Version of my bank statement printed at branch is stamped & signed but has no contact email, while the one downloaded form the app isn't stamped or signed but has contact email.

Which of the two should I go with please?

Is it advisable to submit both? I've included screenshots below.

Just trying to cover all bases for when UKVI is trying to verify the statement with my bank.

Exactly and correct but my thoughts here is for the mom to reapply (if an administrative review does not suffice here) and include the letter of consent from the husband for her to assume responsibility over the child.

I agree with your take on this. Judging from the letter, I think she can reapply for the child if she can prove sole responsibility for the child while in UK. It shows from the guidance that to establish primary responsibility, a consent letter from the father letter should serve, showing he approves the travel. Then care arrangements should be made since the mother is studying full time.
In my opinion… pls I no be expert. This is just an effort to interpret what I saw in the screenshot. Thanks.

If I were mom I will definitely get an immigration lawyer in the UK before child’s re-application. pls only a recommended person because it does not come cheap.
Not after paying money and there’s nothin to show. In this case, it’s not like father does not want to go.. father is unable to travel due to ban. However let her start gathering all evidence of the medical issues + the lawyer if a good one will be able to know how to twist this in support of mom.
Mom will also need to show proof of how child will be totally cared for 24/7 in the UK without the help of 2nd parent.
If the immigration lawyer is a good one, he might be able to secure a reconsideration for dad however chances are veeeeeeery low as parents nor child are british citizens or with settled status + T4 is a temporary visa. She might as well be expected to complete studies and go back home.
They should never have applied to the UK in the 1st case especially dad knowing his deceptive immigration history.

Nevertheless, you still need them big time in your journey of life in d UK.

If it is, does the main applicant on student visa need a post graduate visa anymore? I mean will he/she now switch to be the dependant after schooling?

Please, is it possible to transfer from one University in the UK to another University in the UK on the same course?

I am currently studying Nursing, and I am almost done with my first year. Still, for some personal family reasons and the level of racism in my current city (there are very few blacks in my current city), I would like to transfer to a University in the Midlands for Mental Health Nursing in September for my second year. I have been in talks with the University I want to move to, and it looks like it will be positive.

My only fear now is with my Student Visa.

Do I have to return to Nigeria to apply for a new Student Visa when the new University gives me a CAS, or can I apply for a new student visa within the UK?

I have very few days left to expiry of my BRP, and been waiting for sponsor's 6 months bank statement (HSBC) to be posted to the house.. requested for it on the 1st of June 2022 so it covers the full months of Dec 1st 2021 - May 31st 2022 and the last day covered will be within 28days of online application... The statements from other banks have arrived..

We still haven't received the bank statement and this is what is delaying the online application as there is a rule no documents should be dated after the online application (i'm not sure if bank statement will come with a date).

Called the bank yesterday and today to get feedback, and they kept saying it should arrive.. we even re-ordered another 6months bank statement just incase...

The lady on the phone said we could download the same statements from internet banking platform as it is recognised and even used for things like mortgage..

Please has anyone used HSBC downloaded online statements for initial spousal visa or FLR M spousal visa extension? bearing in mind that HSBC doesn't stamp statements and i can see a difference already in the one we used in the last spousal visa application which was posted to the house and the one gotten from HSBC internet banking platform..

I'm trying to get alternatives as my expiry date of initial visa is close.. will appreciate quick response..
