silly Topic

Are they not naturally born as maids?

Who delievers the children?

Who bosoms feeds them?

Who is perpertually doomed to be in the kitchen till death do you part?

Who cleans the house 24/7?

Who washes the clothes and Dishes most of the time?

Who nannies the kids 24/7?

At the end of the month, dont men or husbands give them money for the week or month to buy more food stuffs and cleaning utensils which in other wards serves as their monthly wages for being a housemaid only that she wears a wedding ring?

How many house husbands do you know? Rathe there are millions of house wives. Is that not a glorified title for a House maid?

Abeg make una go siddon jare!

Psssf. . . .

I know your kind, i guess your mum was a glorified house wife that is why you cannot think out of the box. Mchewwww

Romance / Re: Why Are Men So Obsessed With Women's Virginity? by chikito1(f): 5:08pm On Dec 14, 2009
I understand the husband giving respect and dignity to his virgin wife, but does this mean that every woman who was

dis-virgined by her husband remain faithful, repect and honor her husband?

I have heard a case where the wife was a virgin before her marriage, got bored of the relationship and started to have

an affair outside her marriage. Virginity is good to have for the ladies but guys please do not be fooled that virgins

automatically bag you respect and honor. Enough said!!!!!

Family / Re: Should A Woman Be Pregnant for Her Fiance Before Marriage? by chikito1(f): 4:06pm On Dec 10, 2009
Why should marriage be based only on children? What if the son is impotent? He would have tested over a

thousand women convincing himself and his mother that they are all fruitless? Rubbishhhhhhhhhhh
Romance / Re: When Your Boyfriend's Best Friend Is Female? by chikito1(f): 5:32pm On Nov 12, 2009
You have to jealously guard the one you love. Sorry, but if my boyfriend spends more time with his so called

female best friend then there is problem. To make him feel the same way(if he thinks there is nothing wrong with

it) I'll bag myself a male best friend. Lets see how that goes down wink

Romance / Re: Confessions Of A Transexual. I Had More Fun As A Female Than As A Male! by chikito1(f): 3:48pm On Nov 12, 2009
Lot of flaws, you should have done some research on female sex change to men. Female to male bottom surgery, is not as advanced as male to female bottom surgery. Unlike transwomen, whose current Instruments is used as materials for constructed the new Instruments, transmen don't have that "extra" tissue to shape into a penis. It's hard to make something out of nothing. There are two main surgeries for bottom surgery for transmen. Hormones will lengthen the clitoris, somewhere in the range of 2-4 inches (if one is lucky) that behaves like a small penis, getting erections etc. One surgery metoidioplasy, creates a small penis of the lengthened clitoris, so that one can pee through it, usually silicone implants are put in to simulate testes. This surgery is less invasive than phalloplasty, which takes a flap of skin, usually from the forearm, or the side, an shapes it into a new phallus. It results in large issues of scarring. And the new phallus may be rejected. Orgasm or sensual feeling may be lost, and the phallus needs an implanted pump, or rod to become erect. Neither surgeries enable a transman to produce sperm, since science isn't advanced enough to give a transman internal reproductive organs. So for transmen, the options are a little bleak.

So poster try again. This one did not work.

still complaining. Get a life.
Family / Re: Why Are Wives Often Blamed For Their Husbands' Failures? by chikito1(f): 2:37pm On Oct 09, 2009
The man only listens to all the rubbish said by his family and allows for his wife to be ridiculed because he is too

ashamed to admit his wrong, shame and failure he managed to bring upon himself and family. I see ego "I am a

man" bullshit talk. However some men can only talk the talk and not walk the walk. Because when push come to

shove they shy away and leave it to their wives to sort out the whole mess.

Family / Re: Why Are The Nigerians In The Uk Stingy ? by chikito1(f): 3:27pm On Jun 19, 2009
@ Poster

They have come to appreciate the value of the word called Money. Mind you Pounds is not a devalued currency like naira.

Also you need to understand that nothing in the UK is free. You pay for any and everything. From lights to heating to fuel to council tax to insurance for both

the house and cars ?(if you have got more that one), water, Mortgage (House) and the BIG one Government Task which ranges from 20 to 40% of your income

depending on what bracket you fall. Having said all that you will love to shop for clothes, go on a fancy holiday, go out to eat out with friends in a fancy

restaurant etc. So tell me where does the word stingy come in when you have to pay and sort all this in your life. Every money left will be saved for future

purpose and that's even if any is left for some people. In Nigeria on the other hand NE-PA is not constant and you do not have to pay monthly cos the

generator is there. No council tax. No extensive mortgage for most people, no water bills, hardly go on holidays. The Government Tax is considerably very good.

So think again.
Events / Re: Wedding Planning Palaver. Pls Am I Wrong? by chikito1(f): 3:05pm On Jun 19, 2009
@ Poster. I think both of you from the beginning should have been involved in every tiny bits. From booking the hall to paying for the cake etc.

If possible you need to be physically there with your fiancee in getting things sorted out and paid for. Her coming back and requesting for money on a budget

is ludicrous. Sit her down and let her know that there is life after the wedding and you guys will need to survive after the big feast and party.
Religion / Re: Pst Chris Oyakhilome And T.b Joshua Are Secret Agent Of The Devil by chikito1(f): 12:28pm On Jun 15, 2009
Very interesting and sensitive post. All i can say is leave God to judge, but i mos def have my reservations about

the church. Cannot worship there. The most important thing is to seek your God with fear and trembling and ask

for you to be directed in the path of righteousness. Believe in God and not a mere mortal. End of Story.
Family / Re: My Husband And Family Don't Like Each Other by chikito1(f): 4:08pm On May 12, 2009
@Poster.

Your husband has no right to insult your parents. Sit him down and talk to him, ask him to put himself in

your shoes. What if you were the one insulting his parents how would he feel about that? Let him know

that your parents have been, are still and will continue to be a part of your life and they moulded you into

what  you are today. Let him how much better you will feel if he stopped insulting your parents. It has to

be a heart to heart talk. All the best.

Romance / Re: Why Heart Break Will Continue: by chikito1(f): 5:07pm On May 01, 2009
Poster i love the post, but let us be logical as long as guys continue to engage in acts like lying, dishonesty

etc. it will never stop. What happens to a lady that has been misled by some guy who come across as

responsible and has promised marriage and he leaps off leaving the girl to her fate. Now i am not talking

bout girls who prefer to sample d, ks and jump from one guy to another. All i am saying is that sometimes in

the bid of some women who are looking for love they become victims of the state in which they are found

Mind you during our mothers era some women were as wayward as now (cos i heard stories from my

parents) its just they it was practiced in secret unlike now that its all in your face.
Romance / Re: Pls Help I'm Dying Slowly. by chikito1(f): 4:45pm On May 01, 2009
Poster, I know this is very hard, especially a guy who ticks all your boxes.

But however way you see this you need to move on my dear. He has moved on, he is settling for his ex and

will begin to build his family. You need to do the same for yourself. Let me ask you a question: do you think

he is getting married to his ex for the sake of marriage or he still has some feelings for her? Which ever way

you want to see it, you need to move on. What if you were the wife and your man is hooked on another

woman? He used to be yours, but clearly he has given himself to someone else.

@ Akinagirl, Exactly.

Funny how people point fingers and see the speck of dust in fellow beings eye and they cannot see the

log of wood in theirs. Whatever happened to the word for FORGIVE. Hope you know you are not better

that her? We all are sinners simple, and we need his GRACE to see us through. Capish,

@Poster,

Since you have made up your mind, why come on NL for advise?

I hope you do not get yourslef into a situation where people will

have to judge you on your past actions. Then you will know exactly how

it feels and what it means to forgive and learn to deal with things.
Romance / Re: My Gf Told Me She Aborted In Her Last Relationship by chikito1(f): 3:34pm On May 01, 2009
It may be hard for you to deal with, but since she has come clean to tell you, i think that is spot on.

If you truly love her, you will have to deal with with bro. Tell me you do not have a past? Tell me if God does

not forgive you when you sin or do foul things? How much more the woman you claim to love. If you really

think she is all that as you have described, pray to God to help you deal with it and move on. All the best.

Family / Re: Should I Give My Second Cousin An Egg by chikito1(f): 12:04pm On May 01, 2009
Personally i will not do it, Regardless of being able to donate.

I want to believe that when the egg is put in her, her husband will fertilise it, yea?

So logically, the baby will have your genes and her husbands genes. This is gross.

I think, it's way too emotional, also there will be some sort of connection with the child.

Somebody was saying what if you were in their shoes, and that he has friends that have been trying for

child for years. Whatever happened to adopting? I know there is nothing like having the child from your

loins and all. But i think adopting may still bring blessings and all. I heard about a couple that did not

have children and they opted to adopt and years after they had theirs, how about that. I know its hard,

but why involve other people to make the whole thing more complex than it already is.
Family / Re: Will You Let Your Mother In-law Live With The Family? by chikito1(f): 11:47am On May 01, 2009
If she is indeed nice, no worries. But i must say that i am a very private person when it comes to my man and family. So its almost impossible to do things in the open when she is around. Most discussions will have to be in the room of when she is not there. embarassed

Serioulsy weigh your options. Do you really want to be stuck on him forever,

and can you stand and stomach all the bullshit he does? If your answer is No

i guess you know what to do. 5 months into your marriage is still very young.
