISIS positions in Syria. RAF Fairford is classed as a 'forward operating base' for the 509th Bomb Wing in the US European Command area.
During their training missions, the B-2s have flown with RAF F-35s, landed in Iceland at Naval Air Station Keflavik, Iceland in August and performed hot-pit refuelling training on the Azores. During hot-pit refuelling, ground crew replenish the aircraft's fuel supply while the engines are running.
According to Lt Col Rob Schoeneberg, Bomber Task Force Commander: 'Our Royal Air Force friends are integral to the 509th Bomb Wing mission.
'The beauty of our partnerships is that we get to understand how they see the world. Working alongside international fifth generation aircraft provides unique training opportunities for us, bolsters our integration capabilities, and showcases the commitment we have to our NATO alliance.'
Last week, the B-2s conducted a training mission in the Arctic Circle - the furthest north they have ever operated in Europe, according to US Strategic Command.
The aircraft conducted a night midair refuelling exercise before returning to RAF Fairford.
The B-2 Spirit bomber first flew in 1989 and has set the record for the longest ever combat mission at 44 hours in 2001 - hours after the 9/11 attacks.
According to the US Air Force: 'The B-2 bombers, part of the Bomber Task Force currently deployed to the U.S. European Command area of responsibility, are from the 509th Bomb Wing, Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. The aircraft arrived in theater on Aug. 27, and are temporarily operating out of RAF Fairford. The deployment of strategic bombers to the U.K. helps exercise RAF Fairford as U.S. Air Forces in Europe’s forward operating location for bombers.
'Strategic bomber missions enhance the readiness and training necessary to respond to any potential crisis or challenge across the globe.'

Ruth12: Why the price of Bitcoin crashed in March 2020.
A lot of people have been wondering why bitcoin was over $13,000 in the beginning of March and later fall below $4000 in the middle of March. Here are some reasons for bitcoin crash.
1. Investors, due to Panic over Coronavirus pandemic decided to liquidate their high-risk assets which includes cryptocurrencies.
2.While people were focusing mainly on the Coronavirus pandemics as the reason for the crash, there were other factors that led to this crash which includes conflicts and risks that have been affecting the global market lately. The conflict over oil prices between Saudi Arabia and Russia caused unexpected decrease in the price of oil thereby imposing extra pressure on the global markets, causing fear, panic and uncertainty for investors.
3.Sell orders were more than buy orders. Cryptocurrency by nature is characterized with volatility and high risk however, extreme volatility was noticed on crypto exchanges in the middle of March. Investors that have been trading or holding bitcoin started selling because of fear and panic therefore flooding the market with sell orders.
4.It was also said that the drop of price was caused by the selling out for bitcoin by PlusToken.PlusToken is a Ponzi scheme that swept China and Korea over the last few years,it sold about $2 billion worth of bitcoin and altcoins which was stolen from investors, causing prices to fall as supply flooded the market.
These are some noticeable reasons for the crash of bitcoin price in March. What do you think and what are your thoughts on the price decrease?

Trading knowledge acquired from Forex can be applied in all other markets such as Binary options, Crypto trading, Stocks trading and the likes.
However in terms of the basics such as trade management, risk management, Leverage, fundamentals and other factors related to trading in general; They are not the same! +1 |

Business › Re: Nigeria Crypto, Binary Options & Forex Traders Questions And Answers. by AlphaSoul: 8:04pm On Feb 24, 2021 |
macphilip: Thanks for your question. Your answer below:
There are several ways you can invest in Bitcoin but i will suggest you focus majorly on these 3 methods which are simple means of earning from your investment. They include 1) Buy and Hold or HODL This is the most common and simplest approach which just simply involves the buying of Bitcoin and then storing or keeping it in your Bitcoin wallet. Then sell it over time as it appreciates in value. However your main motive is not just to go ahead and buy the Bitcoin at any given available market price. Your mission is to buy it at a cheap market price and then be patient for it to appreciate in value over a duration of time before selling it. So in this context 'timing' the buying of the bitcoin plays a vital role. If you buy at a wrong price, your Bitcoin could loose value easily. But the advantage you have is that it would surely retest or revisit the price you bought it even if it takes months or years. Its not totally different from the Real Estates Niche. You buy a land at a cheap price in a location that has a high potentiality of developing and becoming a mega community or city. Then you sell the land at a higher price you bought it when the area develops. 2) Margin Trading(FOREX) Margin trading became accessible with the establishment and availability of Crypto Brokers who provide means of trading the crypto market over the counter. Margin trading is totally different from Buy and Hold. In this approach, you can actually earn from the day to day volatility of price movement in the market. Simply put in a lay man's term, you can profit from the fall or depreciation of bitcoin value in the market without buying and storing it. All you need to do is open a trading account with a crypto broker e.g Binance.com, Fund it and then start trading the price flunctuations of Bitcoin. This means you can earn from both buying or selling the Bitcoin in the crypto market but you need to be good in the prediction of your technical analysis of the chart before indulging. Margin trading carries a higher degree of risk if you are not good in reading the charts, however crypto brokers offer low leverage which reduces risk
3) Mining Mining is the least risky in all Bitcoin investment schemes. Its the process of earning bitcoin in exchange for running the verification process to validate bitcoin transactions. However it doesnt seem feasible in Nigeria due to several factors. These include the cost of the electricity to power the computer system (cost of electricity), the availability and price of the computer system, and the difficulty in providing the services. Moreover setting up a Mining rig is actually very expensive So usually i always recommend cloud mining if Mining is what you prefer. Cloud mining simply involves subscribing under a company that runs a successful Mining rig. They will assist you in setting up your own mining equipments under their own Rig and you will be paying them a certain monthly fee while you earn. Currently i can not recommend any company for you for cloud mining because a lot of scams occurr in this area. So you have to do your own research/assigment to find a reputable and trustworthy company to use.
In conclusion have in mind that all investment approach comes with its own degree of risk, so do not risk more than what you can afford to loose. +1 |

Family › Re: Why Fathers Are Neglected In Old Age. ( A Must Read For Guys) by AlphaSoul: 5:04pm On Feb 24, 2021 |
pg1 Guys please read carefully
WHY FATHERS ARE NEGLECTED IN OLD AGE. -ITS A MUST READ FOR ALL FATHERS! (and mothers too!)
Take ur time and read through.
1. In the lifetime of most Nigerian family settings, there are 3 Dispensations of Power.
2. The 1st is the first 25 years in the life of the family (father, mother, children) where power indisputably rest with the father.
3. The 2nd is after the kids have grown & started working when the power shifts to the mother.
4. The 3rd is when the kids move out of the family house or start their own families when the power moves to the children.
6. We'll start from the 1st Dispensation. Total dominance of the father. He is the Lion of the Tribe of his House. The boss.
7. During this dispensation, the father rules with an iron fist. He barks orders & determines what does or does not happen.
8. The father often mettes out corporal punishment to the recalcitrant children. They grow to fear him more than they love him.
10. The father is the provider for the family & everyone is aware of that fact with all attendant consequences.
11. Then the 2nd Dispensation sets in. The children have finished school and have started working. Power shifts to the mother.
12. When the children start earning their own money, for some reason, it's their mothers they decide to look after. They are closer to her.
13. While the father was in charge, he was busy with the business of providing. He didn't have much time to be a friend to the children.
14. They spent more time with their mum and invariably grew closer to her. They also see their mum as co-victims of the father's tyranny.
15. The mother takes centre stage at this point. She is the first to know what's happening with the children & she has advantage.
16. Should any of the daughters give birth, she is the one that goes for babysitting and the children spoil her with gifts.
17. At this stage, the father is wishing for some bond with the children like they have with their mother but that boat has sailed.
18. Because the mother doesn't rely much on the father for her needs at this stage, she is less likely to tolerate his lordship. Friction.
19. Then the 3rd and last dispensation. Power has shifted to the children. They are self-sufficient, live on their own & have own families.
20. More often than not, whenever there is a quarrel between father & mother, the children side the mother.Years of joint-victimhood at play
21. Children have been known to come to the house to warn their father not to 'disturb' their mother. Next thing, extended visitations.
22. Woe betide the father if his finances are precarious at this stage. You will be humble by force. The gang-up is real.
23. This causes most men to fall ill & develop different complications. By the time the forces are arrayed against you, you will think well.
24. Stroke, Hypertension, High-Blood Pressure. The man has a large family but no relationship with them in later life. Troubling thought.
25. Moral, dear men, while the power lies with us, let us wield it with posterity in mind. It won't be with us forever.
26. With the way you are treating your wife now, how will she treat you when power shifts to her?
27. What relationship do you have with your family? Loving dad or despotic, tyrannical provider?
28. Remember, the children always side with their mother. Aim to do enough to at least get a fair hearing in future moments of family strife
30. Invest wisely for the future so that you won't have to beg to be taken care of if despite your best efforts, you find yourself alone.
ADVISE TO CHILDREN:- IT IS NOT GOOD TO ABANDON YOUR FATHER WHO DENIED HIMSELF TO GET YOU PREPARED FOR LIFE & WHO SACRIFICIALLY SOWED TO MAKE YOU WHO YOU ARE. HONOUR YOUR BOTH PARENTS AND TAKE GOOD CARE OF THEM IN THEIR OLD AGE. THAT IS HOW YOU TOO WILL SOW INTO YOUR FUTURE. DONT LET NEGLECTING YOUR FATHER (PARENTS ) BE A CURSE ON YOU INTO YOUR FUTURE.
ADVISE TO MOTHERS :- DON'T INCITE YOUR CHILDREN AGAINST THEIR FATHER.
*Parenthood is not easy despite its joys. There is no manual on how it works. May God help us |

That was the bad news. Now, here is the GOOD NEWS for the nice guys (only).
Believe it or not, that overgrown Boy Scout approach to women that everybody tells you is a liability… Nice Guys Finish Last… hmm, remember that?. That can actually be a mega advantagefor you Mr. Nice Guy.
You see, a jerk has the boldness, fearlessness and courage to walk up to a woman and face her rejection — kudos to him. But that’s all this cocky egomaniac has going for him. Some better-than-you arrogance, some charm from him being a player, and the passion driven by him being the center of his own universe. He has no clue what it’s like to have a heart that can love a woman because his idea of love is getting drunk every night and sexing it up with pretty, dumb air-heads — or anything with a skirt standing in a dimly- lit street corner.
The Nice Guy (a real one) on the other hand, is a man of character and is sensitive to women’s feelings, and given the chance is capable of being a good guy in a relationship. But unfortunately, too much sensitivity and often too much “political correctness” is all nice guys have to offer. A lot of heart, brain smarts (but not so much social smarts), and not so much guts (too much wishy-washiness).
Women don’t give “nice guys” much of a chance because “you guys are so easily intimidated, try too hard to be liked, show too much interest too soon, and turn yourselves inside out to please. It’s so hard to respect someone who always says “you’re right…”, “anything you say…”, “bend over and I’ll kiss your ass”. As partners you nice guys bore us women to death and drain out all the passion, love and life out of us.
A real bad boy has the boldness, fearlessness and courage of the jerk and the thoughtfulness and sensitivity of the Nice Guy — and he takes these traits to a whole other level…
Here is where being a Nice Guy can really be a BLESSING.
Since it’s so much harder to acquire a “loving heart”, develop character and learn how to be sensitive to women’s feelings in ways that make women feel truly respected and truly loved, it’s so much harder for a jerk to embody that DEPTH OF EMOTIONAL RESONANCE that the bad boy has.
That gives you the Nice Guy an edge over jerks because most of you already have a lot of heart and character, and all you need to do is............continue reading http://coolpenny./2013/02/08/why-women-dig-the-bad-boy-sex-appeal-part-3/http://coolpenny./2013/02/08/why-women-dig-the-bad-boy-sex-appeal-part-3/ |

xtgozie: Continued from Part 1
The sex appeal of a bad boy is real, so real that once we women go “BAD” it’s really hard for us to go “NICE” — BUT of course there has to be more to the boy than badness for badness sake.
Regardless of what we women say we want from the men in our lives, and regardless of what society tells us to want, on some deep primal level we want men who exhibit the traits of UNCORRUPTED AND UNADULTERATED MASCULINE ENERGY — that is the abundance of masculine energy balanced by traits of feminine energy.
Now, before you go completely weird on me and start calling me nasty names.
Let me say that I completely understand that this is hard truth to swallow, especially in cultures where we’ve been conditioned to think that one has to be competitive, aggressive, antagonistic, emotionally detached and guarded, uncompromising and physically stiff like a robot to be considered a “real man”. Those men who exhibit any slight traces of feminine energy (easy-going, non-competitive or consensus-driven, emotionally intuitive or sensitive, physically virile or lithe etc.) are laughed at and made to feel like they’re deficient, damaged, flawed or confused about their sexual orientation.
This thinking is psychologically and psychosexually faulty from get-go and has nothing to do with real masculinity or with reality. This is one of the main reasons why so many women today feel that something is missing in so many so called “alpha males”– IT IS.
In the natural and in reality, both of these energies have to be present in an individual for that individual to be “in balance” within him or herself, and to be able to both captivate the hearts and enrage the hormones of the opposite sex. Men have to have some traces of feminine energy just as women have to have some traces of masculine energy for “inner balance” and irresistible magnetism.
A REAL bad boy is the example of a man who has embraced this duality of energies and is most successful at using each energy in the right way, at the right time, in the right place and unto the right person.
But just who is this man that almost every man wants to be, and almost every woman wants to sleep with?
1. A real bad boy isn’t necessarily a model of physical perfection — just a real human being with scars, warts, defects and all but someone who is very confident in who he is and in his own person.
2. He is quick-witted in a boyish cheeky way and whatever his age, he never seems to grow old at heart, dull in mind or weary in body. His uncanny ability to always add an erotic edge of danger about everything makes him so unpredictable and mysterious (that lone wolf aura).
3. In front of women, he is starkly honest (sometimes too honest) and an open book. He doesn’t pretend to be a saint (what-we-see-is-what-we-get). He is also tough enough to stand up for what he believes in and even take on the world if he has to (this sometimes gets him in trouble).
4. He takes no nonsense from nobody (not even from the woman he loves) but can also be very tender, attentive, vulnerable (dark side), ultra-sensual, incredibly passionate, determined and persistent.
5. He is one of those rare men who is completely in touch with his natural instincts and able to articulate his own feelings (very calm in every situation). He can be picky as hell but when he loves a woman, he loves her so deeply, so noticeably and so overpoweringly that he brings to life the UNCORRUPTED AND UNADULTERATED FEMININE ENERGY within her.
This is the kind of man almost all women would like their guy to be a little more like every now and then. In my African native culture we call this kind of man “the warrior with the wildness pounding in his veins”.
His WILD AND UNTAMED DISPOSITION (masculine energy) enrages women’s hormones, and the........ Continue reading @ http://coolpenny./2013/02/08/why-women-dig-the-bad-boy-sex-appeal-part-2/ |

xtgozie: The Bad Boy Sex Appeal
Why do women always fall for the bad boys and leave the good guys?”
This is a puzzle that bugs the hell out of so many guys.
The theory out there — usually advanced by frustrated guys complaining about the “jerks” who get the women they can’t have and those who constantly worry that a “bad boy” might steal away the woman they love and they won’t be able to do a damn thing about it — is that women must somehow be “addicted’ to shady and scandalous characters who demean, humiliate and treat them like disposable objects.
First up, to generalize and say all bad boys are the same and that every bad boy is up to no good, is to have a serious tunnel vision on the sex appeal of the bad boy.
However, I have to agree that there are women who are intrigued by what they themselves don’t understand. These women fall fast and hard for jerks, gangsters, criminals, thugs, bullies, moochers, addicts, womanizers, abusers and emotionally unavailable men because these men mimic some of the QUALITIES that make bad boys so appealing but soon or later the women realize that these men are as cold, selfish, cheap, lazy, spoiled, calculating, bitter, cruel and controlling as they come.
This attraction to struggling or troubled souls that need fixing, protecting or nurturing has very little to do with love or even the men themselves, and a lot to do with these women’s need (yes, need) for men who bring out in them a deeply buried desire to be depended up on, or overpowered (or punished) by an aggressive, cold, ruthless, selfish, heart-less and even possibly violent male.
Many of these women fall for these men knowing too well that these men want a shag but not a relationship, or cheated on their last girlfriends, or have a long rap sheet, or have never held a steady job, or are zonked out on drugs and alcohol every evening etc. but the attraction is so strong because troubled souls create the outer chaos these women need to distract themselves from what’s really going on in their own souls. These women manage to somehow convince themselves that if they can somehow make him more loving, get him off drugs, help him succeed or whatever, then they can somehow have the love they didn’t get in childhood, or feel important (something they never made to feel growing up) or even get back the “power” taken away from them in their past. But they are only........continue reading @ http://coolpenny./2013/02/08/why-women-dig-the-bad-boy-sex-appeal-part-1/ |
