They have become so lawless that they have made themselve to be their own law
That's why it is foolish of the Nigerian youths to insult one another on social media, while the thieves they are fighting for don't care about one another's political divide.

If They Are Really Sincere...
Sincerely, if the National Assembly members are truly concerned with the rising spate of unemployment, they would simply cut down their immoral N10 billion monthly earning by 50% and establish empowerment fund where they'll channel 50% of what they currently earn I.e N5billion/month. These funds will be executed in ways that will create jobs, promote job creation in the society, and will be supervised by the NASS. This is a means to show their sincerity, not the mockery of a rhetoric motion that is aimed at mocking Nigeria youths and scoring cheap political points that they aim to use to exploit the masses in the election.

This has been my thoughts, nnaa. I didn't know that there was someone of like mind.
PoliticsRe: Buhari Takes Over Central Bank Naira Management - Bloomberg. by Analysiscorner: 5:09am On Jan 30, 2016
lastpage:
Okay, let's break it down:

*Bloomberg is a foreign Business analyst et al .... operating in foreign currency
*Bloomberg and anyone for that matter, (like LOOTERS) who operates-in and have abundance of FOREX... STANDS to GAIN a LOT, each time the Naira is devalued.
*The "Poor majority of Nigerians" operate in Naira and get shafted, after each DEVALUATION of the Naira..... and it has happened many, many times in the last Government!
*President Buhari is the C-in-C of their sovereign Country called Nigeria and the "buck" stops at his table! he cant tell us "America should know"! shocked
*Buhari parleys with his Financial Advisors, from CBN Governors, to Finance Minister, e.t.c. They give him up-to-date information and analysis.
* Based on feedback from those "in the know" (not some opportunistic beneficiaries like Bloomberg! or Dollar LOOTERS), the President decided that devaluing the Naira IS NOT in the INTEREST of NIGERIANS....... majority of who dont spend Dollars!
* The President knows, l know and every "right thinking" Nigerian who is not selfish knows that further devaluing a depreciated Naiara at this point, will simply Kill the Naira..... and PMB has said: "I will not kill the Naira".
I salute PMB's courage!

* #Wailers are up in arms over this? huh huh

I am like WTF? Is the President supposed to PROTECT the INTEREST OF Bloomberg and their Dollar-looting Investors.... or the interest of the average Nigerian who is suffering the effects of mal-administration, corruption and looting of their patrimony, over the years?

All can say is this: Come Rain or Shine, If Buhari continues on this path, God spare his life, he already Got my VOTE in 2019, for a second term. kiss kiss

... even of he decamps to PDP!
grin grin

It therefore means you that you are not a zombie for the past 16years what as your progenitors did to this great country they did nothing than plundering this country and all they do is to favour their selfish interests hugely at the expense of the masses and this great country. Am sure you are the EX- president apologist. That doesn't matter to me anyway. As for bloomberg they don't have the interest of Nigeria at earth in anyway. So if you like leave that trash or start eating it. Let bloomberg continue there way let bloomberg continue broadcasting. Finally As for nigeria I see light at the End of the tunnel that will shine the path of the Nigeria masses.
Please, tell us why Nigeria doesn't need to devalue the Naira now , and how, no matter the effects, we will come out better of than what would have been the case had the Naira been devalued. .

So pathetic that you registered on Jan. 27 with the sole aim of attacking the person of former president Goodluck Jonathan. I would have expected you to contribute to the topic by giving your reasons why Naira devaluation is not a good option for Nigerians now. By so doing, people will at least take you serious as someone who knows what he is saying.
If you keep blaming somebody when you have been given the opportunity to do your own, at the end you will find out that you have wasted you tenure.

Hello everyone,

I recently began a sack farming project to see how possible it was to grow cucumbers in sacks. I'll like to announce that it was a successful endeavour. For those who don't have land to farm on, you all have no more excuse. It's as easy as just putting soil (which is free) in a sack and that's it. I thank all the agric, vegetables and cucumber lords of this forum. Una don try and una still dey try. Please enjoy the pics...they speak better.

Please feel free to ask any questions... grin

Were you friends after the marriage that he can disclose his innermost worries and cares to you?
How come it that the time he was depressed so much to the extent of contemplating suicide he could not see a friend in you to confide in?
Tell us how you people have been living from the beginning.

If the story happened as you just narrated, I can't see where you are at fault.
Nonetheless, find a nice time after you might have prayed to see him one on one, explaining with love, that you aren't as rude as he thinks. E.g, he might also argue that you should have waited for him to finish with his call b4 going for your extra pen. "Sorry sir. Sorry sir" as many times as you can say.
Don't engage him in logic when you go to see him. Humans want to feel important; let him have his day; he is good while you are bad.
CrimeRe: Traffic Police Removes Motorists's Teeth In Lagos (photos) by Analysiscorner: 11:53am On Jan 27, 2016
The Police Public Relations Officer, Dolapo Badmos, said it was the motorist and his condoctor who assaulted the traffic warden, adding that Charles’ uniform was torn during the attack on him.

She said, “The traffic warden was beaten by a commercial bus driver and his conductor who are still at large. His service uniform was torn to pieces. He was rescued by a team of policemen deployed in the scene. The case will be dealt with decisively.”

Imagine the hipocrisy of the Nigerian Police Force. They have not given the other party fair hearing, including obtaining testimonies from witnesses, but have already concluded that the driver was at fault.

PetsThe Story Of How A Wise Dog Saved The Owner's Life. by Analysiscorner(op): 11:05pm On Jan 25, 2016
Animals many atimes, care and show love. Read this touching story about Macy the dog.

The Dog Who Saved My Mom's Life

Macy is a quick-thinking Boston terrier who could give a certain heroic collie a run for her money.

Susie Thompson O, The Oprah Magazine

COURTESY OF SUSIE THOMPSON

We picked up Macy when her previous family returned her to the shelter because they wanted a bigger dog, which we couldn't understand -- she's so funny and clever. If she leaves a toy in the yard, I'll say, "Macy, don't leave your toy outside." She'll grab it and bring it in.

When my mom got pneumonia, I went to Virginia to help care for her and brought Macy. Mom wasn't an animal person, but Macy followed her everywhere. One night, my mom fell asleep around midnight, and I went to the other bedroom. Around 2 A.M., I woke up to Macy hitting my arm with her paw insistently. I thought she wanted to go outside, but she ran into the hall and stopped in my mom's doorway, refusing to move. I walked in and saw Mom was in distress -- it looked like she was having a seizure. Macy jumped on the bed and laid her body completely across my mother. My dad called EMS, who told him to get any pets out of the way, so I put Macy in the family room and set up the baby gate. When EMS came, she tore down the gate to run back to my mom.

At the hospital, I learned that Mom's kidneys had failed, and she'd been slipping into a coma. If Macy hadn't woken her up, the doctors don't know what would have happened. But her recovery has gone well, and I think it's because she feels so protected -- and she has Macy's unconditional love.

My dear thank you for your discerning mind.
PoliticsRe: Nigerian Army Releases Statement On Buratai's Alleged Role In Arms Deal Scandal by Analysiscorner: 8:58pm On Jan 25, 2016
It is obvious that the allegations against the COAS are in his personal capacity. Hence, there's no need for the director of army information to speak for him.
Let Gen. Buratai submit himself to probe; only then can we be sure that he was not part of the looting of the arms money.

this reminds me of my very own beloved brother who got into this mess and had to suffer many strokes, insults and harsh treatment from my mum infact from the rest of my family members. he was only 14 when he was also introduced to this satanic thing by someone we trusted and he end up using literally every penny he had saved, even those I sent to him to play gamble. My dear I can tell you that I sent my brother nearly 70k in three days and he spent them on gamble. and Moreso he uses my mums money and sisters money to play this stuff and calls me telling me that his pocket had gotten a hole hence the disappearance of the money and when I sent the money to replace what he'd lost; my lovely brother goes to play this thing.
its a long story and I almost got my brother-inlaw LOCKED up one day I was on the phone and could literally hear him smacking my little brother as though he was a hardened criminal. eVEN though I knew all he needed was help like counselling, tlc WITH words of reality

We result to prayers and fasting and I also asked them to go there and talk to the owner and moreso I constantly spoke to my brother over the phone; almost like therapy sessions and finally God took control and he has stopped from partaking (least I know and I believe as he made me to).
I cant tell you how much a 14 - 15 years old boy spent in three months; it was an experience that would linger on.

Now my advice to you is to stop now!!! playing Gamble jeopardise your relationship with your mum, your family; it makes you vulnerable to so many circumstances and exposes you a torture that even your family have to go through for your sake. PLEASE STOP NOW..
Have you given your mum the money and is there any way I could help provided you promise to tell your mum the truth, I am ready to reimburse you half way. Why you should tell your mum is so as she knows you really wanna stop instead of her finding out and attributing it to evil spirit. Well I think its evil spirit to play Gamble because the bible tells us that money is the root of all evil thus MONEY-EVIL-GAMBLE- SPIRIT...
please forget the money you lost.... TRYING TO GET IT WILL ONLY TRAP YOU MORE...
PLEASE I REALLY WISH YOU NEVER GO THERE AGAIN...
REBUKE THAT SPIRIT AND STOP NOW!!
SPEAK TO THAT ADDICTION AND TELL IT OFF!!!
PLEASE
Too bad, Nne!

Young lady, you will be doing the world a favour if you abort that pregnancy now, you not ready, psychologically, emotionally, financially, morally to develop or take care of a baby!

No support from your man or whatever! The world is tired of unnecessary suffering to kids who knows nothing about the selfish lust of their parent!

We tired of seeing malnourished kids, sick children, we don't want to see a kid you will bring to the world to suffer because of your carelessness! Save the little boy stress of what he knows nothing about! You will birth the child and all you will ever do is telling the child of better tomorrow! The kids bears the brunt most in this recklessness!

Now, there is nothing to panic about, goto a qualified personnel to abort the preganancy, well handled by an expert, abortion is not as complicated as you all seem to paint it! Only in nigeria we hear of abortion, caesarean section and we fidget!

You scared of damaging your womb? Nah you shouldn't be, you should be able to be responsible for your actions!

U will be then be advise to go into skills and acquisition... While they stay on top there without retirement.... If I had wanted to go into entrepreneurship... I won't have spent my time @ the university.... I would have jst use the money for my education and start up a business...
Maxwell, learn to be happy in whatever condition you find yourself in. Learning a skill in addition to your degree would place you ahead of those that learnt the same skills without going for a degree.
You must not despise the days of small things.
There is this thing that works in psychology, war, business life goals. When you complain, you are defeated.
What about those that studied 2 first degrees simply because they were not offered the ones of the choices?

Govt creating jobs isn't abt the civil service but about creating the enabling environment so that industries and businesses can thrive more easily by making policies and decisions that would benefit the masses; the opposite of course is what we see today. Yes he did not go into details but if u read in between the lines you would have understood this, this is not to in anyway take away anything from entrepreneurship. I hope to be an entrepreneur too!
Your view here simply means ways that government can aid businesses to grow in Nigeria. The businesses here involves Enterpreneurs as well as already established ones.

I beg to disagree with the the points which u used to qualify the topic. You are debating on unemployment and you didn't explain what employment and unemployment is all about moreso you didn't tell us how employment is created and cite examples of countries or societies that solved employment problems without encouraging enterprises. From your conclusion I can denote that all you want is for the government to create jobs for people to work but you need to be reminded that even the few jobs the government have created they are finding it difficult to pay workers salaries. Don't discourage entrepreneurs if you don't know the way to make it there.
Exactly my dear !
His topic could have read : Ways To Enhance Enterpreneurship In Nigeria.
Then, he would go on to list the challenges that Enterpreneurs face in building their business in Nigeria, and also proffer solutions to the problems.
