1. For now, it is the best Scientific assumption.
2. There is actually no evidence yet that the universe is bounded in any way.
3. The Friedmann–Lemaître–Robertson–Walker (FLRW) model (one of the most recent model of the universe) assume that the universe is unbounded.

So, why should I take otherwise in me trying to prove that there must exist an "Uncaused First Cause?". That would be like negating a known to satisfy an unknown
I don't think scientists assume the universe has a limit or is bounded. You yourself say "one of the most recent model of the universe assumes that the universe is unbounded", so what's your basis for a boundaried universe?

Don't such unevidenced assumptions reduce trust in your argument making it less likely to be believed?

How to Win Friends and Influence People was first published in 1937 in an edition of only five thousand copies. Neither Dale Carnegie nor
the publishers, Simon and Schuster, anticipated more than this modest sale. To their amazement, the book became an overnight
sensation, and edition after edition rolled off the presses to keep up with the increasing public demand. Now to Win Friends and influence People took its place in publishing history as one of the all-time international best-sellers. It touched a nerve and filled a human need that was more than a faddish phenomenon of post-
Depression days, as evidenced by its continued and uninterrupted sales into the eighties, almost half a century later.

The bonus track on the Barclay CD reissue features a 16-minute drum duet between Baker and Africa 70s drummer Tony Allen recorded at the 1978 Berlin Jazz Festival. The album is on Rolling Stone's list of the 50 greatest live albums of all time. The album was also included in Robert Dimery's 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die.

Let's not violate the principle of Science by assuming something not yet seen/observed is out there (is that not the same rule Atheists use to rule out God?)
Yes, let's not. And well done for seeing the trap you set for yourself and almost fell in to.

We have not seen/observed some of the things we assert and are asking the atheist to take our word for it. Why should they? Are we so authoritative and trustful individuals ourselves that they must trust us or do we have some ulterior motive we perhaps ought to consider especially if our argument is based on inflating how little we know.

Here's a link to my position on the subject from when I was an atheist. It was not evidence or proof for no gods then and is neither for God now, as it is simply a replacement for God by the assumed knowledge in the mind of its user who denys the existence of the observable for the belief in that which they themself assume.

Infinite regressions are mathematically possible, though not many see Mathematics as the Word of God, there at the beginning and through which all was created, though not exclusively even though it is all the way through and in creation. They should exist logically too, except it seems most would not push logic so far and stop where their mind does. And they do exist in Scripture, or at least a time we know not much of does. Or did God just awaken one day and say, "Let us work for six days", with no time before then? Why argue there can not then have been a time before "God said", or times before that of which nothing is known of?

To wit I say, one needs Christ in one's life.

Scientifically, as far as we know, the boundaries of the universe is infinity.
So why assume it isn't? Is there evidence anywhere that suggests the boundaries of the universe is limited?

You get rewarded for your good works

Well, no works, then no reward

Increasing entropy.
At maximum entropy, energy and matter is evenly distributed throughout the universe. Therefore, energy interchange which should either lead to a cause or an effect is impossible as there isn't energy difference everywhere in the universe.

If max entropy of the universe is predicted, there is a termination of cause and effect in the universe and thus infinite regress is impossible
You are making an unfound proposal of the universe being a system, which I assume you think is closed.

Does your knowledge reach so far that it knows the limits of God?

The book of life is all about salvation and the faith of those in Christ, not their works, which is written en in another books.
Haba! And you were doing ever so well up to there!

Why is there a book of works if works do not count?

From my own reading of Rev20, they will first check your name is in the Book of Works and if found there, check that it is also in the Book of Life, and "Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire".

So clearly, works is not what saves but faith.
Salvation = Faith + Works

"What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? Can faith save him?

For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also"

James 2:14-26 King James Version (KJV)

The "dead" are all those who have not received the only reward that Jesus promises which is Eternal Life.

The best way to hide something from a black man is to hide it in a book.
This is how far I got in this thread before deciding not one of you knows the history of the time and what was going on between the Apostles who went about with the Lord and Paul who saw Christ only in the Spirit. My apologies to those who do know and who I might have missed.

There's an awful lot of assumed knowledge of the outright ignorant who have not even read their Bible but think they can possibly fully understand what Paul was writing in his extreme high intellectual Greek. They remind me of people who have not fed on the Word claiming their belly is full of it, and this, despite discussing Paul, he for whom without there'd be no Word.

One good thing about this is the Holy Spirit convicts you of your lack of knowledge if you do not allow your own conscience to. Another is it informs you to do something about the gaps in your knowledge.

For those who wish to increase knowledge start with Paul the Apostle and Pauline Christianity, after reading your Bible of course.

Then consider Bible Study Tools Paul and Jesus and Christianity Today's Jesus vs. Paul (though wonder why some hide some of it).

Then read the article, Christianity Before Paul by James D Tabor, and his book, Paul and Jesus: How the Apostle Transformed Christianity equally titled.

And then wonder if Paul Invented Christian and if so, why.

This reading list is not in anyway intended as all there is so if anyone is led by the Holy Spirit to decrease ignorance and increase knowledge further, may God be glorified.

Satanic Verses refers to words of "satanic suggestion" which the Islamic Prophet Muhammad is said to have mistaken for divine revelation. The alleged verses can be read in biographies of Muhammad by al-Wāqidī, Ibn Sa'd and Ibn Ishaq, and the tafsir of al-Tabarī.

For those who may learn, as opposed to those who's desire is to believe, wiki has compiled various opinions on Nephilim for your consideration.

Have you seen those who bog themselves down in silly quibbles that seem to amount to "sonship" and "father" and not the Spirit of the Word?

What is the message in the Bible and what is the message in the Quran?

Is "sonship" and "father" the message in your scripture?

Emusan:
I'm still on my point, the different people convey the messages of ONE MIND not with different mind.

Also, it will be so dishonest of you if you think Old Testament only shows God as a wrathful God and not looking at the same Old Testament who speaks about God's Love....even Moses who God used to fight war spoke about God's love likewise David....so I don't know why you just see wrath and not LOVE from the same God.

Something that the same QURAN never addressed Isn't that a clear two different characters in play?

1. The God in Old Testament claimed to be a FATHER suddenly He rejected to be a father in Quran, how come?

2. The God in the Old Testament called people His son whereas Quran denied God having any son (the sole aim of this is to reject the sonship of Jesus Christ), this means the writer of Quran must have missed the reason why God called people His son.

Let me stop here....
