laiza:Aside black mamba is not that dark in colour. Only the dark mouth gave it that name. If this happened in 9ja, very likely it is mamba. Very rare. In fact I know of no record of it even been found in 9a. Rare in West Africa as a whole. This might be a species of cobra. |
Snakes & palm plantations are like 5 & 6. Wey that Zuma pic? The lie in wait for rodents: rats, squirrels, rabbits, cane-rats etc. |
Shildren nor get respect nowadays. She dey use big mama twerk. ![]() |
IJOBA2:Abi o. His version has to certainly make more sense. |
Property investment is difficult these days. Too many bad tenants who prefer to pay lawyers than pay rent. And such will be praying for success and shouting God pick my call, give me a breakthrough when they rob others of their ROI. Karma is a merciless bitch. |
Donnyboy:nice |
Rape seems to be a cavalier crime in 9ja. 15 months for child rape? With no chance of maybe she changed her mind or she claimed rape for not getting the money/reward promised? That is a real joke. |
ilyasom:What is that based on? Lucky Dube was gunned down by his countrymen because they thought he was a Nigerian driving a flashy car. The killers confessed so in court. If indeed he was Nigerian, it would have been rumored that his fellow criminals killed him over money/drugs. If you have been way from 9ja you will know that just being from a particular country is enough to be considered a criminal by some narrow-minded people. |
ephi123:Truth be told, the man did not try. He could not even do the road to his own town Uromi, as Minister of Works. But birth & death are two things that should sober everyone, happiness/sadness. To remind of us the beginning & the end. In saying RIP, we reflect on the inevitable. Quite possibly, Eugene was saying RIP over someone just months, weeks or even days ago. Such is life. RIP. |
Lucky is the runaway gold medalist as Worst Governor of Edo State. It will take PDP another 20 years recover from his poor showing at State level. If Obaseki can perform just a little bit. |
deedeedee1:God bless you. I have said this many times and they call me Ipob. Park a bus at Ikeja Along with a label "board to go to Luxembourg (population 440k) or Malta (population 446k)" and see the rush & stampede that will happen. I prefer a small but cohesive and homogeneous country where everyone is pulling in the same direction for progress. With a shared history & easier to manage. What use is a gargantuan country with poor security of lives & property, tribalism, religious problems, poor life expectancy/healthcare, unemployment, corruption, weak institutions, disunity and many more? If you live in a small prosperous country, you can easily travel out to experience the much touted "diversity" in other countries that have done the right things and make it work. What use are the 500 ethnic groups, many dishes/food & cultures to 70% of Nigerians living in poverty? Is it not better to live in Tiv Republic, Urhobo Republic or Ijaw Republic and live a good life? |
Beanpole dance. Lol. |
Agbafs2005:You mean Kannywood actresses? Oga OP come and work for your money some more. Abeg answer dis kweshion o. ![]() |
Like it or not, GEJ is in a class of his own by God's grace. The only ex-presido that did not first come to power through the barrel of the gun, lost election as an incumbent and peacefully handed over to another govt. Jonathan strengthened Nigerian democracy more than any other leader dead or alive till date. Despite detractors yapping about corruption, Jonathan does not have the kind of mansion where IBB gave out his daughter in marriage. And no evidence of personal corruption before a competent court to charge him with. |
Upon all our religiosity & conservatism, where has it taken us? We have to rely mostly on atheist and gay Caucasian folks to develop technology, medicine, agriculture, biotech and things we now cannot do without. The very people we condemn the most. How about we developing our own conservative religious technology, medicine, agric, biotech so that we can genuinely discriminate and condemn those people without being hopeless hypocrites? Oh! It seems we cannot. Our minds are too narrow to reach such heights. That I believe in God & straight does not make me better than those who are not. That will be judged and decided elsewhere. |
vioment:This kind of brutal killing of a police woman must have been orchestrated perfectly. Ordinarily as a policewoman, the police would do a good job. But those involved in this crime are probably well connected. They'd easily cover their tracts, buy police/investigators. It can only be love/money related: witnessed massive looting, about to blab about money/affair with an important person and asked for settlement (threat) or taken out by a jealous wife of her married high profile lover or by a furious jealous lover cheated on. These are the likely scenarios. But no thorough investigation will happen. Even autopsy is unlikely. Her family will say let's leave everything in God's hands. That is 9ja for you: wearing flashy clothes, using flashy cars, expensive smartphones and so on but mentally still in Victorian times. |
Partnerbiz:Through Ibori's patronage. Before May 2007, being close to Ibori could make you rich for life. With connections in oil business and all. Do not be surprised if he is gradually laundering Ibori's image with APC. Maybe he is even working towards being the next APC governorship candidate in Delta. |
Funny lady. You do soft porn pose and you do not like being seen as a sex object. Do achieve that by using seductive pose to recruit more into the vaseline crew? ![]() |
WhoBeThisMan:US have their fingers in everything. Even various groups currently fighting in Syria/Iraq. Try & go back to how Al-Qaeda began. Al-Qaeda is the godfather of all terrorist groups. |
Kenturkey048:Luckily my family is far away in a country where things work. The extended ones still there can later join. Worry about yours dude. What we know is that we have not heard the truth. It seems like Boko is a Frankenstein's monster. ![]() |
2SWT:But he's right. A large number of men cheat for that reason. The irony is the woman he cheats with might not be better than the first one. So some keep on cheating. While women like to mock small dick (a thing of nature), they forget their own laziness & lack of imagination in bed. Several fore-plays and sex styles are taboos for our religiously brainwashed womenfolk. I wonder how or where religion told them that being lazy in bed is a requirement for heaven. But expecting money after sex is not a taboo. Head is a taboo (the mouth I use to pray to God? Abeg no oooo!), doggy style will ruin womb (Gee which anatomy book says that?), so only to put back for ground. Women should stop considering sex as doing a guy a favour. Nature makes it that men have to chase, same in the animal kingdom. A male monkey does not enjoy sex more than a female monkey. Same with humans. Yes, men need to rant more about these facts. |
The truth will come out one day. No doubt about it. |
verygudbadguy:Mind your liver though. ![]() |
RIP |
Our authorities have no respect for life. RIP boy. |
Following. |
AngelicBeing:Sadly, in terms of wanton greed and desire to amass wealth, the average citizens are not different from those people. It is now a part of who we are. The looters/elite are mostly normal people who had opportunity to siphon. It will take an earth-shattering even or a series of events to change things. Such events will most likely create a bigger Somalia/Iraq/Afghanistan/Syria situation, considering our size. Nigeria will not emerge from the mess in 25 years. Ideally the changes ought to begin with restructuring & strengthening of institutions. But certain sections & some elites do not want that. So na siddon look. |
candy:This one pass kai-kai holder o. ![]() |
Why not? Very possible. No need for aristo, student loans probably available as a citizen. If not for the harsh economic situation in 9ja, many more girls would be virgin. We are largely a religious conservative society. However, consumerism/desire for beautiful things & poverty easily cancel out our conservatism. |
Karlman:I tire o. |
Handsomecole:So you mean Benin has more prostitutes than Owerri? At least Edo ones know how to earn hard currency doing it. Is Okija forest in Edo? And the Malaysian drug dealers are from Benin? The Igbo veteran guy based in USA killed visiting family in SE was also killed in Benin? That killer or killers were merciful, right? Lament the state of insecurity nationwide by all means. Is it Maiduguri/NE with Boko or areas herdsmen are killing & raping women that are peaceful? You have never lived or spent even a night in Benin yet you believe you know Benin extremely well. Listen to yourself. When we were growing up, we did so believing that when you go across Niger bridge, you will end up in a pot of soup. But we overcame such prejudice when we grew up. Grow up man! He who comes to equity must come with clean hands. A policewoman attached to Enugu deputy governor was shot dead just today. Are you going to ask all residents to leave Enugu State? Or advice all passengers or anyone not to stay a single night in Enugu? See link: https://www.nairaland.com/3795345/policewoman-helen-sunday-shot-dead |
gabinogem:People are struggling with simple maths and you are asking of statistics that needs to be interpreted properly to be understood. Does that guy sound to you as someone who would understand statistics? People easily forget the location of Benin, between SW, SE & Delta, that attracts all sorts of people, good and not so good. With a population surpassed only by Lagos, Kano, Ibadan and maybe by PH, Abuja & perhaps Kaduna only in recent years. With several tertiary institutions and mostly a civil servant and bank city. Few jobs otherwise. How can you have a city of around 1.2 million people with little opportunities and expect El Dorado? These are no excuses but facts we know from many places to cause huge social problems. We hear of similar criminal activities in other places like PH and Calabar (mostly kidnapping of lecturers and students) of late. |
