Seriah:
Good day house. Please I have 2 questions

1. Must all the funds required for POF be domiciled in a single bank account or I can have it separate ones?

2. In the Gift Deed, should be purpose of the funds be stated or better still can anyone with a gift deed template kindly share?

Thanks
1) It can be in separate accounts
2) The gift deed should indicate that the person giving you the money is giving you out of his freewill and you can use the funds for whatever you like. You can find samples via google. I have deleted the ones i have on my system.

MENZPRIDE:
It's bemusing when people expresses falsehood mixed with half-truth and flattery.
1. having known this what is the Govt plan to achieve this, or is it 'Rocket Science'? "Fashola has stated so many times the plan is incremental power. I think that ministry should be scrapped."
2. how did you come about this fact? Are you kidding me with the bolded, especially the bracketed?
http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/09/power-obasanjo-yaradua-jonathan-spent-n2-74trn-in-16-years/ After this much money spent, we are still a long way from stable power. Total installed is about 10k MW, and we need to get to at least 40K MW. Do the maths.
3. so we cannot compute, exchange or afford the dollar rates? how come some persons are able to pay school fees, medical bills and other items "priced in dollars"??
Same reason some people can school abroad while a who lot of Nigerians can't afford private unis.
PS: The average cost of electricity in the UK is N44 kwh while in Nigeria, its about N23 kwh and gas is the same price on the international market.

SalamRushdie:
You are being economic with the truth Sir ... First and foremost you have not told us what Fashola did with the proceeds for the recent 50 percent increase..

You claim that no investment has been made in power in the last 20 years but we witnessed Obasanjo spend a whooping 16 billion dollars on about 8 power plants , we all know that the Jonathan govt made greater but more quiet effort in building another 8 more many of which Fashola is dependent on right now to increase power generation..

Can you name one single power project that has been initiated by this govt ?
1) Fashola did nothing with the money, because the government doesn't collect money, the private companies do and what they do with is not something Fashola can regulate.
2) GEJ did not build any power plants, he only completed what OBJ started. Also remember, a lot of the ones OBJ built don't have gas reaching them so for now, they are useless.
3) I'm pretty sure this government claims to have increased the transmission capacity from 5k MW to about 7k5 MW( not sure of the right thing).
4) I didn't say in the last 20 years, i said for close to 20 years (try understanding simple English before trying to understand complex power issues.)

Can you tell us what Fashola and his cronies in DISCO have achieved with the recent Tarrif increase of over 50 percent that they now come back just a year later to ask of another ..Please use your head because I know you can't even afford the present tariiff
I am pretty sure Fashola had no hand in selling to the owners of the DISCO's so they cant be his "cronies". That being said, Fashola said the truth but trust Nigerians to be Nigerians and see everything from a political point of view rather than logic.

1) It would take at least 7-10 years for Nigeria to have constant light. The earlier Nigerians accept this, the earlier politicians won't play politics with it.
2) A lack of investment in the power sector for close to 20 years CANNOT be erased in 5 years. Power is capital incentive with very little profit margin (something the investors didn't think about before buying)
3) Gas drives a majority of our power stations and it is priced in dollars while we pay our bills in Naira.

I could go on and on about the problems in the power sector and anybody expecting a miracle is most likely deceiving themselves.

Also another point to note is that there is no country in the world were the women out number the men 2:1 so that theory that men have the luxury of so many girls is a myth.
On the flip side there are two countries in the world were the ratio of men to women 2:1.

it is a pure lie
The number of women re more than the number of men
Hv u asked urself why upon all the polygamy that hv been practised in most part of the world, yet u hardly hear that any man is unable to find a female partner for marriage.
It z cuz of civilization that brought monogamy that made it more significant nw
It hv been that way for long.
In all species of animals, the female always outnumber the male.

i think you still do not get it,let me explain to you in economic terms, there is a concept called demand and supply, which means the scarce a commodity the more expensive it goes for.now let us relate it ,the population of women to men are within some 2.5:1 in some countries you even see 4:1.then at the same time men do all the risky jobs, some are reverend fathers and some lost to guyism, means you have a large crowd of women and no man to meet demand.if feminist have deceived other women into believing one man to a woman it mean 1/4 of women would have partners while 3/4 would go without or rather use desperate measures to get somebody else's own which in turn can explain the high divorce rate which is going on.so women would be deceiving themself if they think they hold the power in Negotiation because either ways the men do not loss out simply because they are fewer in numbers ,which makes them a scarce commodity
There are actually more men in the world than women, i guess its time to revise your "economic" theory to affect modern realities.

If women demanded more from men, did not sleep around in the name of feminism, men would settle into marriage at an earlier age.
This line here ruined the whole article. Heterosexual women sleep with men so if men don't want women who sleep around, they should zip up.

You should not demand what you cannot give so if you are not sexually pure, you have no right to demand for a partner that is sexually pure.

MizMyColi:
but sorry o.
does android have virus too
??
There's no yes or no answer so i'll give you the middle (What people call virus is actually Malware).
Every app runs in its own sandbox(its own room) and apps are not allowed to do anything outside their rooms except you give the apps permission to do so and that is were malware (virus) comes in.
So whenever you install an app, be very cautious of the permissions you are giving it and anything that looks suspicious should be removed e.g a note taking app asking for permission to use your camera or access your sms is suspicious and should be treated as a rogue app until proven otherwise.

NB
Any app that request for permission to see which other apps are running and see sensitive log data should not be installed.

For those in the know how best do you resolve this issue.

A dear friend (currently based in Canada) submitted application for PR via express entry and discovered there's a mistake in the application. This is the mistake

Worked in the same firm twice (Aug 2009 - may 2011) then from (Aug 2011 - May 2013) in Nigeria. When he applied for reference letter, he was given a reference letter for the first period while he put the date for his second period while filling the application.

When the mistake was discovered, he sent a cancellation request (like 6 weeks ago) but right now it seems they are working on the application because it has gotten to background check. The cancellation was request was sent before medicals was even passed.

If IPOB thinking restructuring is an impossible task because of the Nigerian constitution, then they will wait for Eternity for a UN supervised referendum unless they decide to wage a war against Nigeria.

For those who talk about "The right to self determination", you need to go and study the UN Charter very very well because if it was that easy, then Catalonia (spear headed) by Barcelona football club would have been an independent nation by now.

You would find that the post alludes to the fact that the financial status of a man is indicative of certain attributes: intelligence, diligence, etc. this is the issue. I'm not running away from the issue. The money is a pointer to those qualities we've mentioned over an over. That's when you said Dino Melaye's money isn't pointing to any quality and I agreed that he didn't represent my interest group. I told you: financial reward = successful enterprise which in turn depends on said attributes. Bottom line: at the root of this isn't the money.
Lecturers and Soldiers are average financially all over the world(except they are into "runs"wink but you need intelligence and diligence to even have a sniff of success in those profession.

Hello Fam,i have a few questions running through my head anyone with the answers should please reply;

1. Don't they recognize B.Sc in the new CRS evaluation system, if they do how much points is allotted to it.

2. Is Bank statement and employment letter compulsory documents to be submitted when one has gotten ITA or reference letter is all that is needed cause i worked in an organization as a trainee engineer for 3years prior to my B. Sc before i was fully employed and i have worked with them for an additional 3years, should i claim to have worked with them for 6years as i have my employment letter stating 3yrs but i can easily get a reference letter for my company for 6years working experience with them.

3.Those already in the pool will their CRS Score be recalculated with the new format, the new format seems to be very stringent with point as those well above 400 may find themselves miles behind 67. It seems CIC is a little bit cautious considering the influx of immigrant in 2017.
3 years experience gives you the maximum number of points for experience. IN my opinion, use the 3 years after graduation.

Answer my question. I am not talking about violence in general..but electoral violence specifically. Get educated first.
Whats the difference between electoral violence and violence in general? Violence is a crime, electoral violence is a "subset" of violence. You should revisit your set theory.

You are very ignorant. Define electoral violence.
Violence is a crime in all ramifications. But convincing people to recall a senator is not a crime. The affidavit said Mr Tope was told to "Convince" people (Mr Tope's words not mine) and that my friend is not a crime.

Also he said he was told to give people 500 after they agreed, not before they agreed so they were not "induced".
