But all the same, Israel will forever remain both Christian and Jews spiritual home . So christian will forever have interest in the country no matter what the Jews(the rightful owner thinks) and will always protect it whichever way they can. It's their source afterall and without Israel, there'd be no christianity.

Israel was once defeated by Islam and a muslim was ruling over the country then, it was christians from some part of europe that fought the war of dislodging the man and that's how it's gonna be forever. Every christian will forever pledge their allegiance to Israel because it's their spiritual home.

Whether she has told the husband or not, OP is seeking to clear his conscience and maintain the trust that exists between two friends over the years for them to have grown into best friends.

I'm not reading meanings into why the woman went to the hotel or whether she's told her husband but I'm only concerned with the OP maintaining trust with his best friend.

Any other explanation is left for the wife and her husband. If she went there for business or pleasure, she should settle it with her husband.
