CanadaOrBust:Marital status change easily na. People dont divorce ,separate or die anymore . Is polygamy also outlawed in Nigeria?? Do we know if the earlier thread question by op was also for a pregnant " arrangee wife" as part of immigration scams by Nigerians ?? I am not stating he is genuine, but there is no sufficient evidence to also state his claim is not genuine. |
CanadaOrBust:did the op tell you his marital status history? If anything the 2017 thread if true only validates that he lives in US. |
CanadaOrBust:That is not proven yet. The op past post does not necessarily proves that this post is false. The story may be fabricated, but i bet there are real life situations like this story |
What do people do during courtship? Have mind blowing sex and tell one another sweet nothing ??If you will date someone, you don;t give them blind trust in the name of love, you assess them in several ways. You waited till you married her before noticing bad traits. Dating is like the internship and probation phase for a job applicant. Even your wife's family too appears stingy , who organises parlour wedding without at least drinks and refreshments, even if you did not drop a kobo?? Redflags everywhere, but what some people see during dating and courtship of a girl are the fine face, big boobs and ass, and after wedding, it is lamentation galore. |
Report him to your dad ASAP. Your Dad which i suppose is an elder at least in his 60's should have the appropriate wisdom to handle the situation and possibly call that fool to order. Your sister must not be informed , at the very least for now. She is currently in turmoil with the health of her child, and compounding her woes is not an option. It is quite shameful her so called husband is stupidly in lust and eager to satisfy his demonic cravings. I am afraid your sister married a man sexually worse than a dog/pig. ![]() |
anonimi:i wrote that the completion was in the news today and also added a link . Is that not enough for someone smart to decipher that it was just completed? |
TRUSTEDGUY:Lagos Ibadan rail way is a part of the Lagos-Kano railway project. Lagos with a population of over 20million and a coastal city with a port controls a large part of the economy. Lagos as a stand alone compared to other African countries is the fourth largest economy in Africa. |
TRUSTEDGUY:Improved trade and transportation has impact on economy. This rail line is been connected to the port in Apapa. It implies cargoes can be transported from the port, as such less traffic on vehicular roads, less heavy duty moving trucks that damages the roads faster. If you think slightly hard enough, you will realise the economic impact. |
Urchman200:This can't be true. Itakpe -Warri rail line has been completed. It is in the Nigerian news today. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2020/01/itakpe-warri-rail-line-ready-for-inauguration-says-amaechi/ |
No worries, as long as there is a consistent effort. I feel the Ministers consistent monitoring and evaluation of the project is helping to keep the project ongoing and not completely stalled. Monthly inspection simply means contractor is forced to show a difference in stage of work from the last state every 30days ! If April 2020 is not feasible, then a Dec. 2020 should not be a bad time to expect completion. The expansion of the project at Apapa and the ports is also commendable. If the Lagos-Ibadan railway is all you can deliver in 5 years, that is fine. I shudder at how much infrastructural projects Nigerian govts. and ministries create and none is seen to fruition decades after. |
“Until now, I have deliberately maintained a studied silence regarding Amotekun. Many have tried to goad my swift public reaction. Those who have taken this road did so not because they care about Amotekun or even the people it intends to help protect. They did so knowing this had become a delicate and emotional issue for many. These cynics did so with the adversarial hope that, in haste, I might misspeak or misstep in a manner they could twist to their political advantage. This statement from Tinubu is very true ! |
Why are they scared to their teeth? I knew the day Yorubas unite and decide and fight the murderous Fulani herdsmen scourge signifies their end of misbehavior in SW. |
I really don't have full details of the Imo state election, but the Supreme court is the final Arbiter. The supreme court gave PDP on a platter of gold Zamfara state after the 2019 election , an election APC won in a landslide. In Rivers state, it would have been a battle, but the supreme court denied all APC candidates from participating in 2019 election. The supreme court decisions are not necessarily partisan in my opinion. |
It has come to stay. The SW is pioneering a system, other parts of the South has been afraid to start. The day the SW region decides it wants out of the contraption Nigeria, it will become a major force impossible to stop. This goes beyond party affiliation, although 5 out of 6 Sw governors are APC governors, safety of lives, land and property are paramount. |
Swinger60:The best woman that went ahead to be entangled with a weed addict and domestic abuser is questionable. I have a lot of reservations about single mums or single dads, and it is not because they all bad people, but more often that not they are stupid or make big stupid decisions. Anyone who marries a very stupid partner is most likely stupid also. We all tend to make some stupid decisions in life, but if it pertains to marriage it may hurt you for life. |
Hmm, these losses can be quite depressing to read. I pray for recovery and fortitude to bear the loss for everyone who suffered loss. Life is ephemeral, and we must not forget that In retrospective of the outgoing decade 2010-2019 , at the start of decade, was the most trying period of my life, i really praise God for continuos recovery of my losses. |
The micro credit strategy is quite reasonable. I hope to see this man grow politically, and see if he keeps up the idea, i will like to know what he has done so far to his constituents since he is now a rep . member. |
Clowns, I am sensible to know that there are many idiiots criticizing the current government that will be 5 times worse if given a chance, in actual fact they are in the majority(over 90%). Only political neophytes are easily swayed when you hear hordes of criticism and easily believe when these comedians are in power they will do better. |
YorubaPikin:Wow, nice tips, the grandparents are in Nigeria, we are not in Nigeria. She ask all things in english by saying "what is this ?" , and at that point i typically get confused as to whether to provide the english or yoruba meaning? Now i know what to do. Thanks |
rusher14:I am syre their email address and phone numbers and bio-data will not be open to any tom ,dick and harry |
YorubaPikin:wao!, kudos to you and your spouse!, my toddler has just one word of Yoruba vocabulary compared to over 50 English words despite all my persistent effort speaking of Yoruba to her, i guess the daycare has a stronger influence over her . I feel defeated so far, and this video gives an inspiration. Four Languages !!!. Are your beautiful kids home schooling? |
I hope to achieve this and more with my kids too. |
What i see from this story is a case of a girl who had a relationship whose partner was not physically around, she got hornnny and hanged around you in the name of a "friend" and as all of such arrangement typically ends up if she hangs around enough, you were able to break the girl resistance to her hornny feelings by giving her what her body wants , but possibly not what her spirit wants, the girl seeing that the "no sex "resistance has been broken, felt there was nothing else to lose, when you stayed persistent after sex, she kept you to satisfy her future sexual cravings as a sideguy, and continued relationship with the abroad guy. The abroad guy is back , your status as a sideguy is being reinforced by her attitude and finally her confession. MOVE ON if you want an actual relationship, it is not worth it. She is possibly back now because the relationship with the abroad guy has packed up or possibly the guy is not around for now, and she feels afterall you have been "clearing the cobwebs" in the guy's absence before, you should still continue from where you stopped. |
yusman14:i am not sure of the breakdown of scores , but i think he scored 347, and there is no faculty of technology but Engineering in Unilag, i know this because i finished from that Faculty. Funny enough, he did not leave faculty of Engineering with a 5.0, in actual fact as at the time he was leaving, he was not the best at his level or dept, he was on 4.5 , or close to that CGPA . |
Justmemyself1:I know Bosun Adeoti, he defied all the odds and left Unilag after year one from the faculty of Engineering to the United states (MIT) |
Julius10:i doubt you could have scored 449 looking at your IELTS score and other profile info. 384 looks more probable. not scoring 8 in IELTS listening decreases your score by over 50 points. |
I can't really comment on WAEC questions , but i think JAMB questions have being watered down, however the kids nowadays are more intelligent /smart most importantly because of the impart of information technology. 20 years ago, there were few private secondary schools anywhere, and the most of the few private secondary schools were sub-standard, the reverse is gradually becoming the case. A lot of the private secondary schools are now intense and quite intentionally in training the students for external exams like JAMB /WAEC. The first time i wrote jamb, i think the overall best in Nigeria score was 286 , and i think there was another year it was 278..... In the year 2000, less than 8% of Jamb Applicants scored 200 and above. I do not think malpractices is higher now, i feel it was greater then, as exam questions used to leak some times a day before exam in the late 90's. If such kind of leakage was in this day of high internet pernetration and social media, the exam malpractices would have been widespread. In 1999, Jamb Registrar Mallam Salim had to introduce a joker exam question types to disappoint people who already had access to exam questions and solved objective answers. Biometrics and cancellation of special centres have further improved the exam organisation, however the bad guys are always scheming to outwit the exams, i learnt all candidates now need NIN from NIMC to sit for the exam. The access to lots of past questions/ answers can also not be understated in the impact on improved performance of applicants. Lastly, JAMB is forced to set lots of questions for the same subject due to the new computer based nature of the exams, in a way it waters down the uniformity and standard. However, more undergraduates now make first class in Nigerian Universities, and even top tier Federal Universities than it was some decades ago. The new kids are smarter is the overall verdict. |
@portune, i have seen your three posts on this thread, and i have used all of that to shape my opinion. Your wife used the word "ram" for your sexual encounter in one of your quotation of her, which leads me to suspect the sex with her is PAINFUL. Even if she is capable of loving sex, and her idea of sex with you is pain, she will increasingly lose the ability to manage the pain of the sexual encounter, and begins to avoid sex with you. you really have to ensure that is not the rootcause of the sexual behaviour of your wife. i will like to know your understanding of this part of your sexual life ?She has not behaved maturely as a wife should , especially for a lady married who has been married for 7 years. You appear to be catering relatively well for her material needs and home needs and she is not appreciative, so which leads to the question, what does she do for a living? is she a full time house wife? You will need a carrot and stick approach to manage your wife. I will refrain from commenting without getting answers to my questions above. |
Everyone wants to steal....... that is the summary of an average Nigerian. |
Very stupid thing to behold. Why is planning so difficult for an average Nigerian? You have a hall that can accomodate 100, why invite 1000 at the same time? |
eni4real:well when AS couples conceive, these are the probability AA, AS, AS, SS. what that implies is that the probability they will have AA is the same as they will have SS (25%), the probability they will have AS is higher than they eith SS or AA. Can you disprove with fact and not emotions? The common sense thing to now do is to try to improve the situation or probability since the couples are aware they are AS, the options are varied : 1. break up 2. medical science via CVS, Amniocentesis, PGD, e.t.c |
eni4real:Life has a whole lot of that, i am sorry to say . The chances that if you step out of your house everyday and come back alive is not 100%, in actual fact the chances are reduced in some geographical areas. Science and technology are there to help us think and get better output. We should not be too fixated and rigid in thinking. The probability that someone will clock 80yrs in Nigeria is not the same for another individual in UK. I am sure you know which one has a higher probability. It is not logical to try and belittle that fact by stating someone died young in UK and another lived long in Nigeria, hence the probability is false. |

for homeschooling. They speak only Finnish at the daycare. We have been consistent with the language and once they ask us smth in another language we correct them and say it in ours as many times as needed. In your case, I would advise in the beginning switching the language at home, so she knows that she can speak English at the daycare and Yoruba with you. Make it fun, sing in Yoruba etc. or send her for some time to the grandparents (if they speak Yoruba)
