the power drunk cop is now sober
at least muza has objective and you can see that above.

once mr nigeria is now behaving like a baby. the rich also cry.

this reminds me on that day when the almighty sadam was walking down the lane with the hangs men in a low level standard.

there is a male lizard always behaving like the streets are for him alone but when\ever you catch that lizard, the colour will change immediately like the normal once.

a couple of months back, he was in every news telling nigerians that certain citizens are criminals not minding what the constitution says. every individual is innocent until a law court proves otherwise.

i was looking at a man who overlooks the likes of bode george, tonny annenih, obj, any uba, adedibu who re operating at federal levels only to tell us that our problems are kalu, ibori and alams.

many got disappointed on his inability to arrest Mrs Etteh on the day of her impeachment like he did to alams. why didn't he ribadu humiliate iyabo obasanjo like he did to alams.

you are of a failed generation.

your ribadu and his group are powerful but there is a God that is greater than them all.

wow! if worshiping human beings is ideal, then i will worship ibori. for man that says things and they come to pass. what a wonderful man. at least, nigerians now know that the life of ribadu is in the hands of Ibori so whatsoever he so wished to do with it, he will do. pls ibori do not use ribadu as ur xmas goat.

@poster,
i have known you to be one of the most ritarded fools parading in this forum called nairaland.

who brought in yar adua? ibori
who made obj president? ibori
who stopped the third term? ibori
who brought in ribadu? ibori
who sacked ribadu? ibori
who promoted ribadu without the consent of the police force? ibori
who sent ribadu back to school? ibori
who denied him graduation? ibori
who employ ribadu? ibori
under which law is ribadu surposed to be working? ibori's
who invited ribadu for questioning? ibori
who asked ribadu not to honour invitation? ibori
who asked ribadu to take the police, the ag of the federation and efcc to court? ibori

you told me that i do not have objective in my writtings and that i type like little children and now that you v typed like an adult?

if you have primary six result, you would have known before today that as long as you are employed by the police or anyother institution, you are under their rules and regulations. your big friend refused to understand that obj is gone and that his powers were uncostitutional. he was acting on the obasanjo's constitution and shld have known that the power was no more in existance .
he was under that influence that he wanted to take africa to court. when he now knew what he was doing, he withdrew his court cases. imagine such ant taking nigeria to court. wow, he was going to take aso rock to court.
i learnt he was demoted and posted to edo state so that ibori will norture him in his own ways.

big fool, before u post anyother nonesense here, you have to be careful is not just that the forum is free.
Politics › Re: Why I Won’t Honour EFCC's Invitation Now - El-Rufai by chidichris(op): 3:47pm On Dec 23, 2008
when ribadu wanted to arrest orji uzo kalu, kalu wanted the court to stop efcc and ribadu was telling nigerians how criminal minded kalu is and most of us here were jumping up and down but today the same ribadu wanted to take efcc, ministry of justice, the police and fg to court for the singular act of efcc wanting to question him.
that this administration is celebrating prof. Iwu today for his excellent perfomance in the april polls does not stop another govt tomorrow from inviting him to explain why he exposed nigeria's inabilities to the whole world or the nollywood from asking him why he decided to perform without their permission.
every admin has heros but what matters most is after the tenure, to what extent will u be celebrated?
we all knew chukwumereije during ibb, mustapha and the bamiyis during abacaha but after the tenure, what next? obj's regime celebrated such heros as ribdu, el-rufai, adedibu, chris uba, andy uba, tonny annenih, bode george, borishade, fani kayode amng whom only few have been invited. am not celebrating yet. my prayers is that let there be a real transission that will see a real man on seat and nigerians will be ashamed of what the last administration did.
upon we call war against corruption with ribadu, have we asked if the rate of corruption in the last admin is high or low.make me a president tomorrow, the likes of late adedibu will cease to die until he explains his position in the last admin. the likes of chris uba will tell nigerians the punishment for coup and reconfess what he confessed to nigerians before on how he rigged ngige into power.
who is blind about the evil ways of the last admin? who was deaf when obj made an open announcement that the election was going to be a do or die affair. can a normal person say this in a democratic setting?
our president yar adua recieved a house as gift from el rufai and he returned it after been president, what about the others? who is el rufai to hsare govt lands and properties and who are worthy to recieve all these gifts?
till date, ribadu did not tell nigerians what transpired in the nigerian ports authority as he investigated under obj.
the list can never end but as long as there is God  in heaven who have seen the sufferings of the poor masses in a country of plenty, they will never go free.

Politics › N230m Bribe: Efcc Arraigns Fani-kayode Today by chidichris(op): 1:27pm On Dec 23, 2008
Vanguard
Tuesday, 23 December 2008

THE Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) will today arraign former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, before a Federal High Court in Lagos over alleged money laundering offences.

Also, the Commission, yesterday, formally placed the former Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mallam Nasir el-Rufai, on the watch list of the nation’s security service.

The embattled former Minister of Aviation was recently picked by the EFCC over his alleged role in the alleged mismanagement of N19 billion Aviation fund, alongside his predecessor, Professor Babalola Borishade, among others.

Sources told Vanguard that Fani-Kayode who was arrested yesterday, was flown to Lagos from Abuja to face a 40-count charge of money laundering, under Section 16, subsections a and b of the EFCC Money Laundering Act.

Details of the charges to be read to Fani-Kayode in court today, indicate that, at least over 40 lodgements into his private accounts were found to have been illegal proceeds while in office.

EFCC’s Head of Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Babafemi, who confirmed the development, said operatives had spread their dragnets to apprehend the former minister’s accomplices, said to be at large at the time of his arrest.

Vanguard gathered that the EFCC counsel will inform the court that some individuals, believed to be contractors during Fani-Kayode’s tenure as Aviation Minister, allegedly lodged into his personal accounts, sums in excess of N230 million.

The commission’s lawyers will further aver that at certain stated dates, Fani-Kayode caused the monies to be paid into his private current account, held in a new generation bank account, located in Apapa, Lagos, as alleged bribe to favour them in the award of contracts.

Meanwhile, the EFCC has formally written to the Nigerian Immigration Service, Customs, State Security Service, Police and Interpol, requesting them to arrest former FCT Minister, Mallam el-Rufai anywhere he is sighted, thus placing him on the nation’s watch list.

Babafemi who confirmed the development said the former FCT helmsman would be arrested, should he try to slip through any of the nation’s entry points.

El-Rufai was declared wanted, Sunday, by the EFCC after what it described as his failure to respond to its invitation to answer questions over alleged misappropriation of N32 billion proceeds from the sale of Federal Government houses in Abuja.
Politics › Re: Why I Won’t Honour EFCC's Invitation Now - El-Rufai by chidichris(op): 1:07pm On Dec 23, 2008
any investigation concluded before a confrontation with the culprit is incomplete.
police can gather enough information before inviting or arresting anyone so el rufai is still innocent and that is why in law it is called invitation. it is only when he fails to clarify himself b4 efcc that he will be arrested and detained and possibly charged to court.
assuming he meets with efcc and they ask him where is N32b and he said i gave it to Mr. O, the next thing will be efcc inviting Mr. O to ask him if the funds was given to him.

mamajama, you are the most stupid thing that i have ever seen in my life. a couple of months back, you will always storm this forum with efcc arresting criminals and now is not longer efcc, it is waziri now.
you claim to be living in the usa, tell me the situation with the ILLinios governor. does he have a lawyer or not? is it possible for el rufai to ask his lawyer to represent that gov in need.
what happened to clinton when he had issues with monica lewinsky?
why is it that almost all the top guys in the obj's regime has refused to face this particular efcc? what is the difference between efcc and ribadu?

okonjo iweala, a western trained economists had been invited once to testify and she did the same and went back to her base without telling nigerians that she is working. a clear conscience fears no accusation.
most people are saying el rufai will die, why? how many people have been killed during theo yar adua's admin.? was killing part of their own tenure?
they all lived by sword and they must die by sword-that is just biblical. the evil that politicians do in nigeria are living with them and their supporters.
most of the govs that endorsed thrid term agenda have been in the corridores of powers since then enjoying one political appointment or the other.
while the anti thrid term govs are still moving from one court to the other.
if mentioning of names here is important, Ibori, igbenedion and kalu were all anti thrid term and their ribadu induced court cases have been online while achike undenwa the then imo state gov who was the first to endorse third term is now a minister. odili who was asked to drop his presidential ambition or face efcc is still a free man till date. jonathan goodluck who worked with ribadu in impeaching alams later enjoyed the gov's seat and is now the vice president of nigeria even without our consent.
who among the past govs is a saint and who are the scape goats?

If creativity or Muza, start a topic like this you simply know the objective

The problem with chidicris is that he has no objective. Just criticise for the sake of criticising

Chidicris I really like to know what you stand for and what your proposed solutions are to Nigeria's problem

Do you also think any right thinking person should hope to get justice in the hands of the trio of Aondoakaa-Okiro-Waziri

You type like a kid at times!!!!
mikeansy,
i will overlook your insults and face your questions.
my solution to nigeria's problem as you have asked will depend on which problem.
if you talk about political problems, i will suggest checks and balances as well as the rule of law which is the pivot on which democracy rotates.
on the issue of getting justice in the hands of Aondoakaa-okiro-waziri, am sorry obj made it a winner takes all and that will not stop with that administration.
you and i like everyother nigeria know too well that Ribadu and el-rufai were not different from Mustapha under abacha, how you may ask? they are all bold and intelligent and they all do things they way they consider it right not minding what the constitution has to say.
waziri's efcc do invite people while ribadu efcc will forcefully pick people and that in most cases resulted to shotouts in cases of resistance and that happened in platue and aba for reference purposes.
atiku was in pdp manipulating things with obj from 1999 until obj manipulated him. t was only then that he turned to nigerians and say, he is not a good president and the same thing happened to obj when atiku said he wanted to be president and he decided o use ribadu to tell nigerians that his long time partner was a crook.
ribadu and el-rufai acted well and the new adminnistration is acting well too. did mustapha not pay the same prize? what about the bamyis? they paid the price.
do u think nigerians are blind to the truths?
the bible says, those wo live by sword will die by sword. an ordinary okada man will have questions for the two if he has his way.
a serving gov in the us is facing the police as we write so tell him if know him to come back and tell us how he ruled and gathered all these wealth that he has decided to relocate now.
anyways, he has been decleared wanted by efcc so let watch him.

nigeria and nigerians are suffering from a single idiot for the past ten years and he is no other one than a yoruba man yet u still loose all the shame other living creatures will not loose in complaining in this manner.
tell me one of the worthy ambassadores of your dear tribe. ok i know, bode george of the nigerian ports authority, mrs etteh-honourable criminal, borishade-the shameless education minister who decided to expose more of his stupidities in the aviation industry where he was crowned with record air misharps, kayode-a none entity made minister, adedibu - motor park taut turned political thug or do we look at the fat monkey of utah farm?
well, u said the yorubas are leaving for benin, my interest here is when?whatsoever problems nigeria is facing today, u and ur brothers and sisters are the achitect of it and name any and i will link ur people to it.
if nigeria suffers any problems in the hands of yar adua tomorrow, you and i know he is a product of the yoruba monkey who forced him on us.
please if there is any plans of the yorubas leaving nigeria, such plans shld be hastened up and i do not see benin as the best place bcs we will still be feeling your heat from there.
i have been expecting you people to leave since because you have sold all your lands so the best thing will be for u people to move to any nearby desert.
please remember to make ur next of kin in the event of your leaving

it is very important that every nigeria travel even if it is benin republic. by the way, they travelling is part of education.
the most unfortunate thing about a made in nigeria and ultilized in nigeria human beings is that they have suffered to the extent that they are used to suffering.
most of our rulers are made in nigeria and as such nothing good can come out of them.
i therefore pray all of u under this thread not to make this an arguement rather let it be a call for all nigerians to make it a point of duty to travel out for experience.

i have said this even in the days of the most celebrated chairman of nlc-oshomole, the nlc is not informed.
to start with 1 million strikes and none of the main objective achieved at the end of the day.
don't they look at their counterparts in the western world.
the nlc has never fought issues that will affect a trader or okada man and this accounts for reasons for their failures.
they shld be informed that everyday demand for increased salary.
this is a time to know what the workers really need and that is a better welfare packages.
they shld be asking for housing allowances, car allowances, insurances, health care and other relative issues without talking about the monthly salary.
if i have my way, i will not increase their salary and for any day of strike, they will loose reasonable amount of their salaries.
on the other hand, it could be a give and take situation between the nlc and the fg because the next news will be the pump increase of fuel price.
this same nlc will call us for another strike in february when the prices of crayfish and tomatoes go high.

diasporian,
he has a right to representation and all of are surposed to be equal before the law so who among us does not have right to representation.
when efcc arrested and persecuted alams, did he have right to representation? when kalu and others where arrested and kept in costudy, did they have right to representation or were they unable to buy the services of a lawyer?
why didn't charles taylor send a lawyer to hague when he was called upon for questioning?
since when has it became a legal practice for people wanted in criminal matters have right to send representatives while they stay away? the bigest problem nigeria has is bias and sentiments when it comes to matters concerning our top rulers.
Brownbonno,
a clear conscience we all know fears no accusation. till when will our ex-official stop shying away from the people they have ruled?
don't you see president clinton? he will appear on tv shows and people will be asking him direct questions. he will always appologise on any issue he saw himself acted wrong.
as soon as i read the issue of obj's key officers in the good history book, such names as Tonny annenih-bot - pdp, bode george - npa, adedibu-a worthy thug, andy uba -personal assistant, el-rufai-fct, ribadu-efcc, borishade-education/aviation ministry etc. if you have such names too, i am sorry i do not see them in the good books.
if we are realistic here, kalu, alams and one other gov where among the few govs who felt the heat of ribadu and as i am writting, some of the govs are ministers in nigeria while yar adua and jonathan goodluck are president and vice respectively so tell me the basis for screening some govs and praising some.
if ribadu was that messiah that we were praying for, what happened to the case of tafa balogun? what about marwa who was later made an ambassadore?
if nigeria will fight corruption, selective justice must not be replayed as it was during ribadu's time. if we have accepted that obj and ribadu fought corruption, tell me in earnest if corruption in nigeria was on the high or low during the eight years of obj. from the nature of our roads, security, power and energy and other basic issues in nigeria have revealed that with the amount of funds lost on contracts, corruption was on the high.
for you information, bring out any name among the above mentioned key officer and i will let you know more about him and back that up with facts.

What madness do you identify here ?This same man was called on a public hearing by the Senate,he is in the UK facing his study and have honestly appointed an attorney to represent his interest with the EFCC.Do you expect him to abandon his study for a visit to EFCC ?Get serious brother.
Nigeria is only scaring away the patriotic minded from serving their father land.
brownbonno,
the key word in your statement is patrotic minded, ribadu once in a press confrence that he will fight corruption with the last drop of his blood but as soon as he was relieved of the chairman of efcc, he became rebelious.
el-rufai we all know that he mearnt no good to nigeria and nigerians. you made mentioned of him attending public hearing, could you pls say the out come. do you still remember that it was in the course of that public hearing that a member of that committee said that with the revelations so far, that he was begining to feel abacha was a saint.
do you still remember that this same patrotic minded el-rufai was banned from holding any public office for life as a result the recomendations of the senate panel.
the issue is that you served and u are wanted and since when has studying become a reason for not honouring such invitation?
by the way, why won't the govt make our educational system to be standard so that they will be schooling here and attending to issues like this.
i am putting it to you that those you call patrotic minded people and the criminal minded idots of our country and they are the reason for position as a country and well as the reasons for the sufferings of our people.
why are we shattered all over the world?
who do you think is responsible for the backwardness of nigeria?
the patrotic minded man shared govt lands and recieved govt lands from governors.
even if he gets away with this, he will not get away from the wraths of God because nigerians and the poor masses have been crying to God.
Politics › Why I Won’t Honour EFCC's Invitation Now - El-Rufai by chidichris(op): 10:45am On Dec 21, 2008
VANGUARD - SUNDAY 21 DEC. 2008

Kaduna—FORMER minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, has told the  Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) not to expect him to honour its invitation until the compeletion of  his study in the United Kingdom (UK).

El-Rufai  also says  the EFCC has no power whatsoever to declare  him wanted.

Speaking in an interview on the Hausa Service of the British Broadcasting Corporation(BBC) monitored in Kaduna,  the former minister wondered why the EFCC was after him, having served his fatherland meritoriously. He expressed fears that his travel  documents would be  seized if he came home now, thus jeoparising his study in the UK.

“I am a student; I cannot leave my studies to come to Nigeria to answer questions from anybody because I am not a government employee, “he said, adding. “My lawyer has written them to tell them that I am a student and I would not be able to come to Nigeria and that if they have questions, they should forward such questions to him in writing for onward delivery to me to answer them and send it back to them.

“But that is not what they want, their plan is that once I step into Nigeria , they will seize my passport to prevent me from going back to complete my studies, they have realized that what they can do, to provoke me is to stop me from completing my studies.

“I will not go to Nigeria for my passport to be seized to stop me from completing my studies, I will not go, I know many of my friends who were prevented from traveling.

“The EFCC said they will tell the Interpol to declare me wanted, let them declare me wanted; I will not go to Nigeria . If they say the Interpol should look for me, they know where I am, everybody knows where I am, the EFCC knows where I am, they know I am in school, my lawyer has written to them. We have even taken them to court because the investigation they are carrying out, the law establishing the EFCC does not permit it.

“We went to court for the court to ask whether the EFCC has the right to investigate the allocation of land by a state governor or his reason for allocating a piece of land to anybody.

“The present government is our friend; they are our brothers, when we were in government, we did everything possible to ensure that competent people were appointed in government. We supported the president Umaru Musa Yar’adua.

“I have no doubt about my records when I was in government, but of course we are human and we are bound to make mistakes. Beside, I was not working alone; I was working with many people who I am not in a position to know some of the things they were doing, just like the present minister of the FCT and the president who are not in a position to know a lot of things being done by the people working under them.”
what kind of madness are we experiencing in the hands of our ex-office holders. why is it that self acclaimed messiahs of our country nigeria will always run away from questions as soon as they leave office?

wow! we will always want to bring in the whites into our bad situations.
what is happening in zimbabwe is simply a product of " i can handle it" syndrom with us africans.
no one is interested in how many people that must have lost their lives in the crises as long as it is from an african to africans.
on the other hand, i wonder who among the african presients who has the moral standard to stand before mugabe.
the position of mugabe as the only man standing is the dream of every african president. most of our presients are dreaming of that day when they will grow above the laws and the people of his country.
at least bush and other western leaders are not in zimbabwe to take diamond and the whites have been striped of all lands so the blacks are in control so let us continue watching and see ho far we can go.

yar adua is as good as third term bcs obj is still in control been the chairman board of trustees - pdp.
on the other hand, why didn't u compare this regime with colonialism?
why didn't u compare the abacha's regime with this administration?
what was good about obj's administration?
do you know how popular that administration made thugs in nigeria?
Ribadu, adedibu, chris uba, andy uba, asari dokubo etc were all using the oldest form of law to rule and that is the law that states that might is right.
these men could go as far as unseating a legally elected governor and get away with that.
these men could arrest and release people at will. these men could catch two criminals and set one free while the other pay the prize.
these men could bring in and take out dollars at will. these men could award contracts to themselves, do away with contract funds while nothing happened. yar adua has so far proved that those things are in the past. he has shown that thugs can only operate at our car parks.
we are facing a new deminsion in our democratic setting.
the only prayer nigerians need is the best way to remove that evil hands in  power. your obj has ruled nigeria for a very long period of time and has refused to give someone else chance to rule.
are we going to live our lives for obj? what happens when he dies? will nigeria die with obj?

Knowall,
i do not your source of information but be informed that even the nigerian immegration cannot say how many percent of nigerians that have passport unles you are talking about the new passport. not having a nigerian passport as you think does not mean not travelling.
one africa country like Ivoiry coast is harbouring upto 3 million nigerians, think of cotonou, ghana, togo, senegal, mali, burkina faso, cameroun just to mention but a few. recently the trend is shifting to london where even market women want their children to do their masters degree.
if you are in london or u have been in london, seat back and give it a rough estimate and think of what the number will be there and then look back at the possibilities of getting a british visa for a nigerian then compare it to countries where nigeria has free visa or countries like dubai where their visa is pay and take.
who in nigeria even know our population? the population we are talking about, is it the cow and goats counted in the northern nigeria or the rough estimation that took place in other parts of the country.
i have been to countries like india, dubai, ivory coast, senegal, ghana where ppl do not know where the nigerian embassy is neither do the embassy know nigerians who are living there.
what am saying is that if things did not change for better, am afraid many nigerians out there will see their parents in the street one day bcs when all the youths are gone, old people will follow suit.

earthmama, where are u? if u are in the us, why are u not coming back?
someone said their hairs shld be painted red for recognition and i add that their passport be taken from them so that they will not travel again.

it is all games and lies. no one in his right senses will come back for hardship to stay here in nigeria.
the following are some of the reasons that can make people living in abroad to come back to nigeria;
1. they have gotten enough money to establish here in nigeria.
2. their friends or family member have won an election and asked them to come back.
3. they have no knowledge of what nigeria is all about so they must go back sooner than we think.
4. they were asked to leave the country by the law enforcement agents or they are wanted in the country.

if i have my way, those who claim to coming back settle here shld be asked to fill some forms at the airport.
i hope they know that many are paying from their asses here just to get visa.
let them know that the only moving business here is politics.
on the other hand, i hope they come back with generators?

i am suspecting that if u are really in uk, there is a possibility that you are born and brought up in uk.
which 5% has passport? is nigerian immegration telling u they have record of how many nigerians that have passport? do u know that majority of traveller before the invent of this new passport, has upto 5 passports per person with different names and information?
how many of nigerians do u think are using nigerians passports? most nigerians today are using diferent passports from different countries to tarvel at least to be treated like human being.
the only thing nigeria and nigerians need is prayers otherwise more than the 70% will be out of here before the anticipated 2020.
if UN allows slave trade to start again, i bet u, the only people you will see in nigeria will be politicians and their families bcs ppl like me will be at the seaports all day waiting for the ship to land and i know majority of nigerians will do the same.
there is a news abt ppl leaving usa for hardship, hmmmmmmmmm, if they did not make enough money to live here and do big businesses, the latest they can be here is march next year.
Politics › Re: Dora Nkem Akunyili (OFR) As The New Information Minister by chidichris(m): 2:17pm On Dec 19, 2008
this is her test of intelligence. it is somehow a test of what she stands for. this is where the gap is between Dora and Okonjo Iweala.
a brief refreshing of our minds will reveal that this was how iweala was shown the door.
iweala knew that such shift will expose her to low performances and knowing too well that she must not be a minister rather she must remain in her field for maximum production hence she decided to quit.
the FG has been under preasure on how best to move this woman out of the ways of killersso moving her to information ministry will give her room to remain in power but out of the way of those whose fake drugs and foods are on the way to nig.
to me, this looks like a smooth disengagement but if i have to say something to her, the only thing i will tell her is to resign on a high.
it is only in nigeria and under obj that a winning team is changed for a loosing side.
we are on making progress in our efforts to go backward.
Foreign Affairs › Re: An Iraqi Throws A Shoe At President Bush by chidichris(m): 1:59pm On Dec 19, 2008
the shoe man is presently asking for leniency according to cnn news.
the truth of the matter is if he escapes the wrath of iraqi govt, he will never wear shoes in his life not to talk of throwing them at the most powerful man in the world at the moment.
no matter ho we look at it, that wise man wouldn't have raised his eyes against a councelor in Nig. talkless of throwing shoes.
anyways, let us see what will happen to him for the shoe moves bcs a happy sadam will even close the shoe company that sold the shoes to that mad journalist.
Politics › Re: Gani Fawehinmi Rejects National Honour (OFR) by chidichris(m): 3:00pm On Dec 17, 2008
Gani like anyother citizen of nigeria has the right to reject or accept honours.
he has acted very well and he has just followed the footstep of chinue achebe.
his reasons will not matter to all because he is entitle to his own opinion.
the most important thing in nigeria that the govt is not doing well. again, i do see these honours as ways of committing these activists.
accepting honours from any govt means supporting the govt and its ideologies.
if our president fraudulently took the seat of power, anyone recieving his honours means surpporting the govt and her fraudulent activities
Foreign Affairs › Re: An Iraqi Throws A Shoe At President Bush by chidichris(m): 7:49pm On Dec 15, 2008
by the way, what is throwing of shoe compare to the suicide that they are ever ready to commit on hearing about 14 virgins waitiong for them in heaven?
they are born mad.
iraqi govt must have shown him the right way to behave by now.
no wonder saddam used to treat them like animals.

Foreign Affairs › Re: An Iraqi Throws A Shoe At President Bush by chidichris(m): 4:22pm On Dec 15, 2008
bush in a couple of weeks will join the other past american presidents on the path of history and obama will come online.
he was against invassion so let us see his approach but i will assure you, it is no longer going to be business as usual.
america will never go back to negotiation table with terrorists.
afghans can now enjoy all the benefits they were deneied of by the talibans and no one is saying thanks to bush.
sooner than later, irqis will start enjoying the benefits of democracy and maybe no one will be here to celebrate bush.
if anyone is saying that bush's response to the 9/11 attacks was not good, then i pray he become a victim or his family member becomes one so that we can learn from him how to react to terrorists attacks.
no one is bold enough to say GO to mugabe till date. africans have choosen negotiation and that is paying off to them from the way people are dying day by day from different courses yet we are saving the people from war.
let us see what will happen at the end of the day.
how many lives were saved in liberia by bush's ultimatum to charles taylor? no one is interested. the very best way to save peoples'lives is by loosing lives and that is exactly what bush did in afghanistan and iraq so let us see how obama will save lives.
one more thing is that some wars are unavoidable so the earlier you prepare your mind and go for it the better for you.
Politics › Re: Ribadu And Recovered Funds by chidichris(op): 12:49pm On Dec 15, 2008
good, having heard that, i am been forced here to ask again, apart from the jumping up and down in rejoice whenever these big amounts of monies recovered are announced, to what extent has all these recoveries affected the lives of a common nigerian?
Politics › Re: Born Againsm Is The Only Way To Eradicate Corruption In Nigeria - Pastor Adeboye by chidichris(m): 12:42pm On Dec 15, 2008
there are christains in the christaindom.
there are born again and there are real born again.
somebody likened obj to christian, such are christians when it comes to census.
personally, i doubt the christianity of anyone in nigeria's politics.
i don't see the possibilities of a real christain in the political arena of nigeria.
if Pastor Adeboye is talking about a christian or born again in this circumstances, he absolutely reffers to real born again christians and not the likes of obj.
by the way, a born again christian forbids killing, bribery, cheating and other form s of corruptions.

Kev-d,
what have nigerians thrown on obj for the various deaths that he coursed in nigeria? what about abacha and ibb? what were u able to throw on them?
Jesus Christ was stoned spilt on, flogged, slapped and all that so does it mean much to you if shoes were thrown to bush?
what are the zimbabwian s throwing on mugabe?
your hero who is in the grave now will smile at you if you tell him the this particular bush will just mess him up like a kid.
brave men are always of few words. i love bush. he is an ction man. if you tol bush that shoes will be thrown at him as a price for hanging the immortal saddam, he will ask u for dzens of shoes.
it is this same bush that has turned our own sturborn gadaffi into a loyal gentleman who at the end of the day agreed to compensate the families of the locabie bombers.
history has a place for the man - Bush.

this same oil has coursed nigerians everyother minerial resources.
cnn or bbc or even our own ait will continue to suffer in our hands as long as they say those things that we do not want to hear.
it is the duty of the press to expose hidn issues what more the truth that even okada people in nigeria know.
this oil has coursed us more harm than good.
imagine this same oil forced obj to be the president and the oil minister the same time. wow! with the number of petrochemical engineers nigeria have, an illetrate in the name of obj was the oil minister for seven and half years. what a shame?
