It is not. It was promised for 25 million poorest Nigerians, possibly 75% would even be in the North. Promise is promise. Not that he has provided an alternative now, like shopping voucher. Many that would benefit would be the old and frail, unable to work.

Not only Naija sef. I know people who began bank job with school cert in 9ja. Only 1990. They are in their 40s now and bank managers and higher positions. Though some did some in house training and some got degrees while working.

Those who straight to university to become engineers, medics, lawyers, accountants,etc, many have not made as much money, though may have a great job satisfaction.
