I know most hotels make their money through 'short time' arrangements so look for ways to exploit that.

Don't just sit and wait for customers to come while you lazy around Nairaland not sayin uou dump NL but then make most use of it. Advertise your hotel and packages here you never know who might be visiting from abroad searching here for a good hotel package. Hope you catch the drift.
