The fundraiser organized by the charity Child's Play, Retake ME3, has ended but that's a result of misunderstanding that donors had about the fund. How is Bioware going to effect the change of ME3's ending assuming they eventually give in to the demands of fans - through a patch/update? Or will new discs be made available? Personally I doubt that any changes will be made, Bioware seems set in its ways. |
baby-mi:The only people who should be embarrassed are the members of that party. Unaffiliated citizens like me can hardly care less. |
OP Your posts says luxury bus owners want to end night travel yet the title says it's the FRSC. Why would you put up a misleading title, is it to draw attention to this thread? Lame. |
Where do they find this type of people? Rochas granting Kosovo independence? This whole thread smacks of comedy even the report that Rochas went all the way to Kosovo to get them to build a housing estate in Imo. Are there no indigenous companies that can do same? As for the power plant maybe Rochas knows something about Kosovo that we don't so let's see how that goes. |
Xbox kinect is the next big thing? This thread is so embarrassing. *facepalm* |
smartkid: Thanks for your contributions kingsilly and whiskytan. I don't know anything about this jailbreaking thingy, so i guess i'll just return the phone and buy something else like a galaxy S II or something. ThanksYou may still have to root the Galaxy S II if you want to use the phone to its max you know. |
Where is Shasha? |
BABE!:It's all them blackberrys. 'Text speak' should be banned on Nairaland, honestly. |
The internet lackeys had better heed this warning. |
Sobo4u: Incredulity is the major problem in a state like Abia. For me i believe that TA Orji is at edge ofIf by legacy you mean the stigma which a government that is bereft of genuine ideas for development leaves on its people then you is quite right. The government of TA Orji can hardly point to any achievement that it has brought to the people of Abia. What people see are projects designed to make it appear as if the governor has been up and about but which in reality is not true. Image laundering projects for TA Orji abounds while the state is systematically run down by corruption waste and inefficiency. |
moderattor: Robert Kiyosaki hates the title of this thread as writen on the front page!Learn the art of networking to get great jobs. For many people they subscribe to this narrow aim of networking and in the process end up as bugging pests to the people they meet. Networking isn't just for getting jobs it should provide one with a myriad of opportunities to do something different. |
^ Yeah I updated already. It is a minor update. Details are available in the app store. |
Hooks and crannies indeed ![]() If I were ever going to get a lackey to whitewash my image on Nairaland I'd get one who has, at least, an average command of the English language. On a serious note no one has been fooled, this kerosene sale by T Orji is just a pathetic attempt at image laundering. Abia state deserves better initiatives than this to deal with the challenges that face her. |
I wouldn't call this a misplaced priority. Anything that will help improve the police's performance and how they are perceived by Nigerian citizens should be welcomed and implemented as soon as possible. The whole darn force should be overhauled right down from their uniforms to their hardware and on to their mode of operation. We need a smart looking, well equipped and properly trained police force to deal with the 21st century challenges of crime and security in Nigeria. Change their present uniforms I say, its about time! |
The fake Corps members who were mainly females were arrested by the men of NSCDC at an illegal camp in Loptik Guest House, along Shagari way in Nasarawa Local Government Area of Nasarawa State. This is the second time we are hearing this kind of news. If these people were scammed into the whole thing then why remain at the orientation camp - that was situated at a guest house for that matter?! The guest house alone should have been enough of a red flag for any observant person ,not to mention the fact that most of the 'corp members' were female. If on the other hand they wanted to 'dabo' the whole NYSC thing then they should just have forged the certificate – not that I approve of such a practice. It is hard to understand the logic which these fake corp members were operating with, it appears they set themselves up to be screwed one way or the other. |

tumababa: Get d battery charging case for iphone 4/4S. It makes a whole lot of sense. The battery charging case might be a neat device by itself but hardly the solution to the iPhone's battery problem. I'd be sorely disappointed if this is how I'd have to put up with this issue. A software fix is what is needed - and in fairness to Apple that's part of what 5.1 claims to do - not some hardware that one has to lug about everywhere. |
Yippee!! |
pDude: Gbam!!Gbam what? You are in support of that hogwash that that lackey posted there - in terrible english, I must add.?! Patrikobi should call on his esteemed governor to improve the quality of education in that state, communicating effectively is still a challenge especially for lackeys whose task is to sell the under-performing T.A in good light. |
Another sensationalist thread. The so called study didn't tell which countries data was collated from and which period was considered. But as usual folks will get their bloods heated up because the title of this thread mentions Nigeria as the top of something. *yawn* |
Okija_juju: Why is everybody attacking this man biko nu?!Correction Mr JuJu; when Rochas the Santa Claus leader made such a move last year not everyone commended him for his actions. He certainly wasn't getting praises from all quarters. It was populist at best and provided no lasting solutions to the problem it was trying to address. With that in mind TA Orji's attempt at the same gesture comes across as doubly populist, supremely dumband an insult to Abians who expect much more for the state than this copycat nonsense. Indeed it is true that Abians re-elected Mr Orji for a second term but with experiences like this hopefully the desire for good leadership will compel them to be extra careful that despots aren't given a chance instead of worthy leaders in the next elections. Till that time comes they shouldn't endorse any nonsense that the present under-performing leader is doing. |
Militant Asari has yet to explain how the N74B is inadequate for the amnesty program. Is his grouse just with the fact that a company said to be owned by Abacha is making N2.3B while his 'repentant' band of mischief makers are given N74B so they can act like responsible citizens?. . . We all know that no amount will be enough for these people so talk like this is not surprising. |
3 more years for this nonsense to continue. Hopefully at the end of TA Orji's tenure Abians will elect a leader whose vision of leadership excellence is clearly defined, one who avoids the mediocre while bringing about the much needed change that the state deserves. Hopefully. But till that time condemnation for all the ill thought out schemes by the present administration to hoodwink the people that progress is being achieved will continue to ring out. Let the governor know that folks aren't deceived, this ish stinks! |
Any man with good brains and a decent pair of shoes. |
S@NNiE:Translation: NIMASA will work with whoever the heck we want to. We don't don't give a hoot want you guys think. “The company’s fee is to enable it recoup its investment because they areTranslation: Waterway users had better pay up, these militants are the going to be taxing your butts. They are encouraged to work for higher collection because the more theyTranslation: They aren't playing, pay up!! In effect the explanation given by the minister is complete hogwash. Anyhow he cuts it, it appears Tompolo and his gang will be running the waterways. |
I recently installed Voice Brief,a text to speech app on my phone. The app can read out loud email notifications (an in app upgrade allows unlimited mailboxes and reads the full mail),weather reports, news feeds and even your recent Facebook and Twitter updates. It allows for content customization, i.e you can select the contents which you want read to you. A rather nice app to have especially while driving, kind of like Siri only you don't get to make any requests. It is off course dependent on a working internet connection but with the fake 3G network that MTN has it means Voice Brief doesn't work everywhere for me unless there's good wifi. Voice Brief is available in the App store for free. ![]() |

^ CRT LCD Plasma TV. ![]() I also wanted to remark about his "game unfunctionality" phrase but let it pass. ![]() |
Do you connect your PS3 to your TV with component cables or a HDMI cable? When the PS3 is connected turn on the console by pressing the power button, keep holding the power till it beeps a second time. This should enable the PS3 detect which source it is connected to. Also be sure that the TV can indeed display pictures from HDMI or component, i.e. be sure the TV isn't faulty Hope this helps otherwise find out from your repair man exactly what he wants to do because thermal paste is a kind of adhesive used in fixing electrical components. |
The OP needs to work on his English - it is bad T.A Orji is obviously working on his internet propaganda through the OP The rest of the country is yet to see any reasonable work going on in Abia other than talk - this is sad. |
A very un-African phenomenon seeing a bachelor president but one admires and respects his principle. Even though many of his married counterparts in other countries are guilty of abusing the marriage institution with their promiscuity reports that their marriages interferes with leadership is rare. |
