Foreign AffairsRe: French Govt To Recruit 3,000 ‘green Police’ Over Climate Change by Blue3k(m): 4:40pm On Aug 22, 2022
Lol ok more government waste.

PoliticsRe: I Will Hand Over Federal Universities To State Govts – Atiku Abubakar by Blue3k(m): 3:39pm On Aug 22, 2022
Lol half of you are sweating reading this. Yall know your state can't run nothing efficiently. The states will just have to figure out how they want to fund it. They'll probably just allow schools to set tuitions if they're smart.
PoliticsRe: Anambra State Bans Movement Of Cattle On Foot by Blue3k(m): 2:36pm On Aug 22, 2022
Rupertek:
Sure, open grazing is outdated, but outright ban now can only bring crises. Getting the herders to embrace ranching will be a gradual process that will take years. These are people that have known nothing else but open grazing all their lives. They don't know nothing else. So it should be gradual process to take them out of open grazing, get them get used to the bew system and how it works
Well The had at least a year to prepare for alternative arrangements. They could either buy land for ranching or contract with refrigerator truck drivers to deliver meat. All said cost would simply be passed to the end customer. Most of the demanded the law so they should also accept the consequences of the law. Assuming the bought land in the north the just send meat down. Before Buhari banned import of beef exporters send their products across the ocean. I dont see why the can't adjust.
PoliticsRe: Soludo Bans Movement Of Cattle On Foot In Anambra by Blue3k(m):
inforesource:
It can't be authentic. When you say ban, it means that it is no longer allowed. But this should come after the expiration of the period of grace given by the government.
The ban came in 2021 and the enforcement date is September 2022. How is that not enough time to adjust to new regulations? Be honest did you read the article at all?

the ban was in compliance with the 2021 anti-open grazing law of the State, adding that enforcement would begin from September.
PoliticsRe: Soludo Bans Movement Of Cattle On Foot In Anambra by Blue3k(m): 4:09pm On Aug 21, 2022

Has the ranges been provided?
Who's stopping them from buying their own ranches? If all else fails just transport the meat instead of the cattle in refrigerated trucks.
PoliticsRe: Plot To Impeach Kaduna Governer Nasir Elrufai Thickens by Blue3k(m): 7:38am On Aug 21, 2022
Kaduna residents have long accused the House of being a shameless “rubber stamp” since the emergence of El-Rufai as Governor of the State in 2015.
Every state Assembly is unless they prove otherwise. I've never seen one ever override a veto not to speak of impeach a governor successfully. If they seriously trying to impeach him they should move quickly because his term is almost over. Lol he'd pull a Nixon and resign if they're serious so not holding my breath.
PoliticsRe: Falana Demands Release Of Agba Jalingo by Blue3k(m): 2:20am On Aug 21, 2022
Questions for the thread who is to blame for these policeman misconduct. Who gave the order to arrest this guy in the first place? When nobody gets punished who do we blame? It's doubtful they would arrest someone for talking crazy about you in the papers.
PoliticsRe: Falana Demands Release Of Agba Jalingo by Blue3k(m):
Since defamation is not a criminal offence the action of the Police is a flagrant breach of section 8(2) of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, 2015 and section 32(2) of the Police Establishment Act 2020 which have banned the police from arresting any person in Nigeria for civil wrong or breach of contract.
Until the cops go to jail or have to pay out civil fines from their pockets or pensions they won't care. They're just the armed thugs of the state. Like any other set of criminals they don't care about laws or care about the harm they cause their victims. Some individuals expect people to praise them for their jobs or else another set of criminals would be at your throat.
PoliticsRe: Our Insecurity Challenges Are Temporary - Aregbesola (pic) by Blue3k(m):
TheNiceGuy:
If your assessment is based on security, what then is the sole responsibility of Nigeria police and army? Are they under his ministry
No but as you can see it's part of his mandate and the NSCD along with civil defense are part of his ministry. Your deflection to other security agencies tell me they also failures not that he's a success. I'll assume you agree with the other criticisms since you didn't bother arguing about NIS or NCS.
PoliticsRe: NBC Reinstates Licenses Of Affected Broadcast Stations, Sets Tuesday Deadline by Blue3k(m): 5:49pm On Aug 20, 2022
Lol time to start switching to podcasts. These broadcasters can't get enough ad revenue to cover their cost.
PoliticsRe: Our Insecurity Challenges Are Temporary - Aregbesola (pic) by Blue3k(m): 5:07pm On Aug 20, 2022
TheNiceGuy:
You're not being realistic.

How did he failed?
Here's the mandate of his ministry. Securing lives and property is obviously a fail when the crime rate is increasing. Reformation of inmates can't be determined conclusively unless we have recidivism rates. I'm not sure its going well though. NIS is a joke in terms of service. They can't mail out passports domsticly and constant have issues supplying passports. Lastly they dont do well deporting illegal aliens. The NCS has been in the news lately for not being able to guard it's lunch. Everything else I don’t have strong opinion on.

PoliticsRe: Peter Obi Deported Akwa Ibom Indigenes. by Blue3k(m): 4:29pm On Aug 20, 2022
Lol this thread devolved in foolishness. Nobody asking whats the legality of this act. If its legal but we feel its immoral for the state to have this power laws should be made. I mean he's not the only one to do this so this would be a good time for a broad conversation on inter-state deportations. Lol but we know this just a tear down thread with little substance.
PoliticsRe: Peter Obi Deported Akwa Ibom Indigenes. by Blue3k(m): 4:13pm On Aug 20, 2022
Meanwhile over 29 beggars with children have been arrested in Awka and Onitsha , warned and repatriated back to their various states of origin mostly Ebonyi and Akwa Ibom states to mention but a few.
naijapips04:
You sound exactly like a Buhari supporter in 2014. Vote with your head not your heart.
Is this illegal or not? Save the emotional tantrums and just cite the laws. I'm honestly curious about this practice but lawyers don't populate this website in high numbers.
PoliticsRe: Our Insecurity Challenges Are Temporary - Aregbesola (pic) by Blue3k(m): 2:13pm On Aug 20, 2022
Says the administration that hides the crime stats. I agree some one else will have to solve this issue since clowns cannot. Crime rates will stay the same unless law enforcement policy changes and or citizens have better means to defend themselves from violent criminals.

PoliticsRe: Completely Eliminate Terrorists, Buhari Tells Security Agencies by Blue3k(m): 8:49pm On Aug 19, 2022
Lol let the average man on the ground have AKs like the bandits they'll be eliminated in a week. Regular citizens are fighting them with dane guns right now. The criminals only bully people because they know they can't hit back. The BBC documentary did a decent job pointing this out.
PoliticsRe: ASUU Strike: Nigerian Elites Are Toying With Our Future - Gov Yahaya Bello by Blue3k(m): 8:09pm On Aug 19, 2022
According to him, those who have been given the responsibility to fix the ASUU issue have not shown sufficient good fate.

While pointing out that the government must be decisive in dealing with the now malignant matter, the governor said the leadership of ASUU must also show good fate in solving the problem by looking deep at the human impact of their actions.
Lol its good faith not good fate.
PoliticsRe: What Are Your Thoughts On The Removal Of Fuel Subsidy Scheduled For Next Year? by Blue3k(m):
Lol its nonsense like usual. If You schedule actions for when you're out of office just means you don't have the balls to do it. The better question to ask is if the major candidates will reverse his policy.
PoliticsRe: ASUU Strike: Nigerian Elites Are Toying With Our Future - Gov Yahaya Bello by Blue3k(m): 4:50pm On Aug 19, 2022
marenalexander7:
Why is he abrogating himself from them?
He's a part and parcel of the present ruling party. Well, I see a future decamping of Yahaya Bello.
mubaudeenka:
Be specific, the Nigerian politicians, including you.

Your generations to come would suffer from this cos the children you refuse to train would someday grow to become Thorns in the flesh of your trained children.
He has a right to since Kogi state university is open and running. Lol his only failure is not expanding the school and accepting more transfer student at a fee. How exactly is he personally responsible for the failing off federal government policies?

Hopefully yall aren't enamored by party or cult of personality. Make sure the policies make sense. If all else fails secede and join the neighboring state.
PoliticsRe: See Shocking Appointment By Cross River State Governor by Blue3k(m): 9:48pm On Aug 18, 2022
Lol why did yall give him two terms? Hopefully your cousin sees better days till then. Idk quit and get a paying job. Your bills won't take a day off..
PoliticsRe: No Money To Meet ASUU's Demand, But There N18.3 Billion To Spend On Subsidy Dail by Blue3k(m): 9:26pm On Aug 18, 2022
Anwons:
Why is it that the FG keeps insisting that there is no money to meet ASUU's demand in order to end the ongoing strike, but these guys claim to be spending 18.3 billion naira on daily basis.

Isn't this ironical?
Its weird the who society runs on government paying for everything. Its a self inflected burden the Federal Government gave itself. Lol they could just as easily cast the yoke off their necks give it to the people cheerleader ASUU. We will keep taxes and subsidies the same while you pay the difference in terms of tuition in fees at the various institutions.

Nobody wants to answer how do you want to fund ASUU financial demands. You're allowed any mix of borrowing, cuts, tax increases or tuition increases as long it adds up to 1 trillion naira they demanded.
PoliticsRe: Lady Wears Tinubu T-Shirt And Cap To Alaba International Market (Video) by Blue3k(m): 9:15pm On Aug 18, 2022

I I have the video but I can't upload it here. The truth is they are highly in support of Atiku, though I am OBIdient but I can't lie, APC is very weak in the north. I have the video of burning of brooms.
Screen record it, upload to YouTube then post here. Post link as alternative.
PoliticsRe: Niger, Benin, Togo Owe Nigeria ₦5.8 Billion For Power In 2020 – Report by Blue3k(m):
planetx:
We have to give them electricity so they will not build their own dam across the Niger river.
jomarick:
Lol, you guys have no choice. Don't sell them electricity and in few years they start building dams from river Niger that flows into Nigeria, then watch how all your dams will crumble to the ground.
sharrp:
You sound so ignorant , here is a question for you’re ignorant self . Since river niger where kanji dam is flows from those countries (upstream) , what happens if those countries decide to dam the river too to generate their own electricity ?
Lol you guys are still parroting this line? You guys need new material go read the National papers. They're currently building a dam.

PoliticsRe: The Gold Deposits In Zamfara State by Blue3k(m):

If we want a New Nigeria, all the Revenue Generating Resources in Nigeria must be harnessed fully and allocated without injustice, for economic growth and development.
All legal operations are taxed and shared accordingly. If they're illegal miners they obviously not paying taxes to anyone. The revenue splits are recorded and published every year. I know posted on her before.

PoliticsRe: Poll: Atiku Defeats Tinubu By A Landslide (Pic) by Blue3k(m): 4:38pm On Aug 18, 2022
Weird Nigeria doesn't have more scientific polls. Using Twitter polls is pathetic. NOIPOLLS oddly enough doesn't jump into this.
PoliticsRe: Bombshell: How Buhari Created Bandits Revealed by Blue3k(m): 3:32am On Aug 18, 2022
Within a month, brought in from Mali, Senegal, Niger Republic, Chad, Libya to name but a few. Further 4,000 fighters were stationed in Niger and Chad on standby.
grin bokogerians telling you all the rampant criminality is caused by foreigners instead of their own nations. Lol anytime some is arrested or prosecuted you see they're Nigerians.
PoliticsRe: "I'll Reduce Insecurity And Poverty If I Emerge Winner In 2023" - Obi Declares by Blue3k(m):
rickpat:
you don't reduce crime rate by employment...that's the biggest deceit of the millennium....you reduce crime rate by adequate and well funded security network...even if you create a billion jobs... banditry and terrorism will continue because it's an organized crime not motivated by hunger....
Thats a more logical argument. You should of led with this. I agree now that you've explained it. The law enforcement aspect has to be addressed as well.
PoliticsRe: "I'll Reduce Insecurity And Poverty If I Emerge Winner In 2023" - Obi Declares by Blue3k(m): 10:29pm On Aug 17, 2022

I want him to SHUT UP THE HELL UP....

HE SHOULD THINK AND MAKE CRITICAL, ANALYTICAL AND REALISTIC ASSERTIONS
Whats unrealistic about reducing crime rate? I can understand if you want him to specify how he plans on doing that.
