They say diversification is key....and frankly, we have a lot of resources to diversify to. We have streamlined our source of income to just petroleum. What we are getting from petroleum cannot cater for the over 200m citizens. The US population as at 2020 is just 300m+ and they have a strong economy based on tech, healthcare, petroleum, etc. That country has 135 working refineries!
