tonididdy: Hi NLanders and Engineers. Good evening. this structure was built in December 2019. I noticed the room is always moisty, When the room windows and door is shut... The glass sweat from inside. Now it's the roofing(decking), just this part of the decking. The room is well ventilated but since no occupant the windows and doors are always shut.
Above the decking is completely tiled and two brand new water tanks are sitting untop.
What could this imply? Mounting water tanks on a building is a bad idea. Water will always find it's way throw rocks not to talk of your decking. |

Family › Re: My Uncles Fixed My Late Father's Burial Without Informing Me, His First Son by banio: 1:30pm On Jun 09, 2020 |
Aizen123: Please I need advice. I lost my Dad over 2 months now and he hasn't been buried due to the pandemic. My Uncle's are all in Lagos and can't come back.
So after the lockdown was over we decided to go to the village.. On getting I discovered that his shop was open and all the money going into the first Uncle (first son) account.. So I called my uncle because he told me it was locked and he was saying did he need my permission before to open the shop and i decided to just control myself because i like peace and i decided to go to the house in the village...
On getting there I called my uncle and he told me the keys are with them in Lagos ... That it was waybilled and i said ok and went back with my brother and sister.
Fast forward today... I got a call from someone in the village that my Dad's burial death has been fixed and i was wowed because as the first son i haven't been told yet by my uncle's. So right now i am about acting but i need advice. If You have money, You better run to the court and get an injunction, and simultaneously arrest them for opening your Dad's shop (stealing). If you don't have money, then arrest (#5K will do the arresting) your Uncles for fixing date and taking or stealing from your Father. Then be ready for the fight that will follow. If they can bury your Dad without your consent or knowing, then by tradition You are adopted. All properties belong to your uncles. |

BTW, the two statments below reeks of pride.
Agbonayinma said Majek is a legend and Africa’s pride and thus cannot be allowed to be buried like an ordinary mortal
We want him to be buried here in Nigeria, his fatherland and not in some foreign land like a chicken
Their manner of appeal is distasteful. No be say dem care oo. Na just opportunity to cash out. You are perfectly right. When I saw that phrase " like an ordinary mortal", I stopped reading. I just concluded that they want to CASH OUT |

Jorussia: obaseki should learn how to fight political battles intelligently without running into unnecessary tensions. An executive order by a governor cannot stop people from gathering for elections. No executive order can regulate the conduct/mode of operations of political parties in Nigeria. The Constitution of Nigeria and the electoral act is greater than even an executive order from the President.Without elections there is no democracy. The only scenario where elections can be regulated by executive order is when the Constitution is suspended.Forexample, the PDP in Edo state has ward Congresses to elect non statutory delegates for their indirect primary slated for tomorrow,is Obaseki saying the PDP should not gather across the state for this exercise? Obaseki doesn't know that without election, there is no government. Thanks for making it clear once again |

AdamsAbubakar: I tend to forget where I keep my stuff easily, and it's really annoying. I may do something right now and forget it seconds later. Ironically, I remember things like names of people, what people said and the faces of people easily and accurately. I can still remember the surnames and names of my ex-classmates in secondary school perfectly, and the names and surnames of 202 people in my class at the University level.
My forgetfulness, however, petrifies me a lot as I'm 22 years old. What could be wrong? Should I be worried or it's normal at such an age?
Mods please help me push it to the FP let me get replies from the good people of NL. You could remember names of your secondary school classmates but can't remember something U did just a while ago. I think it's " LONG MEMORINESS " sickness. |
