I want to know if there’s any legal step I can take against my landlady that’s constantly harassing me.

I don’t like to talk back just because she’s quite aged, but she took it quite far today.

I just co-bought a car with a friend, but the documents are in my friend’s name for specific reasons. Nothing illegal.

She stopped me from parking the car in the compound this afternoon, on the basis that I didn’t inform her that I bought a car. She kept insisting that I had to go photocopy the car papers and submit to her before she can let me park in the compound.

Now this was nowhere stated on the agreement document. Please Is there any legal step I can take against this woman because I’m sick of her unwarranted harassment.

But the wrong thing INEC is doing is allowing the PVC to be collected by someone else who is not the owner of the PVC. At the collection centre, you can see one person with as much as 20 PVCs promising he knows the owners and will deliver to them. This loophole can be exploited by people with bad intention.
Expect also a huge crowd. The exercise started last week here but the crowd has not reduced as much.
Let's do the needful and get set to exercise our right.

If this guy doesn't start, don't worry yourself just go and buy fuel pour. Lol.
That's the only issue I have with the car now.
The fuel gauge got bad and I couldn't get anyone to fix it. Bought another one, still the same. So I drive it like that, once it indicates empty fuel by beeping I don't waste time but to buy fuel.

I honestly love this car and seriously attached to it. Lol.

Of all the cars in the compound, it is the oldest and most reliable.
Everyone uses it to make example of how a good car should be. Kick and go. No cough no nothing 10 years running now.

Its being years now, but i dont recall the so called gear mechanic making mention of that. What i was told was buy valve body(dont know if thats the real name) and some other stuffs i cant recall again.

I sold the rav4 almost two years of use.
The toks I bought afterwards, treats me like her zaddy.
