The fact you buy "stolen" land and then build on it does not confer ownership on you. Assuming your Toyota corolla is stolen and sold to a person, you then run into your car 2 years later, who then owns the car, you or the buyer of stolen property? Will the buyer now start blaming vehicle licensing office, roadsafety (number plate) etc for licensing and registering the vehicle?

I believe and could be wrong that the Nigerian factor came into play. You go to one office, pay some bribe and a go ahead is given even when it is not genuine.

Most of the people whose properties were demilished know that their building is illegal and not approved. The FHA told them, marked their houses but they ignored warnings and painted over the markings.

They felt they are above the law and NOBODY APPROVED THEIR CONSTRUCTIONS. The feeble attempt to turn this into a tribal fight is a waste of time

I have dated a handful of girls. Yes ! I have. In fact, I am currently dating three girls ( FWB aside).
But I have never met a lady who talks to me THE SAME WAY as do my mother.

I mean, this girl uses the same words like my mother. She faces me like my mother. She expresses confidence in me like my mother. One time, she told me that she would go to a caterer and book for 10k cake. I was like " hope you have the money for it?"
Her reply was " you won't buy it for me? You will buy it for me don't worry"

As if she kept some money with me. Shuuu.

Same thing my mom said sometimes ago. She needed to buy a cloth of 12k for one occasion like that. As we were talking, she said " ehen, I will go to mama Ada and collect my clothes"

I said " that's nice"
She said " that all you will say? Don't tell me you won't buy it for me ooo"
Before I could say anything, she added " you will buy it for me don't worry"


This girl and my mom don't live close to each other. They don't talk on phone. In fact, they don't even cross path.

On many occasions, I have seen similarities in them. Their choice of food is the same. Their perception about life is similar. Their style of dressing is similar too ( my mom is not the type who dresses to impress. She wears what makes her comfortable and doesn't give a fvck about what others think)

If I am talking to this girl, I feel like I am talking with my mother.
What's more shocking? This girl is only 19!

(The funny thing is that this young girl refused to be my girlfriend. She visits me like every day but won't allow me to do her).

If not that my mom is alive ehhh, I would have said this girl is her reincarnate.

Good day nairalanders.. please I need advice on what to do.. am married with three kids, 5, 3 , and a year old.. I own a bussines.. but for now my bussines is down, the has been very good and lucrative.. but due to lack of capital to invest more on it. It was now shaking.. but the thing now is that.. I have the capital to invest on the bussines.. but now am saying should relocate abroad with the money and leave my 3kids and wife back home or invest on the bussines.. cus am traveling with a tourist visa and it’s a Europe country and I don’t how long it will take to get my papers over there please Nairaland I really need ur opinion not make future mistakes
