You are not buying anything. Your are renting on long lease, glfamiliarise yourself with the land use act. All the land you are buying in the Lekki axis still belongs to the original owners. The only land that is yours is land you bought before 1977 and most of you were still in the east then. When the lease expires, the land and anything g on it reverts to the freehold owners, which are the Yorubas.

Certificate of occupancy or right of occupancy is not ownership. It is a right of unhindered access to a parcel of land for a period of time. Also note the governor of any state can revoke the C of O of any land….including security threats.

Due to nepotism and favouritism there is little federal Government presence in the east making federal government jobs scarce and few in the area.
This is the overall reason for low presence of yorubas in the east since they are more concerned with civil service jobs


On the other side, there is no book and cranny of the east that you wont find yoruba women and men hawking herbal medicine
They are also into tailoring
Electricians
Mechanics
Building construction technicians and other minimal jobs

For the Northerners, there is no state in the east with a market dominated by them trading in their livestock, agricultural products, gatemen, okada, keke riders, nail cutters, tailors, lorry drivers and construction equipment operators, there are millions of them down here.

The igbos you see in the west are there to tap the treasures around that you guys are ignorant of not really that home is hostile for them.

Yorubas are enterprising but we have scruples. Adebowale electrical, Tejuoso of Tejufoam, fajemirokun, Rasak okoya, Ojora, darocha, bode Akindeleof Mandola group, Lawrence Omole of Trophy, Johnson Fagboyegun, the largest cocoa farmer in Nigeria , Oluwalogbon, the person who brought Peugeot to Nigeria are all yoruba men. The list is endless but like I said we don’t engage in substandard and fake goods to gain market share or to succeed in buisennes. By the way most of these people were industrialists not traders!!! Most of the industries and businesses owned by Yorubas in the past we’re killed by fake and substandard goods or by a certain people.

It is also worthy to note that upon all your noise not a single Ibo man has been recognized by Forbes as a billionaire l. 2 Hausas and 3 Yorubas …..No Ibo! Either your money is shady at you are not as rich as your noise.

Please read again I never said he will win in 2027. I said he will align with PDP because he knows he can’t win without them. I also said he has missed his chance. His chance was to be VP to Atiku or Kwakwanso and then become president. He was impatient and didn’t want to pay his dues building trust. Tinubu waited, built bridges, helped Buhari win trusting efforts and patience will be rewarded sand his time would come…today he is president-elect.

Obi will go back to PDP, Bookmark this post. He has never been loyal to any party in his life and a fractured PDP, Kwakwanso , Obi can never win a presidential election unless they come together. Obi cannot get northern votes unless he engages strong northern politicians not lightweights like Datti. Those strong northern politicians are in PDP, NNPP and APC. Since APc is out of the question he has no choice but to go back to PDP. Kwakwanso can only get him Kano and he knows he has only 1 more chance to be president because in 2031 it goes back to the North.


Then. We shall know the true character of Obi.
