You seem 2 b creating a blurred image here. All of the incidents u have mentioned above r unique in their own unique ways and I can't c any basis for comparison between them. I'm not saying my house is a role model for world politics and neither is it an Utopian society but let's get the facts out. In any case 1. Do u really think Bush attacked Iraq because of 9/11 or for its interest in oil especially for a particular family legacy? 2. Are u really sure of the master minders of 9/11? 3. Do u think the state of Iraq is currently better or worse than before? However, I personally I'm not in support of dictatorship and neither am I a fan of Husein but the intent of America's invasion is a point of controversy. As for the innocent souls in 9/11 May their souls rest in peace but direct the blame to the right quarters. scottn, no matter how blurred the images i have created here, the most important thing is if they are true or false. if our house is not a role model, whose house is? america or iraq? in line with ur questions, bush continued a gulf war of 1990 which was stopped by UN with an agreement that sadam will give the un inspectors free hands to inspect the whole country over which sadam refused till bush came to power. bush pushed sadam to accept untill he now told sadam to quit. if yhou have been looking at iraq's elections in the past, sadam used to win 100% if the anti bush camp is saying that america went to iraq bcs of oil, they have refused to tell us what they wanted from afghanistan. the case of 9/11 has been established and we can all trace the masterminders. iraq is been built for future. a future that will not have saddam. a future that will make iraqis have their say in the governance of their country. nothing good comes easy as there is always a prize to pay. my prayers and that of everyother person is that iraqis will begin to think of future and wait patiently to reap the fruit of this sacrfice they have made and only then will the streets and important places will be named after bush who future will call their liberator. brother, if you are not in support of dictatorship, what is your solution? u can use zimbabwe as a case study. for the victims of 9/11 u say may their souls rest in peace and i would want to ask you directly, is that enough? will u say the same thing if you are affected? could you pls close ur eyes and see the bread winner of ur family as a victim of such madness. would you want have a round table conference with the masterminders? would u suggest a negotiation forum with such killers? my prayer is that we will not be victims but we must remember that those victims and the affected members of their familes are human beings like us. FROM THE DAYS OF JOHN THE BAPTIST, THE WORLD SUFFERETH VIOLENCE AND IT IS ONLY THE VIOLENT S THAT TAKETH IT BY FORCE. |
There were 15 Saudis among the 19 hijackers and zero (okolo, nought) Iraqis, yet the despicable Saudi government was shielded from the wrath of the American Killing Machines, and Iraq was turned to a theater of violence with hitherto unknown/uninvited guests, like Alqaeda, running the show and directing the scenes of unimaginable mayhem and gore! History must never forget George W. Bush for his bottomless stupidity and boundless ignorance! richyblack, you sound like an insider. if history will not forget bush for his bottomless stupidity and boundless ignorance, what will history do to sadam for annexing kuwait? for his kindness and goodness to the people of iraq, kurdis in particular? in your wisdom, what is the relationship and relevance of these terrorists been from a particular country and having another country as a safe heaven? why did nigeria give away charles taylor when he was needed by world court? if i may ask you, how many iraqis lost their lives in the hands of sadam starting from iraq/iran war till the evassion of iraq? if you have your ways, how many years is ideal for a particular man to rule a country? how do you look at such presidents as castro of cuba, mugabe of zimbabwe, abacha of nigeria, sadam of iraq, iyadima of togo and their likes? do u think the world will be good with such men who sees the seat of president as their family business? how do u feel in a nigeria where obj no matter how bad or good he was at the end of the day handed over to another president? how do u feel in a nigeria where people come out on televission to say, mr.president is wrong on this and could have done things this way? how do you feel if u know u are free? what do u think about a pupil who in their whole live never testd freedom? can u imagine an america with bush as president, electing someone from a different party and racial background? no matter what u or anyother one has to say, i know u will never work towards providing answers to these few questions but have it at the back of your mind that america till tomorrow remains the pace setters and the dream of every country. |
the growth and progress of nigerians and africans are in the hands of God. we have refused to embrace the truth which is the only way out. why is no one here talking about sending obj to hague for the killing of people of two different villages? why is no one talking about the day to day killings in zimbabwe? why are we not interested in the high rate of self inflicted poverty all over africa? how mad is it that people have overlooked the death of 2975 innocent people on sept 11, 2001? why is no one after the death of innocent iraqis in the hands of sadam hussain? what about rwanda and brundi, liberia and siera leone? weak minds discussing a great nation like america, the dream of everyother country. if i have my way, i will do more than bush had done. what is the rationale behind 9/11? who are behind it? what about bali bombing? what about day to day bombing aimed at american interests before and after the bush administration. the world worshiped clinton bcs he always overlook the bombings but if we want to be realistic, till when and how long will that last? the best form of defence is attack and we shld know that any govt that suffered such attack will be forced to react at least to defend the citizens that voted him into power. who among us here is saying bush was surposed to fold his hands and wacth the americans die one after the other in the hands of those who call themselves terrorists? india lost about 300 people in such attack a couple of weeks back and has responded immediately so also will every govt do and face the wrath of his own people. if anyone is blaming bush over his response to the 9/11 then i pray that your family members become victims in the next attack so that we will see your own reaction to that. the riots in the northern parts of the country continue claiming lives like the latest one in jos bcs no one is interested in finding solution and if we look back to the number lives lost so far in these madnesses, one will wonder if it is not better to take a lasting action and solve the problems once and for all. nigerians and africans, our houses are in disarrays and shld be put in order before we do the magic of fixing america from this wonderful distance. |
wow! i was surprised to see this topic under my name. it's has been a long time so i was going to say i didn't write this. billions of dollars were recovered in the war against corrupt abacha and a few govs, where are the funds? it is time for ribadu to tell nigerians in whose costudy the funds are till date. i posted this topic far back nov.22, 2006 and today, my body is still hungry to know the where abouts of all the big fugures we read and heard via our news medias. one thing is to get money, another is to use the money well. let it not be that all the recovered loots are not enough to fund the efcc. |
am planing to start an organisation for better nigeria with the main purpose of the org as, GHANA SHLD COME AND RE-COLONIZE NIGERIA they have set a pace for obj so in his next selection, there will not be any professor Iwu instead members of the Ghania electorial commision. |
poster, we are not all this jobless that u can post any shit that comes to ur mind here or is it bcs it is free? the moderator of this forum shld have done justice to this thread b4 now. |
is it possible to canceal an election organsed by a professor? even buhari and atiku knew that there was no hope in their moves. the judges said, there were manipulations but not good enough to canceal the whole selection. briliant judgement. a winning to democracy. one of the lawyers said accepting the judgement does not mean agreeing with it so nigerians have accepted the judgements of the paid labourers. |
if fbi is interested in this guy for just $44million, then what are they telling us for all the billions our rulers are stealing from here and bringing into their country? my worries is if this guy has succeeded in bringing back home all the money . our rulers have been stealing from us and sending to them there and fbi did not declare anyone wanted. if anyone sees tobechi, tell him to give me half and then let them replace his name with mine. |
Any government that continues to fraternize with the likes of Ibori, Orji Kalu, Odili and the rest of them can never, and I repeat, NEVER claim to be serious about the fight against corruption. Reptyl, the line above clearly say where u belong. i know u believe that the likes of tonny annenih, bode george, adedibu, chris uba and andy uba, ribadu and el rufai have the solution to nigeria's problem. a big no. this yar adua in question is a product of the same cartel whose invincible hands are still rough handling nigeria and nigerians till date. a gov in a usa state was arrested by the police for questioning over his plans to sale obama's seat in the house and that is a good one. my position is that we need such disposal of immunity but that shld not be top in our scale of prefference at the moment. we must accept the fact that yar adua was not ready to be president but for the preasure of obj who found a trusted allied in him so the sick man is confused. from the way things are going, his next move will be on married men who eat outside their homes. what a confused man? |
segzyjoe, obj is the worst president with the following varrifiable points; roads security power supply political killings genocide in odi legalization of political thugry highest level of rigging(selection) in the history of nigeria i do hope that with these few points of mine, i have been able convience and not confuss u that that man who had the gut to chop his son's wife is not worthy to be a president. |
the first court that gave yar adua pass mark was presided by nigerians who all know the circumstances that sourounded occupation of aso rock. i do not have confidence in the games of our judiciary system. if yar adua is original, he sld have called it a quit all these while. buhari and atiku as well shld go look for other things to do because it is not a must they will occupy aso rock. it is only in nigeria that politics is discussed from january till december. |
we have a very wonderful president born out of a movie magic of a horrible obj. such an intelligent man with and excellent ideas to move nigeria forward. all in all, i see his moves as right moves at wrong time. a square peg in a round hole. taking away immunity from top office holders is a good one but what about common criminals in our society who have no official immunity yet they do their things and still stand tall when everyone in the society knows who and what they are. most of our law enforcement agents are under the pay rolls of our leaders outside their official pay packages so what are we going to expect here? a good yar adua shld work towards cleaning aso rock of the stinks and filts it is housing. a good yar adua shld first of all look at those areas that will reflect more on the populace. a good yar adua shld be able to restore power supply, security, good roads and the general welfare of the citizens of a blessed country like nigeria. until the right things are done at the right times, no other move will move nigeria forward - immunity or no immunity. yar adua is blind and will always find it difficult to lead co-blind nigerians. |
am only basing my arguement on the general outcome of his actions on nigeria and nigerians. one has to look at the end product. did the war reduce the level of corruption in nigeria or rather increase it? in his years of fight how many of the national figures was he able to bring down? we all know the big names and we know how ribadu was with them. in nigeria, another name for babangida is corruption. we know atiku/obj is equal to corruption. we know bode george and the npa, tony annenih and the federal roads contracts,we know andy uba and his money laundary issues in the usa. obj was also the oil minister for seven and half years and all these names never mean corruption to saint ribadu. the only corrupt people in nigeri are alams, kalu and a few others including our cyber boys. who is orji uzor kalu and what is his relevance in the nigerian corruption compared to the federal criminals that we all know. issues are obvious here on selected justice otherwise why was mrs Etteh of house of reps not arrested on the day of her impeachment like was on the day of alamasiya? why was andy uba no humiliated like his co-international criminal alamasiya? why was less than 20% of our past govs charged while over 80% work tall till date? does that make them clean? ribadu is not different from el-rufai and as soon as he submitts to any authority in nigeria, his sins will be made known to all. |
in reality obj was not a product of election rather he was a coolant over the denial of abiola's mandate and his consequential death. he was selected by few generals who saw him as a protector for their misdeeds in the country since he too was a general. one gets no surprise over ribadu's inability to lay his hands on babangida. one gets no surprise that babangida was part of obj's administration at least first term on seat. no wonder he reciprocated that kind gesture by selecting one of them as his exit gift. if there is any way someone forced me into believing that obj is the best presient in nigerians history, i will also force others to accept that obj is still the worst president nigeria has ever seen. his entry into aso rock was a movie and his exit and replcaement remains a fictional movie. he was the president and the minister of oil for seven and half years so we can as well give him the prize of the best oil minister nigeria has ever see. |
it is time for those who believe chasing the whites out of africa is a way forward to know that africans are not able to handle things on their own. bring in the oposition leader will still not solve the problem bcs he is still an africa. this same cruader with come in tomorrow and turn tiger. we need the whites arround if not for anyother thing, let it be for a re-orientational course. most of our african leaders cannot talk in the open because they are all guilty of the same crimes. make yar adua a case study, tell me what yar adua who was forced on us will tell mugabe about his actions against the zimbbwian people. |
what did ribadu do when andy uba the then personal assistant to obj was convicted over money laundary via nigeria's presidential jet in the usa? the matter was termed a civil case by ribadu so what is civil in a top government official moving cash out of nigeria unlawfully and how does that differ from alams and ibori's cases? the name of the game is selected justice. |
the shameless professor iwu ill tell ghana to learn from nigeria's election like he told the usa. our problem is not ignorance rather corruption. if u wanted to be a successful press man in nigerian during obj's regime, u need to be on his side or u expect the visit of sss and for details contact ait public ralations officer. ghanians and south africans have shown how great they are and how able and willing they are to be called african giants. indeed they are my african giants. the only areas we pass them na nigerian movies and nites of a thousand laughs because we are used to suffering and smilling |

calos, you have shown your loyalty as a fan so we are expecting you to say something outside centiments. based on centiments, there are 20 teams in pursuit of the trophy epl and every team has its fans who mathematically will tell you that they are still in the game so they like you are all hoping to get the cup. if we must base our arguement on what is on ground at the moment, arsenal is and will strugle to be in the first four this season. |
ibime and co, i am relly disappointed with you and your reasoning. wether yak play again in his whole life or not, he can never be as poor as you are. why is it that nigerians enjoy reporting negative stories? where have you been all these while yak has been hitting the media all over england? how many lions will a man kill in your community before you call him the lion killer? is it not shameful that a man created like you with the same two legs has been displaying in front of thousands of spetectors week in week out with his real names and you are here hiding under a fabricated name condeming someone that God has blessed. my prayers to today is that God will make you to change and begin to appreciate good things so that better things will come your way otherwise, when you are alone, take a glass of cold water and ask yourself, a man like yakubu who MUST have a charity organisation or certain foundations design to help less previleged among us, how many people prays for his progress on daily bases and what is the percentage of your bad belle group to that group praying for him? if you are a christain, read Genesis 3:11. the bible passage simply asks, who told you? according to your thread, yakubu is finished. and Genesis 3:11 is asking you today, WHO TOLD YOU? on my own, i will like to ask you, ARE YOU GOD? no wonder 2face said, no one can course who God don bless. |
the cry of a comon criminal. |
the performance of a leader is judged over time. obj if am not mistaken is the only nigerians to have enjoyed eight ( uninterupted years as an elected president in nigeria so who else are we comparing him with?the massage sent by the murder of his attorney general without a trace till date shows that our lives had no security under obj. the states of our roads in the eight years showed that we were like 20 years backward. the eradication of two communities during this regime crowned the regime as the highest killing administration. the awards of contracts and the managments of offices as we saw with Bode george (npa) and tony annenih(federal contracts) proved that if you were loyal to obj, you could do anything and remain a saint. the emergency of adedibu in oyo and chris uba in anambra showed the regime sponsored legal thugs. a do or die affair election and the mess of april polls and the idea of forcing yar adua on nigerians showed his goodness to nigeria and nigerians. the failed third term agenda was a great evidence of how nigerians loved him an the amended pdp constitution that made him the only legible candidate for the post of BOT chairman in pdp showed how allegic he was with living his life outside the corridors of powers. the accusation of sleeping with his own daughter inlaw showed his moral background. someone said he was an insider in the developments of our refinaries during obj's tenure, i hope you were party to the sale of nnpc, npa, nigerians airways, aso rock, oil wells and the name nigeria which later had to be revoked by yar adua? the changing of a winning team in the place of okonjo iweala and the retaining of the likes of borishade in the govt showed his greatness. poster and readers, i do hope that i have been able to confuse you instead of conviencing you that obj is not only the best nigerian president, rather he is the world's no 1 president |
christians will easily find answer to this question in Genesis 3:9-10. God was asking Adam in Genesis 3:9, where are you? while in Genesis Adam confessed of being naked which s another way of expressing shame. if adam who was a fieldmarshal by creation could show shame out of sin, how much more an assistant Inspector of police by personal choice? a few months back, this same man was telling every media house that he was going to fight corruption with the last drop of his blood but after obj left office, he find it difficult to visit the office that made him what he is(efcc). the only nigerian saint did very well in his fight against corruption yet his tenure recorded the hihest level of corruption in the history of nigeria. this was a man who was aware of our federal budget as they concern roads, power supply, security and other areas of national interests yet he left them for unknown issues and people like alamasiya and kalu making them more popular than they were. today, what will ribadu tell us about the nigerian ports authority, nnpc, lagos-benin express way, atiku and obj madness. if he is not a tool, now is the right time to face the masses and media because we can now ask and talk to him without the fear and influence of his office. on my own, i would love to ask ribadu to compare alamasiya with tony annenih, kalu and bode goerge, andy uba and chris uba all as in their relevance to nigeria as a country. i would also love to find out from this bag of experiences why he thought the war on corruption would be better when it is started from the middle which is the state levels instead of local which is the last level or the federal which is the first level of government. if our hero is not ashamed of his role, let him come out and face us. |
now that he has failed, yorubas are looking to wash their hands off him. if you did not vote for him, why did u born and rfaise such a mosnter? things like obj are not surposed to be allowed to grow among men. una olu felae wouldn't have done better |
i don't think he will run bcs he was bragging b4 the media when he was efcc boss that he will use every bit of his blood to fight corruption in nigeria so this is the time to fight. someone was asking what did ribadu do? he arrested less than 20% of the former govs among whom are obvious anti obj. Odili was forced to drop his presidential ambition to avoid efcc. marwa was arrested and part of his settlement pack was his dropping of presidential ambition which later earned him ambassoodrial appointment. ribadu script directed the impeachment and immediate arrest of alamasiya in a movie manner made jonathan the gov and later vice president. every nigerian knows that the then orji uzor kalu of abia state was an open oposition of obj hence he became the problem and the chief target of efcc. the present gov of abia state was arrested to avoid him contesting for the post in abia. atiku's matter was implicating obj but efcc was out to stop atiku and nothing more. all the obj boys had financial matters but non was treated by ribadu eg: an established case of money laundary was confirmed against andy uba via the presidential jet yet nothing happened. we all know about the nigerian ports authority and bode george, tony annenih and the lagos-benin express ways. we were mearnt to understand how was spent within obj's eight years in power on roads and power supply without anyone answering questions on them. my own question here is, what didn't ribadu do? he did everything possible to face the same problems with mustapha who played the same role during the abacha's days. ribadu shld come out and tell nigerians how far he went in his fight against corruption in nigeria |
poster, performance can only be judged over a certain period of time and if that is done, no one has enjoyed the 2 tenures of 4 yrs each as an elected president in nigeria. the only time we will compare yar adua and obj will be after second tenure and a failed third term agenda that will be followed with another stupid selection. how do u even compare a producer with its product? if yar adua is a disgrace, nigerians still have obj to blame for forcing such a dummy on us. |
Ribadu: INTERPOL probes $4.8m controversial houses - the nation 30th nov 2008 if such a good man has refused to honour invitation by the police and the efcc, then he has things he is hiding. we all saw how good El-rufai was with obj's administration but a scrutiny by the new administration rewarded his actions with a life ban from holding public offices. when ribadu was in power, it was rummoured that he is a tool and today ribadu is saying efcc is a tool to bring him down so my question now is, how is fooling who? he is a tool and other tools are after him. those who live by sword are likely to die by sword. |
having adam or adams on that seat to me, does not solve the problems. judging by his performances as the nlc leader, i don't believe the messiah has come. his days as the nlc leader were characterised by "one week, one strike" and in most cases, no meaningful achievement was made over the issues of debate. i want to beleieve that in him rest the minds of the majority and been a product of a corrupt system, i know that the possibilities of ending badly is there but my prayers for him is that he will be what the people want. facially, he looks like a criminal so let us wait for him to prove otherwise. |
ud4u, why do u want us to say something when the ones we said in the past has little or nothing changed. for your 7 points agenda with yar adua, it is designed to give room for third term. the devil at the background of this administration is bent on having nigeria under his arm until death do him part. the house will see reason to let yar adua continue in other to let him achieve these points that will put nigeria on the same standard with usa. agenda or no agenda, until pdp and obj decide to let nigeria flow, until obj begin to understand that he is only an ex-president, until a real election takes place in nigeria, until our war against corruption becomes real, until appointments in nigeria is based on merits, until the constitution of nigeria becomes superior to everybody, until the born to rule symdrom is erased from our system, until! until!! until!!! , the number of agenda this shadow sales to the media will not matter. |
poster, will be possible for you to lay down the rules and regulations that shld be guilding preachers and pastors. i know u will be happy to see our pastors live in ghetos, move on okadas and dress on rags. on my own, i don't care what they have but the most important thing what they do with what they have. if the aircrafts they have will be used in spreading the gospel and reaching the needy among us, then let them go ahead and have whatever they can have. |
Economic and Financial Crimes Commission [EFCC] said on Wednesday that the invitation extended to its former chairman, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, was not borne out of vendetta, but a purely administrative request to clear the air on some issues pertaining to his tenure as chairman.Clear conscience fears no accusations. Such a good servant/leader shld be ready to show up any time needs arise. Ribababa, please try not to spoil your good name if you have any.

because this forum is free and nobody cares about what anybody is posting here, i hereby nominate Jay-Jay okocha as the next president of Nigeria. this nomination is based on his classical role as No 10 in the super eagles and bolton. sorry i wanted to nominate pete edochie because as long as the movie industry is concerned, he is very good and as such will make a good president but in case we will need a female president, i will vote Mama G (petience ozokwu). anyways, 2face Idebia is the first nigerian musician to win grammy award, if we make him president and make samuel peters his vice, nigeria will go a long way. but Ribadu, he is close to going to jail and from like his boss(obj) will come out to be the president. |
