PoliticsRe: We’ll Hold Buhari, APC To “3 Million Jobs A Year” Pledge – NLC, TUC by babadee1(m): 2:00am On May 03, 2015
Bollinger:
See; the reason why , Nigeria is still the same.
The reason Nigeria still remains the same is because people like you have already given up on your country. Nigeria has immense resources and a great deal of potential, especially in terms of human capital. In one generation this country is going to be transformed into a true economic power house. Nigeria is the number one destination for foreign direct investment on the African continent and has one of the fastest growing economies in the world. Nigerians are extremely smart and innovative. They are the most highly educated and skilled immigrant group in the United States. The only problem Nigeria has is poor leadership and a lack of planning, look for that to change in the coming years.
PoliticsRe: We’ll Hold Buhari, APC To “3 Million Jobs A Year” Pledge – NLC, TUC by babadee1(m): 1:41am On May 03, 2015
Bollinger:
Proven by decades of bad leadership and by you. The fact that you cannot reflect on my words proves how far gone Nigerians really are. You are that type of person who compares himself to failures of others. I am not asking explain all but at least some for God's sake. I might as well make a promise of my own. I will give every Nigerian 1 million per day forever if made president in the next election. "how will i fund it you say" We'll cross that bridge when we get there. I don't have to go out of my way to give Nigeria a bad name; you all are doing fine in that aspect.
Your words do not stand up to scrutiny. Nigerians are not more dumb or less politically savvy than people from any other nation in the world. If you are a Nigerian then the shame is yours alone. The fact that you would even make such sweeping statements about your country without any concrete or objective basis already reveals the limitations of your own personal intellect and low self esteem. The problem is yours my friend.
PoliticsRe: We’ll Hold Buhari, APC To “3 Million Jobs A Year” Pledge – NLC, TUC by babadee1(m): 11:11pm On May 02, 2015
Bollinger:
It has been proven statistically that Africans, especially Nigerians, are the dumbest people on the planet. The concept of trying to solve a problem by applying the same parameters and expecting different results is very true with Nigerians. A politician promises 3 million jobs per annum and no one see it prudent to ask how he would achieve it before becoming president. A leader is a direct reflection of it's citizenry. So, since Nigeria has been having crappy leaders, it is because Nigerians are crappy people. Remember, the concept of democracy is that an overwhelming percentage of people with the same mindset will vote an individual to represent them in govt. So you pretty much get what you pay for.
Proven statistically by who? Where was the research done and in which journal was it published? Do you think politicians don't make ridiculous promises in other countries of the world? Judging by your list you are the dumb type who gives Nigeria a bad name.
PoliticsRe: We’ll Hold Buhari, APC To “3 Million Jobs A Year” Pledge – NLC, TUC by babadee1(m): 6:33pm On May 02, 2015
Nonsense. At the end of the day Buhari will be judged by the same standards that Jonathan was judged by, unrealistic promises or not. If he delivers in the areas where Jonathan did not then he'll be okay, if he performs as cluelessly then he will be voted out as well. Finish.
PoliticsRe: I Didn’t Order AIT Ban, Says Buhari by babadee1(m): 4:09am On Apr 30, 2015
Mogidi:
AIT are probably preparing another damaging documentary, why Fear no go catch Buhari?

Ban AIT and watch his ignominious past exposed to all and sundry.
The election is over, AIT have done their worst and they have failed. Nothing they can do at this point matters again.
PoliticsRe: Sanusi Lamido Ado-Bayero Appointed As NPA Managing Director By Jonathan by babadee1(m): 9:04pm On Apr 29, 2015
Mogidi:
Great appointment, nice to know the outgoing government is putting in position those with balls to checkmate Buhari when he veers off course.

Carry go GEJ, anyone to stop Buhari bringing 53 suitcases through the ports is fine by us grin grin grin
The previous holder of the position was sacked by GEJ to make way for this new appointment. That's the same way Buhari will sack this Sanusi Lamido person to make way for another person.
PoliticsRe: What Forensic Audit Report Of NNPC Revealed (SUMMARIZED VERSION) by babadee1(m):
dadaic:
Pwc should go to hell.. They did the audit before the election, why didn't we hear a damn thing. If Jonathan had won the election, the question is, would we have heard all of these they are saying now? Now Buhari will probe NNPC, they brought out such nonsense, who are they fooling?
PwC has no hand in releasing this report. Jonathan hired them to do an audit of NNPC, they finished their work and submitted the report to Jonathan before the election. It was Jonathan who released an incomplete version saying only $1.48 billion was missing and unaccounted for.
Buhari threatened to release the full report and to do a proper probe after May 29th, that was why Jonathan hastily released the full report yesterday trying to deceive people into thinking that his hands are clean.
PoliticsRe: Breaking News: Boko Haram Rescues 300 Girls From Sambisa Forest by babadee1(m): 9:28pm On Apr 28, 2015
Haba! Did Boko Haram rescue the girls from themselves or what na?
PoliticsRe: Buhari vs AIT: The Shameless Act Against Press Freedom. by babadee1(m): 8:18am On Apr 28, 2015
adconline:
Yes, idiot! He has been on Bill O'Reily a couple of times! Fox News crew is also represented in WH Press Team
Obama has never willingly gone on Bill O'Reilly's show. The two times he had interviews with him was because Fox News was nominated by the White House press corps to get the presidential interview during a major sporting event. Also Fox News has complained several times that the Obama administration has been denying them access, including refusing to call on their reporters during press conferences. Denying access to a news outfit that you believe will not give you fair coverage is perfectly legal for a government to do.
By the way Buhari has not yet been sworn in so he is still a private citizen with the right to determine the boundaries of his own privacy. AIT is still free to report whatever they want, they have not been banned. But the ability to follow Buhari to functions and to ask him questions face to face is not a right but a privilege that needs to be earned. Based on their ridiculously biased reporting during the elections, AIT has not earned that privilege.
PoliticsRe: APC Website Vanishes With Road Map And Campaign Promises by babadee1(m): 6:40pm On Apr 19, 2015
dearpreye:
Performing more than all his predecessors wasn't the promise sir.

We know what we read and heard. And we're following keenly.
How many of his campaign promises did Jonathan keep? Where is the second Niger bridge? Where is steady power supply? You people gave Jonathan a pass on his failed campaign promises after four years but you won't even give Buhari the benefit of the doubt before he is sworn in. It is obvious your hypocrisy stinks to high heavens.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Should Take National Conference Document With Him When He Leaves Aso by babadee1(m): 9:13pm On Apr 18, 2015
Nothing good came out of that conference. The 11 billon naira spent on it was a complete waste. No govt should have to gather people together and pay them obscene amounts of money to give recommendations that should be common sense solutions.

Basildvalour:
He should pass it on to the next government for review and possible implementation.

The amount of money, time and brains spent on that project can't just be allowed to lie wastefully.
PoliticsRe: No Pension For Ex Governors - Buhari ( Vanguard) by babadee1(m): 8:39am On Apr 15, 2015
Bayswater:
I was thinking you programmed dolt will counter the facts I have stated above but all you could do is to throw abuses and tantrums. Proper doom awaits you unlearned lot on this forum.
I will state it here again, Buhari can not singlehandedly repeal a pension law that was passed by a state house of assembly. The man has simply been saying what people want to hear. One could smell the deception from afar.
Did you read the story? It said he appealed to the governors to review and change the laws. Nowhere did it suggest that Buhari wants to singlehandedly repeal any pension laws. Like Festus Keyamo said in the story, changing the laws will require a moral suasion campaign as it cannot be done by fiat.
PoliticsRe: Who Owns Lagos? By Sam Omatseye by babadee1(m): 9:29pm On Apr 13, 2015
Chiefpriest1:
This divisive write-up is totally unnecessary. We know who owns lagos. The yoruba people do. People should stop fanning the embers of disunity for their selfish interest.

Omatseye should calm down abeg. By the way the man who's writing is not even yoruba, but itsekiri.

Op, pls add the source, I guess its the nation newspapers
Itsekiri people are part of the extended Yoruba family.
PoliticsRe: APC Denounces Defections, Says PDP Politicians Should Stay In Their Party by babadee1(m): 6:30am On Apr 12, 2015
Bevista:
Rather than advise politicians to stop defecting, I think you should instead raise the bar and make the process of defecting to ur party stringent.
Based on the Nigerian constitution you can't stop a person from joining your party if they want to. Membership must be open to any and everyone who wants to join.

PoliticsRe: APC In Panic Mode Because Agbaje Will Win In Lagos – Fani- Kayode by babadee1(m): 8:29am On Apr 11, 2015
This Fani-Kayode guy has still not learnt his lesson. I'm almost starting to feel sorry for him. Almost.
PoliticsRe: APGA Fires Back: Lagos Is A Colonial Settlement, Not A Yoruba Land. by babadee1(m): 7:00pm On Apr 08, 2015
PenSniper:
The entire Alaba market, Trade Fair complex, and such concentrations should be bombed to smitherings as a prelude to any action. This calls for meticulous planning for a long-drawn, no holds-barred and sustained action.
You must be joking. This is crazy talk o. Bombing Lagos government structures because you hate Igbos, that is just ridiculous.
PoliticsRe: Oba Rilwan Statement Is Disgusting by babadee1(m): 4:59am On Apr 07, 2015
I'm also a Yoruba and I was disgusted by Oba Akiolu's statement. But the truth is that these traditional rulers are for the most part completely irrelevant politically. For the most part, even a LG chairman has more political power than most of these Obas. There is no need to attach any more relevance to the Oba's statement than it deserves. He does not speak for Lagos state and he most definitely does not speak for Yorubas at large.
The Oba is simply speaking for himself and for his own personal interests, nothing more. He is entitled to hold his own personal opinion no matter how foolish and he has no power to do anything to anybody.
PoliticsRe: Oil Minister Double Standards: Photos Of Son's Private Jet Lifestyle - by babadee1(m): 4:40am On Apr 07, 2015
Billyonaire:
Even though these pictures are very old and this issue has been trashed in the past, I will like to state as follows;

Are Niger Deltans supposed to work a day in their lives ? Niger Deltans are supposed to own oil wells, and live limousine lifestyles, and own Lamboghini.

Any parasite that doesnt like this, should go back into his farm and resurrect their dying cocoa plantation and groundnut pyramid.
The Niger Delta is the poorest area in Nigeria. This is in spite of the high allocations those states get every month as well has having their son at the center of power at the federal level for 8 years.
PoliticsRe: Guber Poll: Oba Of Lagos Reads Riot Act To Igbo... The Sun by babadee1(m): 2:32pm On Apr 06, 2015
I don't believe this story. The Oba of Lagos couldn't have stooped so low as to say that. This was supposedly a closed door meeting for which the writer of the story does not claim to have been present. This is another case of PDP propaganda until proven otherwise.
PoliticsRe: Angry Jonathan Reportedly Blasts Diezani, Sent Her Out Of Aso Rock by babadee1(m): 8:12pm On Apr 05, 2015

Now I can call Jona a hero. I said it before. Jonathan is good but surrounded by bad people. Thank you Jonathan for boldly telling her. I'm sure the insecurity was caused by those pot bellied ogas@the top in the army.
But who picked those people? Whether the ones in Aso Rock or the ones in the military. Was it not Jonathan?
PoliticsRe: American Says "Obama Helped Elect GMB" by babadee1(m): 6:10pm On Apr 03, 2015
Dick Morris is a discredited liar, no serious person in America pays him any attention anymore ever since he falsely predicted a massive win for Mitt Romney over Obama in 2012. Please ignore his diabolical rants.
PoliticsRe: Is President Goodluck Really A Hero? by babadee1(m): 11:30am On Apr 03, 2015
You are right. Jonathan is not a hero. I almost got carried away by his supposed noble gesture in the euphoria of the moment but I realize now that he did what he felt he had to do to save his own skin.
PoliticsRe: Gov. Rochas Okorocha To Nd'igbo Your Greed Denied Us Senate by babadee1(m): 4:45am On Apr 03, 2015
Rochas did not say anything about greed in his statement, it was the OP who for reasons best known to him chose to use the word greed in his topic headline. Owelle Rochas was simply making the case that Nd'igbo should not have put all their eggs in one PDP basket, that's all.
PoliticsRe: The Election They Claim Was Free And Fair....the Kind That Brought In GMB by babadee1(m):
koife:
Without any sentiment I dare to say that the election that brought in GMB as president elect was massively flawed with rigging through voting by under age and other illegal activities. I have lived greater part of my life in the north and with all sense of objectivity, I can say that what i saw that day was far from free and fair. A situation where emirs become PVC vendors.......capturing bio data from unsuspected under age at night and using government agencies to print PVC in million and lining them out in our very eyes to vote during the just concluded election.....I couldn't help but retire to my house and cry out loud, the best I could do before leaving was to get the attention of security personnel who apperently seemed to careless. Bro Nigeria is very far from truth and realities. I hope this machinations will one day make us all decide to stay on our own. Can u imagine Gej lost the election without making any insiteful statement, no riot nothing nation wide and we sing that we are objective and worst a truly one Nigeria. These are clandestine lies.....we r fake to ourselves....the injustice can be denied today but not forever.
See pix attached
There is no way to determine that these pictures are actually from the just concluded election. If indeed you are sure that they are authentic, you should forward them to the PDP HQs. It should be good evidence in their tribunal case challenging the results.

Nonsense. Musiwa you better go and find something better to do with the copious amount of free time you seem to always have on your hands.

No we can't survive without the Igbo. There can be no Nigeria without the Igbo. Every tribe has it's role to play in making this country great again. Anyone still insisting on secession should be careful what they wish for. Just look at the example of South Sudan.

PoliticsRe: Jona's Loss Is Jimi Agbaje's Gain by babadee1(m): 6:54am On Apr 02, 2015
APC will retain the governorship of Lagos for one reason only, the Fashola factor. In the points you raised in your post you did not consider the very high popularity that the current governor enjoys among most Lagosians. Truly, Ambode is no Fashola but then again neither is Agbaje.
PoliticsRe: When Is Buhari Commencing Giving N5000/month To 25 Million Unemployed Youth? by babadee1(m): 3:38am On Apr 02, 2015
GhostProtocol:
Before you take a stupid jab at me being unemployed, that isn't the case!

Eagerly waiting for Buhari to fulfill this and many more promises.

N5000 a month to 25 million unemployed youth.

We are watching!
He's a politician, I don't expect him to be able to fulfill every single one of his promises. The realities between being a candidate and an office holder are vastly different. That being said, I believe we should hold him and his running mate accountable for their campaign promises especially regarding the most important issues of which I don't think this is one.
