SMH .. . What does this even have to do with anything Kukujajaja: Nigerians are found of making noise, exposing themselves with unnecessary attentions. On the street of London, I saw lots if frauds being committed by Pakistanis and Indians yet you'll see them with low key lifestyles. For some of us who have lived years in UK, have you ever asked yourself why almost all Indians GP are Patel's? |

You can start applying for Graduate programs now. Any other roles will have to be close to you ending your MSc program as they wouldn't wait for you. Yes it's possible to switch directly to tier 2. Also lookup sponsorship list so both don't waste each others time with series of interviews or by letting them know from the onset you require sponsorship. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/register-of-licensed-sponsors-workersDumebi213: Good day everyone, I want to ask from the experienced guys
How soon can I start applying for full-time jobs and is it possible to switch to a tier 2 visa before studies ends? (I would like to finish my studies though)
I'm asking because I updated my linked in location recently and I got a message from recruiter who I share a mutual connection with asking if I won't be interested in applying for a job in Edinburgh where I stay, the pay is around 28k - 32k per annum (I'm not sure if it offers sponsorship, I didn't ask such questions since I already made up my mind not to apply for it).
Also, my condolences to justwise on the demise of his mother, may her soul rest in peace |

You don't have to https://www.gov.uk/graduate-visa/your-partner-and-childrenIf your child is under 18 "They do not need to have been a dependant if both of the following apply: they were born while you were in the UK on your current Student visa or Tier 4 (General) student visa they were born in the UK" If however you have to travel out, baby will need a dependant visa if returning back to the UK Fikayo22: Hello house, Please I need clarity on something. I am currently pregnant and studying in the UK, I'm here with hubby who is a dependent. I'm due next year before my student visa expires. However, I intend to apply for the two years post-study. My question now is concerning my baby. Do I have to apply for a Dependent Visa for him/her? How do I go about his/her passport?
please, I need to know how it's done so that I can start saving towards it. Thank you |

Landlords are not smiling these days o so this wouldn't happen. Did you get directly from Landlord or na thru agent? How many months contract did you e-sign? Enraf: I need an advise urgently here. I have paid for an apartment for me and my family and rent has started to count meanwhile we are still here waiting for the visa and passport. I had thought we would get decision by 10th of September based on priority but now nothing nothing. What are the options? Can I ask the landlord to suspend the rent counting for now? How do you think that could play out. I am also wary of the losing the apartment I know the kind work done to get the place. The rent has started to count from last week |

@Preshyi .. . Just download the app and use BRP preferably tushqueen: You can open a monzo account right in the corner of your room with your international passport and a video of your face introducing yourself. The account I'd also acceptable as salary account in most places. |

Don't overthink it or analyse what you think border agents will ask. The chances of them asking is slim except questions related to school. Correction while in the UK is a easier/better option. Ugomaxx: Pls gurus in the house. I stated in my application that i had no relative in the UK, based on their "definition" or more appropriately my interpretation. However, what i've been seeing here lately makes me concerned as i would be staying @ my Uncle's placs for my quarantine. I do not want to contradict myself nor give room for the border agents to use me to shine. How do i navigate this situation. Also, my vignette has 10 instead of 20hrs p/w. I intend to initiate the correction in the UK & not here. This to avoid delays, is this prudent ? @Bourne007, @Scooby, @Justwise etc Pls help me & respond accordingly. |

I don't think there's one. As long as you are registered nurse, you will be put on the same grade. The rules are clear with no exceptions. Dependants can't extend if you go the Bsc route. Post study is allowed from Bachelors level Viola2017: Please what are the disparity between studying Bsc Nursing and MSc Nursing in terms of recognition, pay rate and probably if one intends to migrate to another country. If I choose to go for Bsc, am I still allowed to stay in the Uk with my dependent? Will I still pay for post study? Please note that I’m currently in Uk with my family studying a masters course in business and also work as a health care assistant |

1. From what I've read on this thread, you should be able to amend form using assisted service. But if not, case worker will look up main applicant's details and issue BRP based on what's provided on CAS. IHS should be refunded. If not, you will have to chase. 2. No serious implications. Gunit87: SADLY I DIDN'T GET MUCH HELP AND SUGGESTIONS REGARDING MY ORDEAL IN MY PREVIOUS POSTS. DEAR HOUSE PLEASE HELP. HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANY ONE BEFORE?. WHAT CAN I DO?? MY BIOMETRICS IS 21ST.
Finished my application on 16th and booked for biometrics on 21st.
1. I am accompanying my wife, I just realized I entered a wrong Visa Expiry date ‘15 March 2024’ instead of course end date ‘ 30 Sept 2022, while filling information on IHS health surcharge which caused me to pay $ 1,690 and my wife paid $1,014. Please what can I do to rectify this. So worried right now.
2. Does this have a serious implication on my application decision?
Your response is critical and valuable pls!!! |

Doesn't even add up. Ukvi don't deny people on such grounds especially a PBS Dependant with main applicant already in the UK. SirWellington: I just had a conversation with a colleague who applied for UK tier 4 dependant visa but was denied. He declared he has someone in the UK other than his wife the main applicant (his younger sister who's married to a UK citizen) and then many question ensued from there during his interview. To cut long story short he was denied on grounds that they don't think he has any intentions to leave the UK upon expiration of the wife's visa. From this what I will advise is, if you declare you know someone other than the main applicant (talking of dependant applicants under tier 4), be ready to face questions that ensue afterwards as well as the consequences. On the other hand if you fail to declare you have a relative other than the main applicant, the issue is you might be caught and banned (that is if there's any way they will find out) but if you have never declared your relative in the UK in any application to the UK before, you know you won't be staying with them or relying on them for anything, and you know you don't have the requisite informations about them as per income, and the rest, just say NO. My two cents. |

It doesn't make any difference where you apply and if applying together or separately Gunit87: Well, I think you are asking if main applicant and dependent can apply from differet countries. If that’s right I don’t think it’s possible or advisable. From what I read on this forum it’s better to apply at the same place except you are not applying together at the same time. You might be able to apply from another place in that case. This is just my opinion. |

I put applications since July for M.sc Nursing in 3-4 schools in the UK for January intake. I have not received any response from any of the schools since then. The only response I received from them is an automated response for receiving my application.
