REHOZIBAH: From the grapevine,Gov Obi had marshalled a fail-proof plan to instal his successor. If plan A does not work,he will switch to Plan B which is the just retired Executive Director of Fidelity Bank(a bank Peter Obi has controlling shares in)...Willy Obiano....even if what you say is true how popular is this guy if he picks up apga ticket? |
REHOZIBAH: People watch out for this name WILLY OBIANO!!!why?i also find it funny that oseloka was also disqualified.something is not right somewhere. |
Rhino.5dm:i guess you were right.i also felt this was going to happen |
the problem we have in this part of the world is that we have this mindset of focusing much of infrastructural development on our capital cities instead of spreading it.so if people are fighting or agitating for capital to be located in their place it is because of this mindset.it is affecting imo and enugu.anambra seems to be escaping from that mindset.in south africa as afam has noted how many people remember that pretoria is the political capital when johanesburg, cape town, durban and port elizaberth are there?abia is another state that would been this scenario if not for the fool that is the governor.one other serious thing we have to consider in igboland is that our settlement pattern is quite decetralized and scattered hence it would be foolish to focus infrastructure in one area instead of spreading it. |
hooha lol...so what happens now?free passage for oseloka? |

oyb: Slow thinker - you think the man coming from china is selling his market in enugu? How many of your businesses are based in the east? I was in pc village over the weekend. This nna fellow I buy stuff from was telling me he was travelling to china to restock. Why would he fly from china to enugu when his shop is in lagos?time will tell...i hope you do not eat your words...keep banding kidnapping things around.by the way your first comment and this second comment are not related as the first comment was more about local travel while the second is more about international travel...in the end those airlines would decide instead of these academic projections we are doing. |
Abagworo: I know. I mean in the long run. Even at the moment, the Port Harcourt airport has restricted international flights.until whenever asaba is designated so let us focus on enugu...cant say why ph is restricted. |
Abagworo: I shot the video myself while driving to a hotel I was lodged in Enugu. Enugu is not densely populated and that is not the topic. I was only calling for patronage by all Igbos and you only saw the Port Harcourt and Asaba part.you are still making the mistake of mentioning asaba..we are not talking local travel here abagworo haba. |
oyb: Most ibos in nigeria will go by road rather than air during christmas for the simple reason that it is cheaper. A guy with a four kids or more, will blow over 200k on tickets alone.illiterate comment...i guess the igbo man coming to nigeria from let us say china would prefer to drive from china to enugu because it is cheaper.we are talking international travel here not local. |
macjive01: more power to your elbow.who is mazi bishop? |
bagworo you be funny guy o...is asaba an intertional airport?why not allow the private airlines decide is enugu is profitable.. |
can we allow this issue to rest?it is getting tiring. |
mikeansy pls in the case of ouk he should go and sit down as he is looking for relevance.what did he do for in eight yrs? |
Yorubest: My point in the opening post exactly where I mentioned income and population as the two key drivers for air passenger trafficjust allow the airlines that have shown interest decide. |
