Since your dad had no will, in many cultures the house would even belong to the eldest male child. He can then allocate rooms to other siblings who need accommodation there. Not sure what your culture says about it.

If at all possible, start seeking alternative accommodation. Don't be wedded to "a public" property belonging to 11 children.
