The presidency on Wednesday said it will not respond to request made by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) that President Muhammadu Buhari should speak up personally on allegations that members of his family acquired majority shares in telecom giants, Etisalat (now 9mobile) and Money Deposit Bank, Keystone Bank PLC.
Femi Adesina, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity who spoke on Channels TV programme ‘Politics Today’ said the PDP stole everything during their presidency and so thinks every other person will behave like them
“I think the PDP is having a sense of dejavu because during their time no money was sacred. Excess crude account they looted it. Federation account they looted it, Central Bank they looted it, Foreign reserve they looted it. No money was sacred. They could steal anything. Infact, it is a miracle that the entire country was not completely looted under PDP before they left,” he said. https://www.independent.ng/its-miracle-that-nigeria-wasnt-stolen-under-pdp-government-presidency/ So now you are thanking God that PDP left something for APC to loot. So now over to APC and operation embezzle the balance. |

Prof Farooq Kperogi who took exception to the publication wrote : Since Atiku will vote in Adamawa, a 100% vote for Buhari in Adamawa would mean that even Atiku would vote for Buhari, an implausible possibility. I'm yet to see anyone who supports Buhari without sounding stupid. BTW, Mr "anti-corruption," where did you get 40 cars too give away?
Nigerians have digitally & technologically armed themselves in order to prevent the repeat of the Osun charade having watched the manufacturing of votes during the APC primaries.

He benefitted from corruption when those above him were bypassed to make him the chairman of the EFCC. He cannot even win the chairmanship of his local government. He was a member of the same PDP he is campaigning against. He cannot swear that he did not make wealth in the EFCC. Always in the losing party. Surely APC will now fall in Adamawa because of Atiku. |
Politics › Apc Looted Nigeria For 18 Years! by Cantonese(op): 7:32pm On Jan 02, 2019*. Modified: 12:15am On Jan 03, 2019 |
APC LOOTED NIGERIA FOR 18 YEARS.
Out of 24 APC governors today, 22 of them were members of the PDP that ruled for 14 years before the formation of APC in 2013 and now adding another 4 years after taking power in 2015.
As if that is not enough 20 former PDP governors are now in APC and many of them with corruption cases, but PMB's corruption fight "no reach their side."
Current APC Governors that Migrated from PDP:
1. Governor Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun State was a PDP Senator.
2. Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State served as FCT minister under the PDP.
3. Governor Aminu Masari of Kastina State was a Former House of Representatives speaker under the PDP.
4. Governor Abubakar Bello of Niger State was a PDP Former Commissioner.
5. Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto was a Former PDP Speaker of the House of Representatives.
6. Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed of Kwara State was a Commissioner and Governor under PDP.
7. Governor Badaru Abubakar of Jigawa State was in PDP.
8. Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau state was also in PDP.
9. Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State was in PDP.
10. Governor Samuel Orthom of Benue State was a PDP Minister.
11. Governor Tanko Al-Makura of Nasarawa State was in PDP.
12. Governor Abubakar Bagudu of Kebbi State was a Former PDP Senator.
13. Governor Bindow Jubrilla of Adamawa State was a Former PDP Senator.
14. Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State was in PDP.
Former PDP Governors now in APC:
1. Aliyu Wammako -Sokoto 2. Rabiu Kwankwaso- Kano 3. Sai'du Dakingari -Kebbi 4 , Bukola Saraki - Kwara 5. Murtal Nyako- Adamawa 6. Rotimi Amaechi -Rivers 7. Temiprye Sylva - Bayelsa 8 . Sullivan Chime- Enugu 9. Obong Victor Attah- Akwa-Ibom 10. Chris Ngige - Anambra 11. Joshua Dariye -Plateau 12. George Akume -Benue 13. Adamu Abdullahi - Nasarawa 14. Orji Uzor Kalu- Abia 15. Oserheimen Osunbor- Edo 16. Segun Oni -Ekiti 17. Alao Akala- Oyo 18. Danjuma Goje- Gombe 19. Olagunsoye Oyinlola -Osun 20. Garba Umar- Taraba
Do you also know that:
1. The first and current APC Senate President was in PDP?
2. The first APC Speaker of the House of Representatives was also in PDP?
3. Three out of five former Speakers of the House of Representatives under PDP are now in APC?
3. A former PDP senate president is also in APC?
4. Two former national Chairmen of PDP are also now in APC?
5. Thousands of current APC legislators at both state and national levels were in PDP?
6. Hundreds of current APC ministers and commissioners today were in PDP?
7. Thousands of other former PDP leaders and members including former ministers, legislators, commissioners, etc are now in APC?
Now who are the PDP members that APC keeps referring to that looted the nation's treasury for sixteen years?
Anybody who says PDP members looted the nation's treasury and are therefore corrupt is distorting the facts and therefore a shameless / barefaced liar, innately corrupt, fraudulent, self-centred, deceptive, wicked, broad day robber, oppressive and has no decency and humanity in them.
Are these the kind of people that should rule a nation? |

POLITICS I’m a prophet sent to liberate South-East, Ngige claims Published
January 2, 2019 Tony Okafor, Awka
The Minister of Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige, has described himself as the prophet sent to liberate Igbo from the political stranglehold of the Peoples Democratic Party.
Ngige stated this on Tuesday at the Muhammadu Buhari Campaign Office in Awka, the Anambra State capital, while addressing stakeholders and candidates of the All Progressives Congress.
The minister who gave out no fewer than 4,000 bags of rice, 4,000 cartons of tomatoes among other items to the APC members, said he had not made any mistake in his political calculation throughout his political career.
He said when it looked impossible for President Muhammadu Buhari to win the 2015 polls, he predicted that Buhari would win the election overwhelmingly and it came to pass.
He said, “I’m a prophet the Igbo should listen to. I said it in 2015 and I am saying it again to Ndigbo that Buhari will win the 2019 presidential election convincingly.
https://punchng.com/im-a-prophet-sent-to-liberate-south-east-ngige-claims/ If he is the prophet then who is Rochas Okorocha? Who is the saviour or messiah out of the two? The short man with the spirit of foolishness + short thinking. If Christian Ubah did not show him red would he have left the PDP? In the few years he spent under the PDP can he be man enough to confess his sins? What impact has APC made in their own states? In Imo state what is happening today? Now Okorocha is one leg in plus one leg out of the APC. Mr. Ngige if you made it in Anambra state during your first tenure as governor why did you not get re elected to continue your 'prophetic liberation' of the east beginning with Anambra state? What good has the APC to offer to the easterners as a whole? Where is the hope of the easterners as a whole with APC? Abeg make I hear something! |

I think the office of a senator must be highly respected and not disrespected by the actions and body language of serving senators. If Melaye has gone into hiding is it not evidence that there is a case against him? Can we call this persecution? If he did not order his security to take the action then he should be out there defending himself with all his legal might. Why should he allow the police make a mess of him by hunting him down and arresting him eventually like a thug? Shame on Mr. Dino Melaye. |

ChangeIsCostant: An ICT lawyer and social media influencer, has narrated what happened after he wore a bathroom slippers to Ikeja City mall in Lagos on Saturday, December 29th.
According to Martin Beck Nworah, he was left shocked after being insulted by a friend to the lady who hosted him at the mall over his unappealing appearance..
Later in the day, the lady who insulted him - reached out and apologized to him after her friend told her who he was.
Read what he shared below on Facebook.
Yesterday evening, I honoured my friend's request to take me to the cinema. I got to ICM (Ikeja City Mall) before her so I had to wait. About 20 minutes later, she arrived with a female friend of hers. She tried introducing us to each other. "Errmmm...babe, this is Martin Beck Nworah. Beck...this is..."
Her friend couldn't wait for her to finish before she cut in; "Which village did you pick this guy from? Babe you're bigger than this na. How can you be hanging out with a guy who comes to a Mall wearing bathroom slippers."
I was shocked. My friend was shocked. We never expected that. I tried smiling but my cheeks were shaking. LOL. My friend gave her a sharp look and finished the introduction. I was already thinking about my life sef and the insult.
My friend went into Silverbird and the movie we wanted to see was sold out. The next option required an additional 1k to get 3 tickets. She didn't have extra cash and her friend didn't have.
Without asking if I had, she told her friend she had to go back to the house or wait outside. "Babe, you need go back or you can stay outside and wait for us."
Her friend couldn't understand why she would stand her down for a guy wearing bathroom slippers. "Babe, I told you to stay in the house but you insisted on coming out. You will shaa wait outside or you go home." She grumbled, muttered incoherent stuff and told my friend to see her off. I smiled ehhh.
When my friend returned, she snapped this picture. "But Beck, why would you wear a bathroom slippers and come out to ICM of all places? Son of Nebu, what is your wahala?" I laughed real hard. "I'm not regular..."She held my lips. "Nonsense boy."
Her friend later called me in the night with my friend's phone to apologise. She said my friend later explained to her who I was and everything. She was sorry for reacting the way she did.

uyiekpenn: I had a similar experience while I was in Nigeria last year. I live in Australia and because most times it's very hot in Australia especially if you're living around Perth and due to that we tend to wear less clothing. I tried connecting with an old friend when I arrived the country and we agreed to at Kada Plaza in Benin. I wore a regular blue Tee, black short and flip flops. So she decided to bring two of her friends along. You should seen the way her two friends looked at me like I was some plague when I tried to shake them. I couldn't help but laugh at their hopeless and worthless existence. People can be naturally stupid. At the end of the day I discovered both girls were dirt poor and squatting with each other. I simply disagree with you bros. Remember "dress the way you want to be addressed". If women wear skimpy dresses men scream. If women are dressed wearing bathroom slippers men scream. Remember the story of the man where he said he was wearing "bathroom slippers". What was he thinking? To wear bathroom slippers into a bathroom in a shopping mall? I bet you that before you went to Australia you would never dress in that manner as you described and expect people to clap for you. You simply tried to make an "I have arrived" impression. Or I don mingle with Oyibo and I know pass all of una for Benin. Nigerians are known to be proud dressers. Can you confidently tell me that you were not wearing leather shoes or sandals around on rainy days in those days? Did you not know about rain boots then? If the ladies were poor leave them. You went to Australia because of hardship in Nigeria. Abeg bros leave posing. |

A Chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos, Otunba Segun Adewale has posited that South West region of the country will determine the winner of the 2019 Presidential election.
Adewale said that the chances of the former Vice President Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is very bright but must ensure that he work with people who truly wants him to emerge as the next President.
Adewale said if Atiku truly wants to win convincingly in South West, he must assemble young and smart “Hard Working Team” with proven electoral track record and not the regular old and tired brigades who won’t even step outside their doors on the election day.
He said that the party must take a cue from the recently concluded Ekiti and Osun election, he posited that all hands must be on deck if indeed the party want a resounding victory in 2019.
Adewale said that Nigerians will vote for PDP massively, “we must play our own role to secure Atiku’s Victory by looking for a minimum of 50 strong, vibrant and honest people from each ward throughout the South West to man our polling units
According to him, both Atiku and Buhari will share Northern votes, South East and South South are for PDP but South West is the battle ground and as such, credible people must be chosen to man all the States in the region.
https://all-gists..com/2018/12/south-west-will-determine-winner-of-presidential-election-pdp-chieftain.html How can the south west determine the outcome oga politician? Even though we are not politicians the average Nigerian who is interested in the affairs of this country is no longer a novice or mumu. Every geo political zone is a factor as it stands now. What is very clear in the south west is that the APC will clearly lose it. Judging by the election in Osun state we saw a combined PDP and SDP total votes way ahead of APC votes. The same will repeat itself during the presidential election in other south west states. Now Ogun is no longer under the effective control of the APC with the governor's camp out of it and the governor himself vowing to defeat his own party - APC - there. The same goes for Oyo state where we are not even sure which of the parties will win the governorship. What about Ondo and Ekiti. Other parties like SDP, ADC and ADP are up and moving. They have supporters who will vote for them. A combination of their votes with PDP will surely defeat APC in those states. In Lagos what is the assurance that Sanwo Olu will defeat Agbaje? Expect protest votes in Epe. Badagry, Ojo, Amuwo Odofin, Ajeromi/Ifelodun, Oshodi/Isolo, Ibeju Lekki are PDP territories. APC have expectations in Ikorodu, Kosofe, Ikeja and Alimosho which has the highest votes in Lagos. With the Igbo and others voting against APC in those areas APC is gone. The only escape for APC is gun wielding security men and Inec as we saw in Ekiti and Osun states. APC as it stands needs the south east and that is why they are going out of their way to beg the people of the south east. Imo is lost already. The whole south east belong to PDP. They have also shot themselves in the foot there. Tinubu is positioned to take over from Buhari that was why Osinbanjo and Fashola made their pronouncements. The Igbos have Peter Obi as a VP candidate. Which party is more likely to get the votes in the south east? The Yoruba call everyone from the south south and south east Igbos. Who is more likely to win there and who needs to beg for votes there. APC already lost Rivers. No hope in Delta state. Entire Cross river belongs to PDP. Same goes for Bayelsa. Edo is a battle ground. With Akpabio PDP will still claim Akwa Ibom state. APC just wants a slice of those areas to make up their votes in the northwest where the expect child votes, security men and Inec to help them win. Those areas where APC needs votes to make up should be called the 'beautiful bride' and not the south west which they call their territory. But certainly APC will be totally floored in the south west. Now it is certain that voters will be out there for Atiku and Buhari. Both candidates votes will be affected by other contestants. However APC will be the worse for it. Atiku will defeat Buhari no matter the sentiments of the blind followers. Atiku may not be the most credible. Buhari who appeared to be the most credible in 2015 has shown us the other side of the word. The man has to go and relax himself and enjoy the benefits of retirement as a president. The middle belt is already split. PDP have Taraba, Benue, and Plateau in the bag. Nassarawa, Kogi, Kwara will be battle grounds. APC popularity has been cut off in the north east by Atiku. Northwest now also cut off by Kwankwanso. Kwankwansiyya movement also very strong in Edo state. All parties are putting up their best performances. The Igbos are all over the country even in the remotest parts. They will vote and most likely it will be PDP because of Peter Obi. Fulanis are nomadic. They protect their cows in the bush outside their own states. No time for voters cards or voting. APC is truly in trouble. Most of those who decamped from PDP to make APC what it is today are back in the PDP. My hope truly is that APC should be roundly defeated. My fear is that Buhari/Tinubu will not surrender. APC gave hope built on lies to us in 2015. They have failed to face governance, but rather keep accusing PDP of wasting. Now who has wasted more in mere three years. ECA account depleted. Purpose of single treasury account appearing defeated. Trader monie politically motivated. SIP abused and politically motivated. IDP funds and packages abused and looted by agents of the ruling party. Looters who jumped ship to APC allowed to roam around freely if they have political value. I voted APC in 2015 and now for me, NEVER AGAIN. APC must go away. We are tired |

15Ebisco: Ten political parties in Ogun state have turned down the reported endorsement of Adekunle Akinlade, the governorship candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement, APM, by the Intra-Party Advisory Council, IPAC, in the state.
The political parties are, Better Nigerian People’s Party; Freedom and Justice Party; National Action Congress; National Democratic Liberty Party and Masses Movement of Nigeria.
Others include, All Blending Party; People’s Progressives Party; Advance Congress of Democrats; Democratic People’s Congress and Progressives People’s Alliance.
The spokesman of the aggrieved parties under the aegis of Political Parties’ Chairmen’s Forum, Olusegun Olufemi, told reporters in Abeokuta, the state capital on Wednesday that they were not a party to the said adoption of Akinlade.
Akinlade is the anointed candidate of the State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun.
He said the forum had sent a petition to the national chairman of IPAC, High Chief Peter Ameh, against Abayomi Arabambi- led exco.
The forum’s petition is dated December 24 and signed by all the ten political parties.
He accused the executive members of the state chapter of IPAC of misconduct, abuse of office and engaging in actions inimical to the parties constituting IPAC in the state.
Olufemi said, “We reject in totality the adoption of any governorship candidate. We urge members of the public to disregard the purported adoption of any political party’s candidate.
“Calls have started going round about the adoption of the APM governorship candidate by IPAC.
“I want to state clearly that we did not adopt anyone since we also have our own governorship candidates. So, we have come here today to debunk any of such claims.
“We are not part of the APM adoption and that adoption holds no water and it can’t stand.”

11Ebiscoo: The National Publicity Secretary of the Grassroots Development Party of Nigeria (GDPN), Barrister Yelwa Abubakar has stated that President Muhammadu Buhari’s body language towards the 2019 general elections was disturbing.
She expressed concern over the presentation of the 2019 national budget to the National Assembly which President Buhari titled: “budget of continuity”.
Speaking in Abuja on Tuesday, she stated that Buhari is a candidate like any other party candidates, stressing that the 2019 general election would determine whether he will continue or not.
She urged the President to place his 2019 ambition in the hands of God and Nigerians, stressing that if he loses election, someone else would continue from there, adding that, “the budget should capture national interest rather than party interests.”
GDPN continued, “It is disturbing that President Muhammadu Buhari presented the 2019 national budget as if he would be the one to implement it.
“For him to title it as budget of continuity disturbs us all because it’s God and Nigerians that determines his fate in 2019.”
Barrister Yelwa pointed out that Nigerians were looking forward to the President ensuring hitch-free, fair and credible elections in 2019, urging him to tell security agents and the electoral umpire to be neutral.
She cautioned political parties against what she called ‘endorsement bonanza’, stating that political parties should work hard to win the presidential and other elective offices’ election.
She further stated that the conduct of some political parties in alliances showed that some politicians were not ready to make democracy work in Nigeria.

If the ministry did not receive a kobo how did the ministry survive? At the federal level what is the percentage of implementation? In your own constituency what have you achieved? Some of the state house of assembly men are very shameless and should not be there. If Wike was patching roads only in 2018 how did the new roads get there? Hopefully with the confusion after the primaries APC will not have candidates in Zamfara, Rivers and Delta states. With aggrieved governors in Imo and Ogun states they have lost before even the election is held. APC needs to go away so that we can have peace in this country. All they do is complain about PDP and the past. Before they got there they told us that they knew the economy and had ideas on how to move Nigeria forward. That was why their slogan was 'change'. Nigeria went from bad to worse. Corruption assumed a more dangerous level. Now their slogan is 'next level'. They cannot improve this country. |

ChangetheChange: The Ibadan Division of the Appeal Court has sacked Sen. Buruji Kashamu and other ‘candidates’ in the Adebayo Dayo-led faction of the Ogun State PDP, leaving Hon. Oladipupo Adebutu and others who emerged through the party’s primaries as the authentic candidates of the party in the 2019 election.
The judgement was delivered today, Tuesday, December 18, 2018.
The three-man appeal panel set aside the judgment of a Federal High Court in Abeokuta which threw up Kashamu and his factional members as the authentic PDP candidates.
The panel headed by Justice A. B. Bada, resolved the four issues raised for determination in the appeal in favour of the PDP, saying the appellants were not properly served in the case at the lower court which breached their rights to fair hearing.
Both Justices Bada and N. Okoronkwo agreed with Justice H. S. Samani who read the lead judgment.
The judgment is expected to have removed the cloud over governorship candidates of Hon. Oladipupo Adebutu and the National Assembly and Ogun State House of Assembly candidates for the 2019 election.
The PDP had dragged the Adedayo Bayo-led faction to the appellate court to challenge the lower court judgment which threw up its candidates. They prayed the court to set aside the judgment on the grounds that they were not properly served before judgment was delivered and that the lower court judge was wrong in his judgment.
https://newspeakonline.com/breaking-appeal-court-sacks-kashamu-as-pdp-governorship-candidate-in-ogun/ But I wonder why Buruji Maharaji Kashamu still clings on to the PDP. Other members of Ali Modu Sheriff metamorphosed into the APC. I no buy I no sell no dey cause wahala. Why must he wait and continue to receive insults everyday from people who don't like him. Must he by fire by force be a member of the PDP. He wants to become the governor of Ogun state and use immunity as his blanket for 8 years. What will happen if he goes to the supreme court and gets defeated? Can he manage the shame? And now it is too late to pick up the seat of another party. It is a pity. |

Fatherofdragons: https://uncova.com/its-better-tinubu-imposed-guber-candidate-on-oyo-people-than-igbo-man-secondus--ajimobi Clearly APC is a party of tribalists and racists. Ajimobi's words were clearly thought out. What Igbos have done to yorubas in this country one cannot say. We can all now see that PDP is the party for everyone, especially the Igbos. Now we can see that APC has no place in the east and must be voted out. Tomorrow Ajimobi will say he was quoted out of context. I hope he will not come to Igbo land to campaign.Hopefully all Igbos and south south will vote against Ajimobi and his boy next year. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Trust, Humility & Sacrifice - The Secrets Of The Wealthiest Men In The Bible by Cantonese: 12:29pm On Dec 16, 2018 |
Formidable1: There were so many rich men in the Bible, but the following four(4) men I wrote about here tapped massively into the secrets of wealth and got the Almighty God himself personally visiting them and blessing them immensely. Their simple secrets were, among other things, the virtues of Trust, Humility and Sacrifice. Read on, imbibe these virtues and see God lifting you among the greatest.
1.Abraham - Abraham trusted in God and he understood the power of sacrifice. He knew it was the secret to God's heart. In Gen 12:1, he trusted God when he left his father's house to a place he didn't know. In Gen 15:10, Abraham brought animals for sacrifice to God, and in verse 18 God promised him wealth. In Gen 22:1-18, he trusted God's command to sacrifice his only son, Isaac and God renewed His vow to bless Abraham richly.
2.Solomon - Solomon recognized God when he became king and also understood the importance of sacrifices. So in 2 Chronicles 1:6, Solomon he went to God's place of worship and offered sacrifices of a thousand animals and that night God blessed him with wisdom and riches beyond any other king.
3.David - David was chosen by God not because of his outward appearance as seen in 1 Samuel 16:7, but because of his humility and good heart. David trusted God greatly and he portrayed that in his Psalms. Thus, God always protected him from his enemies and blessed him.
4.Job - Job was rich and he also feared God so greatly that in Job 1:1-5, he'd get up early in the morning to offer sacrifices for each of his children to purify them because he thought they may have sinned by insulting God unintentionally. Even when he lost everything and faced serious tribulations, he still trusted and refused to curse God. In Job 42:12, God not only blessed him more than before but he also lived to a very ripe old age to see his great grandchildren.
TRUST - Psalm 46:1-3 (NIV) “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.”
HUMILITY - Proverbs 22:4 "The reward for humility and fear of the Lord is riches and honor and life."
SACRIFICE - Hebrews 13:16 "Do not forget to do good and to help one another, because these are the sacrifices that please God." Certainly |
Politics › Re: 2019 VP Debate: Uzor Kalu Reacts To Osinbajo’s Performance, Reveals One Thing Ob by Cantonese: 7:55pm On Dec 15, 2018 |
17Ebiscoo: Former governor of Abia State, Orji Kalu, has reacted to the vice presidential debate involving Prof. Yemi Osinbajo of the All Progressives Congress, APC, the VP candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Dr. Peter Obi and three other vice presidential candidates on Friday.
Kalu said that the debate would have been a great opportunity for the former ruling party to apologise to Nigerians for the damage they caused for 16 years.
Vice President Osinbajo and former Anambra Governor, Obi clashed yesterday in a political debate in Abuja ahead of 2019 presidential election.
Other participants in the debate were: Umma Getso YPP; Alhaji Abdulganiyu Galadima, ACPN; and Khadijah Abdullahi-Iya, ANN.
Kalu praised the performance of Osinbajo, tweeting, “Yesterday was a perfect opportunity to say”we are sorry”for 16 years of looting spree unfortunately it wasn’t utilised.
“Prof.Osinbajo @ProfOsinbajo gave a sterling stewardship account of the “recovery” process under PMB @MBuhari. We are proud of you. #2019Debate #NextLevel.”
http://mcebiscoo.com/2018/12/15/2019-vp-debate-uzor-kalu-reacts-osinbajos-performance-reveals-one-thing-obi-done/ He personally financed PDP. He used the opportunity of his governorship position to the fullest advantage with his mother as his deputy. After 8 years he campaigned for a man in jail and helped him win under PDP. That one served for 8 years and foisted his own man. So between Kalu and Theodore Abia state had 16 years of massive looting with no infrastructures in place. Is it a coincidence that the two of them have cases in court? Kalu jumped to APC with the intention that his sins would be wiped away. As soon as the judge pronounced that he had a case to answer he came up with the story of an operation. This way further buying time. We will know who truly looted and should apologize to Nigerians by the time his case is concluded and he lands in prison. Yeye man. |

kamez: she is right it's her daughter for Christ sake.. this is Nigeria, na so my papa and mama take flog me and my siblings, and today everyone one of us is useful to ourself and thank my parents everyday for instilling discipline in us... . from the pic its clear that she is using a cane which is what most parents use to correct their kids.. there is nothing wrong with that...
as for the injury on the child's face, it was definitely a mistake.. when u people refused to allow her to flog her child in peace, she must have mistakenly injured the child out of anger.. no mother will carry such a little child for nine months and purposely inflict such injury on her...
go and report her to the police or take her to court, and u will see that there is no law prohibiting her from flogging her child....
if it were me, I will leave the child and flog all u pokenosers..
Tomorrow it's still u guys that will insult her mother for not training the child properly when the child becomes a slay queen or starts having sex on live TV on bbnaija like Nina and co... So easy to say. Abeg you don born before? Sorry to ask that question o. So if she 'mistakenky' she flogs the little child to death will you be there as a lawyer to defend her? If your papa and mama flog you like that as you claim, I bet you will forever resent them. 'Spare the rod and spoil the child in no way confers parents with the right for grevious bodily harm as we all can see. For your information children also have rights. Government can take that child away from her parents if there is a complain about such injury. You may ask a lawyer if you wish. If you like flog your own pickin like carmel or donkey or any animal, the result will await you sometime in the future. No cry then oo. |
Politics › Re: 37 SDP Chairmen Reject Gana, Fault Ruling by Cantonese: 7:18pm On Dec 15, 2018 |
daymorela: The 37 state party chairmen of the Social Democratic Party, including that of the Federal Capital Territory have rejected the Justice Hussein Baba-Yusuf-led court order which declared Prof. Jerry Gana as the presidential candidate of the party.
An FCT High Court had on Friday declared Gana the winner of the presidential primary of the SDP conducted on October 6, over alleged violation of the party’s constitution. Specifically, the court ruled that SDP’s National Chairman, Chief Olu Falae, and the presidential candidate, Mr Donald Duke, are from the southern part of the country.
Duke had won the October 6 primary with 812 votes, while Gana polled 611, but the former Minister of Information had approached the court to declare him the winner on the grounds of zoning and rotation formula contained in the party’s constitution.
But chairmen, in a statement jointly issued on Saturday by its Forum’s Chairman, Oke Idawene and Secretary, Abubakar Dogara, insisted that the embattled Duke remained the presidential candidate of the party for the 2019 election.
The chairmen said the court’s ruling was an act of gross injustice, unconstitutional, null and void, adding that it will not see the light of the day.
The statement read, “The party shall abide by the unanimous decision taken by the party’s delegates and the mandates of the 36 state chapters and the FCT when they convincingly and overwhelmingly voted for Mr. Donald Duke in the October 6, 2018, national presidential primaries of the party.
“The mandate given to Donald Duke as the party’s presidential candidate is sacred, supreme and so remained sacrosanct as the will and ultimate decision of party members and leadership which no court can abort.”
The Forum said it would use all available legal and judicial processes to protect its mandate and ensure that the will of the people prevailed.
“We wish to use this medium to assure the general public, especially party members to remain calm and steadfast in their support and goodwill for the party and its presidential candidate towards the actualisation of the vision of the Party to rescue Nigeria through the 2019 General elections.
“The SDP is working within the ambiance of the law to vacate the order of the Abuja court where Prof Gana is trying to pervert and arrest justice through his unlawful claims.
“Against this backdrop, our legal team has filed an appeal against the order of the High Court at the Appeal Court in Abuja. Therefore, we want to appeal to all party members across the country to continue with their party activities and campaigns with utmost decorum, decency, and orderliness,” the forum explains.

They said sometime ago that voting PDP will take us back to 2009. Is it not better? 2009 was much better Nigerians than now. Please wake up from your slumber. |
