OlowoB: That exactly is the irony of life my dear.....
some of the bad guys end up making it in life than the so called good guys...
The so called dullards in secondary school are now driving jeeps while the extremely smart ones are no where near them...
The ones with first class in Uni are lecturers and collecting stipends while the ones with 2.1 and even 2.2 are collecting millions....
Those ones that have done abortion almost 5 times are married and even given birth while the ones that had sex just once before they got married, no abortion are either still single or married and no child yet....
i can go on and on...... life is a big mystery.
NB: i am in no way justifying bad deeds
Ecclesiastes 9:11 King James Version (KJV) 11 "I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all". |

Meanwhile, if u watched d Tiwa interview, you would notice that she never denied sleeping with don jazzy and co. When asked about the allegation, she said I never cheated on my husband. Her response could imply that she slept with those guys but not after hooking up with teebillz.
I expect a lot more to unfold from this saga Before nko? These days girls can sleep with 20 men concurrently until wedding day. Only the fairly disciplined ones completely severe ties with all their lovers after wedding. Any serious guy should do DNA paternity test on their firstborn kids because 50% of firstborn kids belong to another man outside. Statistically. Nothing guys do that girls are not doing even more of now. Was Tiwa not sleeping with Tunji before he got divorced? We should just not judge because what both did or are doing is pretty common these days. |

This is even better. No wrong suspicion of giraffing. You get to focus on your work. In reality, never heard of med students copying each other in such a theory exam setting. Invigilation and setting always high standard and the stakes to high to risk. Failure rate in theory exams is generally low anyway. OSCEs are the koko. |

CSTR2: But Igbos fought the British colonialist too, which were well documented. Even Achebe wrote of it in his things fall apart book. Anyway, I was just kidding about the Oba. I mean no disrespect. You know Igboland wasn't one single Kingdom. There were various wars between Britain & different kingdoms/chiefdoms in Igboland. Aba market women protest and others are clearly documented. But you will agree that no single one in Igboland was of the scale like that of Benin Empire in 1897. Certainly not in Onitsha. Both in historical terms, folklore and wide ranging consequences till today. |

CSTR2: Look at them standing as equals. The Queen and the Prince are obviously comfortable and relaxed. Education and sophistication has a way of showing. not like a certain picture featuring a certain Oba and a certain premier with the Queen looking like she had seen a ghost and a savage, and afraid to even shake hands. *with all due respect to the Oba * Don't forget that history plays a part too. Take Oba of Benin for example. Just 59 years earlier, there had been a bitter war with the British. The British by 1956 would have known there was no love lost. Onitsha doesn't have that history of defiance against the British despite tax protests and so on. The attire Oba Akenzua was wearing was another act of defiance, never mind the courtesy and diplomacy. That very attire belonged to Oba Ovonramwen and was even initially seized by the British in 1897 but later returned. Anybody familiar with history will know that the Europeans tend to like you if you were historically obedient to them. Europeans doing padi padi with you is hardly ever to your advantage long term. Same reason they ensured the North got the power before leaving at independence. Knowing they won't take Nigeria anywhere. 56 years on, we can all see it. |

Yes, roughly so. I think Oba Aderemi Adesoji died about a year later around 1980 or so. |

JONATHAN MY HERO Actually I respect his opinion. He's bold. Of course he had to support GEJ once he decided to contest, not minding his personal opinion. I believe GEJ had the constitutional right to contest, so he did. Even though I support GEJ, looking back, I'm happy he lost. The best thing that happened to him. Blessings can come in ways you think is failure initially. Imagine things were half as bad as it is now under GEJ? I would be afraid for his personal safety. Because the North control all the security apparatus. |

Kids and children will say whatever they want but men who knows the political equation that makes it possible for a region to produce a president understands perfectly what am talking about With the North producing presidents & Heads of State for 40 years, what has Nigeria to show for it? Did it not take GEJ to re-invigorate railway (that the vast North needs), build hundreds of Almajiri schools, turn Nigeria to Africa's largest economy? If even one region has been producing president and we're now like Singapore or Malaysia, would it matter? |

luvken1629: Tiwa.. I thinking your decision to call it all quit just because of what he did on social media points to the fact that, he may somehow be right, why don't u make ur marriage work, Mr T complained out because he was feeling eatin up inside, he has several allegations against u, but u are having no tangible one to hold to, as for ur complains of u spending too much, u should understand what marriage is, two of u are now one, there should be no separation of any thing even funds, don't forget hes a star like u are , and u know the d kind of life' superstar live, flashy lifestyle , support ur husband for life, stop complaining, why will u ask for money for diamper , when ordinary u earn more than him, and Tiwa u made the biggest mistake by sacking him, as ur manager, thereby taking 40% of ur funds to someone else, that was when his frustrations started, pls go back to ur husband and continue to be a good wife and help him always without complaining, don't forget ur marriage vows, FOR BETTER , FOR WORST, .......AND THIS TWO SHALL BECOME ONE FLESH, u are mearn to be a help meet to him, don't also forget ur humble beginning, he played a good roll making u who u are today, I don't want to judge but I think they didn't sit down to honestly work out the dysfunction in the family. Within the first 5 years and with arrival of a baby, things can get rocky. Emotional, sexual, romance and even financial issues for relatively big earning stars. Like any other family, planning, budgeting and cutting back on expenses are crucial, if needs be. We understand the unique challenges stars face. Having to keep up with the Joneses and flashy life. It surprised me that Tiwa who is a woman (who should like splashing money on shoes & Gucci bags) & earns the cash seems more aware of the need to economise. |

It is also a pioneering work. That puts it ahead of Arrow of God. 2 Likes 1 Share |
