How can cash shortage hit banks. What does transferring money from an account to another have to do with cash in their vault? If u enter a bank branch and transfer 50million from your account to another account, does it affect the cash the bank has in their vault? Are they physically moving cash?

The igbos should build a world class shopping mall for electronics, computers, phones in the east, since there is minimal issues with multiple taxation in the east the goods will be cheaper and more affordable, which will make shoppers to prefer travelling to the east than going to lagos where street urchins, touts, area boys harassment has an impact on the business there.
