@Tunagee No matter how little , make sure you send monthly upkeep for your son to your wife via bank transfer for record purposes. Allow for 12 months from the time your wife left your home to see if she retraces her step. IF after October 2019 she is not back, then i don't think she is still interested in you. Never mention the ultimatum to her. Keep the hustle and improve your earnings. By 2020, hopefully things will have improve for you, start a new relationship, and request for a divorce.

He has equaled Rashidi Yekini's record. He did that last night after his goal.
how? Highest goal scorer in a nations cuphuh?

He scored 15 goals in 34 games. that definitely is not Yekini's record. Yekini scored way more goals for SEagles than that, and i am also aware yekini scored 6 goals in 94 nations cup to end up as highest goal scorer

I sense fear in this dunderhead. Why are you calling on Govt. to sanction Gani Adams, when just few days ago , some nonentities threatened the south because of suspended RUGA. I know Yorubas are slow to react, but it will be brutal when it gets to the point of no return...... The Fulanis are getting close to that threshold. The moment Yorubas are in one accord against Fulani;s masquerading as herdsmen in SW, but armed bandits, it is game over for all Fulani;s residing in the SW hinterlands.

Best Before and Expiry dates are two different things.

Best Before implies it is no longer as fresh or perfect after the specified date. Expiry date means it is no longer fit for use or consumption.

Do all persons working have it?
yes, employers make deductions for virtually everyone, and if you have worked for certain number of hours and there is a job loss , not because of voluntary resignation. Then such individual can apply for E.I

now you are beginning to play with figures my friend, i have plugged in the figures further, i have asked questions i have spoken to people who have been around for 15years . i spoke to a guy who is my instructor in school he works for the government i too thought buying a hose made good investment sense, he sat me now like a baby, we run the figures, and i said men.
I am replying you because others can learn. In my little time here i have seen that it is not just by how long you have been here , many people have been here for 20 yrs and have lots of self limiting beliefs. There is what is called a mortgage calculator, I would have thought you said you have run the values in a mortgage calculator and what i said is not true, but you said someone sat you down like a baby. Unfortunately, i run away from pessimistic people, in a shortwhile those set of people will start asking you how you are doing it.

When people loose their job , they have employment insurance for like a year, and it pays about 70% of their earnings.... I respect your opinion, and judging from your implied age above. I believe you are old enough to make rational decisions. Have a great day sir.

You can only pay off your mortgage in 5-7 years if your a doctor or engineer or have a household income of $200k plus assuming you bought a house/condo for 300-400k.
That is not exactly true. I will peg a household income to 60% of what you said $120k and a house of $300,000 can be paid in less than 7 yrs. There are several ways to take advantage of that. 1. Most mortgage allows you to pay 10%-15% of your principal annually 2. Pay weekly instead of monthly 3. Strive to get a 10% initial deposit 4. Strive to get a good interest rate from your bank

lets discuss the house issue, forget i said i am indebtedness its my personal matter and i aware of the conditions attached to my loans , let analyses things. lets look at the house issue.
Cost analysis monthly
hydro------------------$200
water------------------$300 depending on usage
maintenance...............say 5% of the total cost of the house
property taxes..........i think another 5% of the cost of the house. remember this is a yearly cost.
mortgage -------------$1500
insurance--------------huh?
the list goes on. i have counted the cost.
The first rule is cut your coat according to your size. $2,500 per month will cover all you have listed above. So what is the issue? An Avg person can earn $50,000 after tax in a year.

I started a Mortgage less than a year ago, and i intend to pay up within 5 -7 yrs. You don't pay interest on capital gains when you sell your principal residence. okay sir i rest my case. if you think it is then happy investment.
It actually is, like i said, we all need financial discipline to get most things done and take advantage of certain situations, else you miss out. I want to actually believe all of your messages on this thread had been done with good intent, it is your perception which you have a right to, however if you stay pessimistic , you risk a chance of not seeing what opportunities are available to you.

I saw somewhere where you said you have student loans of over $20,000 , if you are still a student , the loans never yield interest till you are out of school, so why not start saving if you have a small job and you can afford to save now. Most student loans have two portions , a part will start accruing interest a month after you are out of school, the other part will start accruing interest 6 months after school. The moment you are out of school pay up within a month that part that may yield interest a month after schooling. You have a chance to get a job courtesy of your newly acquired education, when you get one aim to pay the remainder before the 6 months mark if you miss that, you have as much to 10 yrs to make full payment, pay up as much as possible.

And how is it an investment sir? when you have to pay property taxes every year, you have to pay water and hydro, you have to maintain the damn house, plus when winter comes you pay more for hydro. when you sell the damn house government takes 50% as capital gain from ur so called profit ? so how is that an investment.
Every time you pay, your mortgage amount drops and your equity increases, if your mortgage terms allows for prepayment and increase in payment frequency, you can also take advantage of that to ensure you pay less interest and finish your payment in the most possible time . You dont pay 50% as capital gain if you are selling your principal or original residence. That will only apply if you are selling a home you are not living in.

And even buy a house thinking buying a house is an investment in Canada. but this ur analysis get as e be u know add child matter inside.
Buying a house is a form of investment, as you build what is called equity when you do that. i have not included child matter, as i have assumed that this is a Single with no children. A married or common-law partner family with a child(ren) means they can afford to earn more from both partners working and possibly earn monthly government child care benefits, which can go as high as 550 cad/child. excluding other provincial benefits.

You know how our naija people do smiley You have to think long-term-the average real estate price ranges from 300k-400k if you don't want to live in a ghetto neighbourhood that you can raise your children in. You need a household income of at $80k to be comfortable if you plan on acquiring a house or Condo. Ideally you want to have a household income of over 100k.
i have just shown how someone with about a minimum wage job working 40 hrs per week can earn 25k after tax per annum and save 500dollars montly. It can be done if smart..... With the savings (s)he can acquire certifications or lucky enough to get high paying job. No matter how much you earn ,without financial discipline , you can become broke.

Any one that earn less than $30k is living below the poverty line.
someone earning 30k will pay tax of roughly 3k/annum ..... (s)he has abt 25k left. Financial intelligence &discipline are quite important .

2,000 cad per month can still allow for savings for someone smart.

Housing + other home utilities ----1050cad
transportation------ transit (100cad) if transit , it could be about 50 cad with a subsidy based on income
feeding----- 200cad
Phone bills ---- 50 cad
other expenses ------ 100 cad.(toiletries, occassional clothes and shoes e.t.c)

Total is $1500 (1050 +100+200+50+100)
$2000-$1500 -= $500 possibly for savings

But an idiot earning that low will possibly spend foolishly and may acquire the latest BenZ wink grin and paying installmentally.

Tax rate is high in Canada this is only Federal Tax:
15% on the first $47,630 of taxable income, plus
20.5% on the next $47,629 of taxable income (on the portion of taxable income over 47,630 up to $95,259), plus
26% on the next $52,408 of taxable income (on the portion of taxable income over $95,259 up to $147,667), plus
29% on the next $62,704 of taxable income (on the portion of taxable income over 147,667 up to $210,371), plus
33% of taxable income over $210,371
And you also have to pay an additional Provincial Tax which brings it to between 30%-48% depending on your income.
You forgot to include Non refundable tax credits that reduces the tax to be paid. I think you are exaggerating the taxes. In some cases if your income is low, you end up not paying any taxes. Someone who earns like 12,000 /annum will most likely end up paying 0 taxes, and whatever taxes deducted will come back as a tax refund.

Can people give recommendations on how to sexually satisfy a circumcised woman? It seems that is the problem that the op's wife is encountering.

As long as the op's wife is not getting sexual satisfaction from sex, she will struggle to have sex most times...... The op might have to identify her other trigger points like boobs, hair, back of knee, neck e,tc

The brother did two things wrong, the wife committed at least two things wrong. The blood brother using the house without permission and posting it on Social media. The wife calling his brother in law out on social media, and the tone of word used "motherf****** shows her saucy personality.......
The wife did worst in my opinion. Lest we forget, her brother in law was put in place to act as housekeeper for the house. He has some level of privileges as a house keeper and blood brother to the owner. He might have overreach his privileges though.

Two wrongs don"t make a right. She actually acted as if the brother in law had put the house for sale.....African settings still requires a level of respect for in laws. Even if reverse was the case and Odion had a similar issue with his in law, there was no need to fix such on social media, let alone use such a vulgar word.

I beg to differ sir...

You don't know how badly students of nowadays perform.

I left secondary school about 10 years ago.... I remember comparing the exams (waec and jamb)students wrote in the 70s, 80s and then (2011). It was apparent that the difficulty of the exams has reduced over the years.
Difficulty is relative. Everyone likes to point to the "good old days", but on a deeper look in to the good old days, you begin to question the whereabout of the good in the old days. Good old days is overrated. Nostalgia has a bit of deceit and unrealistic perception in it. That questions are easier now is debatable and not as straightforward you are trying to put it. There was a time WAEC released candidates result some few years ago and the passrate (5 credits inclusive of Maths and English) was put at less than 40%, and a friend was quick to say this current students fail a lot and bla bla. i simply ask him if he knew the passrate in WAEC some 20-30 yrs ago. The stats shows that even with the dismal performance, the performance has continually improved over the years. The pass rate has improved greatly. It is not that the past generations were not intelligent, but the current ones have greater access to knowledge. Information is now at their finger tips. Federal Universities now churn out more First class students . In my first year at a Federal university, there were only 6 First class graduates in the whole school. Now you could have 100 first class graduates who are actually worthy. While i had access also to google and some other knowledge database in early 2000's. The quality of information in the database is not the same as now. If you simply type how to write a project proposal in a search engine like google, you will be overloaded with a plethora of information.

Give the credit to them, they deserve it. It will improve in the coming years

I was chating with a freasher the other day about the quality of the exams we write in Nigeria. The guy was like students of nowadays are smarter than those in the past.

I couldn't help but laugh
Make no mistake in deceiving yourself. I have been out of Secondary schjool at least 20 years, but i affirm that school children of nowadays are averagely smarter. The past glory is nostalgic.... The major advantage they now have which we never had is technology and easier access to information and knowledge acquisition.
