valETA1: Its funny and weird that Ronaldo had spent all his carrier trying to catch up with Messi, be it individual accolades and the rest u can think of.
As if that isn't enough, Mbappe is facing the same fate as his idol Ronaldo. At Mbappe's 23yrs of age, Messi had already won 2 Ballon d'or's. But its a shame Messi will be turning 36 next year, and Mbappe won't still win it, because Messi's 8th Ballon d'or is already loading come next year.
This is what really worried Mbappe yesterday.
Anyways his future is bright, and by now he is far more better than his idol Ronaldo statistically and otherwise. Hmmm, Ronaldo has really tormented you for many years, stop wailing already, Mbappe won the world cup before Messi so no big deal Even at CR7's lowest you're are still wailing, na waa oohh. |

ChristoBam: As an introvert you don't start conversations, try to end conversations abruptly, first dates are disasters, and so on.
You're an introvert here but I'm sure you've still got friends. You can't avoid it and you kinda underrate the effect those friends have on on your mental health.
Good luck developing these types of relationships as an introvert in Canada. You'll find out you can go a year without having any real deep conversation with anyone. No way that doesn't affect your mental health. You probably haven't met an introvert yet, my interactions with others at work place and in school is enough for my mental health, I will relax at home and watch EPL, UCL, WWE, Movies etc |

since13o: How can someone get their passport? It's a very long process, prove that you were born there or you have lived there legally for 5 years, fluent in french and have means of livelihood. If you were not born there, you have to Go into the country with your Nigerian passport, get your residence permit, open a small business or marry their citizen and start counting your 5 years and learn french, this is the only genuine way, any other way is fraudulent. |

I can't wait to find my self in Canada, I so much like the loneliness part because I'm an introvert, and about upskilling? Even though I'm 38 years now immediately I find myself in Canada as a PR I would enroll into a University to study Computer Science.
I'm patiently learning French to boost my CRS and saving up money for POF. |

tessy1234: Please is it possible for a Benin Republic passport holder to travel to SA visa free? Do you know anyone that has travelled like that before? As long as it's a genuine Beninise Passport you have nothing to fear, The Visa free agreements between countries is very well respected, But please don't exceed your stay, with a Beninise Passport you have Visa Free stay of 30 days in South Africa but if you intend to stay longer you have to apply for the standard 90 days tourist visa. The same rule apply to other countries that offer Visa Free Access to Beninise Passport like Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Tunisia, Morroco, Mauritius, Sychelles, Sierra Leone, etc. One again, don't abuse the Visa free privilege, enter South Africa visa free, before the the expiration of the 30 days apply for a longer stay visa. For those in doubt of the above information, Benin Republic, Cape Verde and Ghana have the strongest Passport in the whole of West Africa. |

Treadway: true, but they aren't armed with PhD's or MSc's. I think I may be racist. Most people don't get this, but I must confess for years now, I don't get why people fawn over white folks, it irritates me. Whenever I interacted with them, I wasn't rude or arrogant but I exuded the 'behave around me' vibe. I have an air of superiority around them that I don't have even around fellow blacks or Nigerians. I can't get over the fact that the lowliest of them comes here and enjoys like a king, and the best of us gets there and has to start from scratch to 'prove' himself. Back in 2011/2012 I worked with a blindness prevention team that did free surgeries for eye ailments in Lagos. Twice a year they would fly in a medical team to join in. On screening days, the foreign optometrist would only see 5 a day, our guys would see AVG 200 patients each. Our guys would get 10k daily, while the oyinbo would get, you know the answer. They would ferry them to Radisson Blu at the end of each day, and there was even a budget for a cow for their entertainment. We did all the work!!! Enough PHD and Msc holders that were tip-top often find themselves stuck in these 'menial' jobs with silly excuses like skills over certificates, but it just doesn't happen the other way round. That shit pains me a lot cos I don't think these people are special, so why?? Skills over certificates? Dem no recognise the education, years of experience with great transferable skills before dem come up with express entry ni. Shey na for those menial jobs those erstwhile experienced folks go get key skills that will take their career to the next level, doing Uber, delivery guy and all that. The king and slave metaphor that the guy you quoted used, is an overused phrase but it just still holds true for me. I just might b racist. I don't wish them harm, but I just can't handle just the thought of being at the bottom of that power dynamic or food chain, even on their turf, cos they soar on our turf too. Best way I can put it is, I would rather let my wife buga me or feel like she can buga me, than let a white person feel that way (by buga I don't mean confrontation, I mean just by them simply expecting that with my years, education and qualifications I should be happy to take a job that a comparable man like myself over there with same years in and qualifications won't be offered). Dignity in labor or not i'd rather die!..lol. I really think I'm racist.... Be calming down There are some things you can't change, some of us only want to own a UK, US or Canadian Passport so that we can travel Visa Free all over the world. It's never about succumbing to white supremacy but to enjoy the benefits of being a UK, US or Canadian citizen. |

Ayblaize: Hello guys . I really appreciate the free flow of info about France study in this forum . God bless I have read the thread from beginning to end ,and there are few questions I have that haven’t been addressed .
1- Since there are two categories of tuition fees in public unis . For EU and non-EU applicants . However some universities have the same tuition for both EU and non-EU applicants. When applying through campus france ,I read one can have a chance to apply up to 7 unis ,thereby increasing your chances of being admitted to one . The question is when applying through CF,will I able to pick strictly unis that have the national tuition standard for non-EU applicants (243€ range ) .
2-After studies ,one will be able to get 1 year residence permit for job search, then when a job is secured one can acquire a work visa . Question is,after 1 year residence permit for job search exceeds without successfully getting a job ,can one apply for another masters ,just to stay in France while using your previous masters degree to continue the job search ?
3-someone asked this question already ,I just need further clarification. How feasible is it to get jobs while studying( for rent ,upkeep and the rest .Taking into consideration some of us will get a sponsor for proof of funds ,get admitted into a public uni with tuition of 243€+ range ,then need jobs during study for sustenance ). In as much as I’m aware that language barrier is a thing in getting jobs , but at all at all na him bad ,shey person go still see (permit me to switch to pidgin lol ). Answer to Q1 is yes. For Q2, You have to learn french to advance level in order to secure a professional job after graduation, no two ways about it, besides, achieving french language proficiency will afford you so many opportunities because you are now bilingual, you may apply and secure jobs in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada, UK etc, you may even secure Jobs in Africa with ECOWAS, AU, high end NGOs etc because of your bilingual status. If eventually you refused to master the french language, Remeber that France is part of shenghen, which means with your 1 year residence permit after graduation you can travel freely within the sheghen zone, so you can peep into Malta which is a predominantly english speaking and apply for jobs there, but PLEASE master the french language in France and become bilingual, that is the best. Q3, Its very possible to get part time jobs while studying but you will need to learn basic french to help you through, in fact i will advice you to enroll in alliance francais here and learn just basic french before landing in France. |

My brother is currently waiting for October to come so that he can apply through Campus France with HND and over 5 years of relevant working experience, After he gets admitted I will come back here and post his admission letter |

Take a deep breath, and see the positives. You will be fine. Thank God you said you love the country. Get an App called Wordbit and start learning French. Rome was not build in a day remember.
