Bro the chances of staying back is 50/50 there is no guarantee that PSW will be issued after study o.
If you have more than enough,you can risk it even if it doesn't go as plan you will have something to fall back on.
But it is better to go and weather the storm first,then move the family when you have a job that guarantees your stay.
Coming back to resettle in Nigeria after 2yrs gap no be something one can absorb o.

Of course you can even if it's expiring on that day as long as you meet up with the 'Date of Application' requirement which means you submit your application online before it expires. If employer reaches out while your application is still being processed, ask to vary your application. And if it's out, switch to Tier 2

You don't need to convince visa officer as You've served your sentence. Declare on the form and you will be fine.

Your masters degree does not pose any red flag. The university has assessed and you met up with their requirements. Ukvi will only ask for more documents if needed. Careers can be switched so not sure how this will be a red flag

I will start by creating an account and logging onto the HMRC Tax account then match payslips given.

Make a complaint with hmrc if anything suspicious in your account.

FYI your friend stands a chance of it being overturned if she's gathered all the evidence.

I am not referring to a particular individual but to the particular skilled occupation that took you to UK eg if nursing as profession is taken off from the shortage occupation list ,what will be the fate of the other nurses that are currently on the visa that are yet to get attain ILR visa.

Not on the list means no license to sponsor hence home office will notify him on any curtailment of his visa. He will have 60 days to look for another role.

I've seen cases where the sponsor forgot to renew their license and maybe it's the case. Best he checks with HR to get a clearer understanding as to why it's not on the list so it doesn't affect future application(s)

Not sure how this is criminal. The university will just withdraw their offer if they find out he's been dishonest in his application. There's no such thing as a 'unified system' hence the reason why Data is protected by law.

To Whom It May Concern,
Never place your hope in the PSW visa, because the likelihood you wouldn't get that visa is high due to the volume of students received in the UK each year. Go with the mind set of returning to your country after the close of your program and you wouldn't be disappointed. Some of us are bitter about the UK just because we think we are entitled to work there due to the high fee paid. Am not then saying don't look for an opportunity to work or stay there but we shouldn't think we entitled for that. Always get a backup plan should in case you don't get the PSW.
The greatest issue is that most of us move to the UK (as student) without proper backup plan. I have about 5 friends who ended up returning after schooling (masters degree) because they didn't have a proper plan of searching for jobs.
Please, let's all plan well before we japa or else we will blame them (UK) for something that doesn't exist.

After breaching immigration rules, any other point based application(s) will be denied even if he gets CAS. Again, his best bet is to voluntarily leave the country and apply for study visa in a year's time. This breach is a year ban

Well from my convo with him, he is not prepared to leave because he is scared of being denied since they already found him guilty of breaching immigration policies. So the question is, can he apply for another master's and student visa within the UK?

These are just the consequences of 'working smart'. I really feel for your friend after all the japa moves and cost involved.

I don't think they give appeal anymore on these type of visas but Admin review (Appeal has more weight than Admin review).

Either way he has breached a condition of his leave and if he voluntarily leaves the country, he can apply for any other visa and re-enter after 12 months.

He has been given the notice to leave the UK within 6 weeks or appeal the case.
Please any advice? I suggested he come to my area but he still wants to be in the UK.....

I have asked him to also come and share his case here for better analysis but he is really down atm. It's really paining him because his friend who worked over 20 hours got away with it, his own was approved.

International driver's licence is not necessarily required. The 'valid local licence' is enough to drive in the UK for 12 months.

1. for an international driver's licence you need to have a valid local licence then visit the same centre where you renew (FRSC or VIO office) and tell them you want an international driver's licence. Please ensure to go with two passport photographs. The cost is around N10,000..do not be exploited!!!

2. for a Police Character Certificate please visit the criminal registry office, Alagbon, Lagos, or other state command headquarters. Also, you can sort for people who act as an agent to help get it sorted on this platform..some of them are trustworthy! it is your choice on that!

More like a court wedding and a garden wedding-like ceremony that doesn't require any legalities.

The white wedding is technically a westerners white/legal wedding but many Nigerians, especially the ladies, don't see it like that hence, the need to want a court wedding, traditional wedding and white "aka church" wedding.

The "white" wedding per the above scenario may be planned to be a garden party with the bride wearing white, with a "pastor" officiating nd the attendees treating it like the main wedding. Example of this
1. Annie and 2baba's Dubai beach wedding.
2. Annie and 2baba's 10th year renewal of vows ceremony in SA.

Many ladies have always built up ideas of how they want their wedding ceremonies to be and when they have registry weddings without an after-party, they feel like they've been cheated out of getting married and they feel like they are not truly married till they wear a white wedding dress for a "white" wedding.
Many ladies in Nigeria do this and feel this way.

This is just me trying to see from the dependant's point of view since getting legally married to the same person twice, irrespective of the situation, is impossible except a divorce is 1st effected.

Nothing suspicious about this. If the funds are there and If white wedding makes your wife happy with your support, go for it.

Only Islamic, Church and Court Marriage certificate are accepted.

Since you did court marriage in Nigeria, then your wife can come to the UK on a dependant visa. Check my comments on page 350 on the other evidence your wife need for dependant visa.

If she insists she wants to do another wedding in UK again when she arrive within two months, then it looks suspicious. Authorities might think your previous marriage is a sham and there could be consequences. Also, she might have her own ulterior motive too for the future in case of child support and divorce.

Decline and reject it as it looks suspicious. Don't allow your wife to control you. She knows the law more than you. Be careful.

Knowledge of English is required but His UK first degree is enough proof for 'Knowledge of English'.

He is in the process of doing the marriage stuff but the lawyer handling it is telling him that he needs ielts in order to file the marriage papers. Was thinking that ielts is only for Academic purposes or work. Wetin concern am with Marriage ?
