You say Tony Blair isn't Scottish in anyway shape or form and then when I point out his Scottish roots you go off on a tangent about every white person having roots from everywhere else. Now you are looking at Tony's father in order to support your non-Scot claim and totally ignoring his mother who was Scot Irish.

Even the the Queen has a Scottish mother and the English only have good things to say about her. In fact there are hardly any 'English' people in the Royal family including the Queen herself because her father came from a German family. If we all were to employ your archaic way of thinking then we would only claim nationality based on our forefathers even though they lived thousands of years before us in a different time and place.

90mph police chief's driving ban

Held where? Prison or Deportation Camp? He committed a deportation offence according to the Justice system and should be deported but keeping him in prison after serving his term is gross injustice. Sentiments aside, why do you say this? Has there ever been a case of a British person born and bred being deported from Britain? I always hear this sentiment expressed whenever I tell a Nigerian that I am British and I am curious to know why you think and believe that is possible. Don't forget that traffic law is civil not criminal offense. Does civil offense warrant prison terms or deportation in Britain i doubt it. In the US, thousands of illegal alien commit crimal crimes or even murderous offences, yet they stay, although some are deported.

In short all motoring offences in Britain are classified as criminal unless they have been decriminalised and handled by the council. I am British, currently living and working in a foreign land, USA.   As a foreigner there are certain rules that I have to adhere to. I have to adhere to the driving rules and laws, ensure that my insurance and license are up to date, pay my taxes, don't drink and drive etc etc. In some states of the USA if you kill someone then you could face the death penalty. In Britain you are looking at a life term which is probably about 15 years. The same with fraud cases. In American, a fraud conviction will get you 25 years to life, In Britain a maximum four years.

My point is Onwubiko broke the law, and regardless of skin colour he is a foreigner and should be deported to his country of origin. Britain has more than enough home grown criminals to deal with and shouldn't have to deal with Nigerian ones as well.
