However, modern women are too vacuous for me to bother about their shit tests and busybodies. I got more important things to do with my life and time is not on my side. After all, there are other women, so why should I bother?

You don't force rapport with women, if the vibe is not coming from both ends, leave her alone and take a U-turn. It is scarcity mentality and the chase for validation that makes men remain in the friend zone - "I know she's testing me and will soon change her mind and love me for who I am". That's nonsense.

You may not have the women you want as a man, but if you keep to your standard and do not allow these " teenage adults" to discomfort you, with time, you will start dealing with women who will value you and your time and will think twice before shit testing you.

When I read some things about Nigerians and how they treat their employees, I just find it hard to believe because I am also an employer of people.

Without being boastful, I pay my least earned staff 35k a month and she is an SSCE holder who just enrolled for a part time Bsc program.

Because of her school, I gave her Saturday off and permission to close early on Fridays and not to report to work any day she is having exam or serious assignment in school.

Her job is in fact more or less like resting in the office and reading for her academics.

I can swear with my life, none of my staff wish to ever leave.

Honestly I still wonder how people feel maltreating others, especially those below you financially, economically and otherwise.

I do all these things as appreciation to God for making me a successful employer in midst of Nigeria's misery, not because i am perfect.

So don't generalize about all entrepreneurs and business owners, there are still some of us that have conscience and fear of God, I am one of them

1. Of course, every rule has an exception, but the exceptions always prove the rule.

When a thing is common, it is better to generalize especially when it follows an observable and empirical approach. If you focus on the exceptions, you will always miss the details that will draw you to the truth and will make it difficult to correct the bigger problem.

2. As with everything, the majority always wins the vote and they decide how things will be run and operated.

Nigeria is considered a Black nation worldwide and beyond because the majority of her population is dark in complexion. Even Africa is still considered a Black continent despite countries like Egypt, Algeria, and Morocco that are similar to Asians facially.

Now coming out to say Nigeria should not be generalized as a black nation because some tribes have a lineage of fair-complexioned individuals and some people are albino reeks of ignorance...hope you now see how your arguments sound.

3. Your staffs are happy with you because as an outlier employer that you claimed to be:

1. You uphold business ethics and principles.

2. You still judge and handle affairs from a human perspective and not just business.

3. Your staffs lack any option when it comes to a better job. So, it is better they love their current job and their boss even if they are tired.

4. They are paying you lip service, bootlicking you because they don't want to lose their jobs. This is normal politics in any office environment: pay lip service to your superiors.

5. Do you say none of your staff ever wish to leave? Are you ready to take this bet?

The bet goes like this: call 2-3 of your trusted staff and tell them that you have recommended them to a company that is willing to pay 4 times their current salary with a free tourist visa vacation every 6 months and other monthly allowances. And that they are to resume in the next month after finishing the other part of the interview, a light interview.

What that woman needs is a man that can call and maintain order and discipline.

You perform the duties of a leader but you don't lead. Counterintuitive right? If your woman doesn't respect your order your children will follow suit.

You have done all that needs to be done as a man and breadwinner except there are other things you didn't mention.

Leaders don't beg or try to reason with their followers, they are followers for a reason, a wife for a reason that looks up to her husband for guidance and order.

It will be difficult to restore and maintain order because she will shit test you and work you out of your frame. However, if you can maintain your authority and power, your family will take good shape.

4. The only time you should even consider staying is when your salary can compensate for office politics, silent feuds, and work stress. But if your life is not protected at all corners and constantly subjected to a wild atmosphere, why do you think your salary can suffice?

5. The best way to protect your reputation and that of your mum is to resign. Further pinching on your affairs and character will affect your mum in the long run, and may end up relieving both of you of your work. Your mum is the one acclimatized to that toxic environment, so let her remain. Perhaps, she has learned to counter them and still appreciates her salary. Else, it is better for mother and son device means to opt-out of such a perilous atmosphere.

6. The economy of this nation is bad, and for that reason people just flow with the tides, doing jobs they don't love a bit.

qtguru is a very good person. I don't know him personally but I have relied on him referring someone for a WP job. And he is not a greedy person. He readily recommends upcommers for gigs. And I don't take his recommendations lightly. And even though he doesn't know me personally he has also highly recommended me. There was someone on his slack channel that messaged him about a role I had shared on his slack. He gave his unbiased opinion about me and today, that person is at interview stage after three exams. 1. Even if her father and family line are politicians, it reeks of low intelligence to flex wealth. It is good to have good looks and own all the luxuries your money can buy but as with all things in life, balance is required; the people and environment you are dealing with matter a lot.

2. Nigeria is an underdeveloped country that breeds corrupt and rapacious politicians. A politician's daughter that flexes her father's (stolen) wealth in the face of the peasant's children that voted him into power is stupidity. She is just breeding a seething cauldron of hate, envy, and jealousy in the minds and hearts of these children and their parents.

3. Not that it same security allocated to her as her father, and she is in a different environment from her father. Her father is always in the midst of people like him, unlike her that who is found with the peasants considering the length of her course of study. So, why flex and intimidate?

It is just like boasting about a glass of water in a desert when you know it will not go around. You are simply calling for danger.

4. On the other hand, you can see the children of peasants applauding and hailing her because they are lost in a culture that puts artificial beauty first, praises worldliness and flashiness, and only promotes materialism. If not they would have seen that their destinies had been shortchanged.

Everything in that video exudes a poor mentality.

1. Everybody cares about results without necessary consideration of the process that's involved and the unintended consequences. I can easily trace this back to motivational talks which harangue listeners to focus more on results because nobody cares about their secret and hard work. "You are not known until we see your result" is a major component of motivational tongues. Not that the statement is wrong, but motivational leaders have either failed to properly explain that life occurs in unpredicted phases or they did, but the listeners didn't understand.

2. The game of numbers is a vital component of life, the higher the number the higher the result. The majority wins the vote. A higher number of customers brings more profits. A higher score brings higher grades. Similarly, a higher number of dumb people occupying a geographical terrain brings a higher level of underdevelopment.

3. No matter how much truth is enunciated, it will never find a landing place, but remain floating in the air. Because until the numbers appreciate it, it will not land. The only way it can land with fewer adherents is if the adherents become 'truth extremists' - not in the way ideologues or religious people perform their ideologies, but the way patriots, nationalists, and freedom fighters do.

4. Truth and light can never be hidden for long, they will find a place and a time to express and shine respectively. But the continuous adjourning of truth and light when it is needed in an immediate time like this will make us linger in falsehood, lies, and darkness. This will remain the case until a generation of truth seekers defers the status quo, look beyond comfort and materialism, and have the existence of future generations at heart.

5. The children of the (dark) world will always take the center stage if their hands are always on the tools that ought to be used by the children of light. Misplaced priority right?

6. Not only in Nigeria, the celebration of flashiness, luxury, debauchery and hedonism is global, the internet has the statistics. The display of madnéss in the global North is borne out of comfort while in the global South it is borne out of suffering and underdevelopment; same result, different approaches.

7. Regardless of the number, it is better to die poor on the right side, howbeit, it is sacrosanct one leverage on the benefits of being on the right side to live a good and reputable life, than die comfortably on the wrong side. Because in the end, truth, honesty, and, integrity will always prevail no matter the delay or denial.

1. Celebration of materialism, entertainment, and theatre are potent signs of a declining or failed society.

These qualities are not flashy and will not be glorified by the generations of dumb fellows.

6. Flexing wealth is one thing, but having the capacity to protect your life after the flexing is the most vital because you have awakened sleeping demons and devils that reside in manipulations, greed, envy, and jealousy. A case of penny wise pounds foolish.

7. Will I say, unfortunately? Ironically, a society that needs growth, truth, and freedom is the same society that will jettison and throw immaterial transcendental virtues under the bus when it comes to beautiful looks, flashy cars, designer clothes, fanciful gadgets, shining jewelry, and polished shoes. A weak generation indeed!

It was not even easy bringing this here. I'm still appealing to brothers here, if anyone has anything that could keep me occupied and pay me for my efforts, I'd be happy to do the job. A brother needs help now. I need help with a job. This year, I've visited the American embassy twice - one in Lagos, and one in Abuja- but I was denied the visa these 2 times. So, I'm putting this out here for brothers to see, incase anyone has any decent job for me to do. I got admitted into the master's program for Industrial Engineering at South Dakota school of Mines and Technology, in the U.S. but I couldn't get the visa to go study. I have a mechanical engineering degree, but I can do any decent job, at least to raise money to apply to other promising schools. There are no good "collar" jobs around bro. Yes, there are decent jobs, but you must dirty your fingers.

I can't advise anyone to come into the corporate(office) world except online when I'm making plans to exit; because it is taking a negative turn on my mental and physical health.

If you are ready to close your eyes to shame and ridicule for a temporary time, you will break through.

Not saying office work is bad, but if the payment can compensate for the stress, please don't hesitate to resume duty the following morning. Otherwise, better start carrying your cross now to cavalry, than carry it forever in an office.

I heard one guy got a favored sponsorship on Twitter, almost the same issue as you. Money was raised for his study in the USA in a matter of hours. You can also try that method bro.

Someone sent a PM to me on why he strongly disagrees with my last post. I've answered him but I want to put the discussion here for all to read and think about, add or criticize. In summary, his explanation was:

But I still have more to say, I dislike PUAs and Game Teachers. In my opinion, they are the very reason why there is currently discord in the manosphere community and they are the cause of young men who find themselves in a loop of hatred & obsession with women, some even becoming murderers like Elliott Rodger, Who was responsible for the 2014 Isla Vista Killings.

Control of sexual urges doesn't mean you should totally stop having sex, it means you having the will power to say no to sex when the urge or opportunity suddenly comes up. PUAs and Game teachers will rarely encourage self control of sexual urges because they want recognition and sales. They claim they are only after a man's happiness since sex makes men happy but they will never admit/agree that:

1. Some societies of today are highly superficial and so some of the pick up tactics are only successful for men who won the genetic lottery at birth as proved by Chadfishing experiments. When an unattractive man repeatedly tries that tactic and it fails, PUAs tell the person that it is his fault, he is too emotional, he lacks confidence in himself or that he lacks patience, thereby causing depression or obsession in that person. This problem of society becoming superficial will continue to get worse because its no longer news that social media companies (e.g tiktok, instagram ) use a face filter algorithm to push the posts of attractive people in their live feeds and suppress that of those that are not. They are breeding a generation of kids that will be overly obessed with looks.

2. They're partly responsible for alot of men who thought they were smart in their pick up, chop and clean mouth skills, but eventually met a smarter woman who turned them to baby daddy. Some don't even learn from the experience.

3. They are partly responsible for men who overtime develop insecurities about the size of their reproductive organ and men who take harsh headache inducing pills all in an attempt to last longer and prove their "alpha manliness" to an insatiable girl, who probably has a 9 inch pink vibrator in her drawer ready to be used once she gets home.

4. Some of their pick up tactics overtime become useless and outdated because the self-entitlement of women keeps getting worse plus some gynocentric society's continue to pamper their women with laws and economic opportunities. Some women don't even want you to approach them. They see all men like the simps that pay to see nipple on onlyfans and live stream.

5. They are hypocrites. If you listen to some of them boast of their achievements they tell you sex is overrated yet in their books/videos they make gullible men feel like their happiness and masculinity is dependent in their ability to pick up and have sex with women, all just to make sales and get views.

6 They are indirectly in support of women who think men are dogs, we cant control our urges, satisfying it makes us happy and there's no need pretending. They fail to understand that there is a war on men. We are gifted with will power to control our urge but to distort that will power, "unknown forces" somewhere bombard us 24/7 with explicit images of women in our environment, in church, in movies, in music videos and virtually all social media apps, so that the only pleasurable activity a man can think of within a second is sex. Is it not strange that if a man today decides he wants to abstain from sex for some months, he begins to see free kpekus left right up and down?

This is how I see PUAs and Game Freaks. Please I don't hate women o. I just have a healthy fear of them and prefer learning how to have self-control.

I concur with your points man. You have spoken well. In addendum:

1. Game helps a man have an understanding of intersexual dynamics to better himself and improve his relationship with the opposite sex.

You don't do as the speaker or author says. You used the knowledge he has shared based on your situation. Although some information are recipes that must be followed serially and judiciously to achieve a particular result.

2. As an illustration: Money is good. We all know that money can be gotten through embezzlement, money laundering, stealing, bribery, business, etc. The speaker and the money are not an issue, how the reader or listener uses the message is where the problem lies.

Sex is good. As a man that's game aware, you don't go around bleating like a goat because you need sex. You use your knowledge of game to have sex when the opportunity presents itself. There is nothing like sexual control when you are not having sex or a porn star - it is just a coping mechanism. Also, it is the unsettling of the mind that will make a man thinks he will not function well without sex.

3. By the way, aside game, you can have sex with your money. But game has a domino effect: it improves your well-being and makes women gravitate towards you.

Sex with money is easy, but spending your money on yourself will not only beautify your life but will also make sex with women easy in the long run. (Nobody should steal this maxim. Lol).

4. There are many grifters in the manosphere, not that their message is bad, but because they want to profit off their message, they go into grift mode.

I'm not John Cena, Brad Pitt, and the likes that have, tens, hundreds, and thousands of women rotating around them. But one successful method that I've been using for women is to put myself where women are. If you put yourself amid 3+ women, at least, one will choose you. This now boils down to genuine desire.

5. Good looks, money, and status will boost the number of women orbiting your sphere and your sexual attraction by far, but a man starting at the bottom will understand women better if he follows the chosen approach and understands game.

6. If you also follow the abundance mentality, using the game of numbers, that's by gaming different women you can also become successful with women but at a cost that includes: your time, energy, and if care is not taken your money.

7. It's not a man's fault that he is at the bottom of life. If he is trying to take leaps every moment, that's fine. The leaps involve: leveraging on the little he has to upgrade himself. If he just abandons himself without making an inch of development, then, he is the one at fault. As he works towards enhancing his looks, money, and status, after some time he gets boosted and will not mess up because he is well equipped.

If you are a person of value, people or some persons will one way or the other acknowledge you. And based on your environment, women will come closer.

8. Nothing bad in learning games. Take note of the scenario you find yourself in and see how game can apply. With game awareness, libido can be under control.

9. Lastly, the problem of PUA, Gamers, MGTOW et.al is not women or the method of approaching women but the policy put in place by the government when it comes to sexual relationships and dealings with women.
