Sir your comments are well noted. However the oil republic of Nigeria may end with the oil doom. Thereafter may be disintegrated units or a better founded nation in search of fresh and properly determined paths. In all may God help us.
Health / Re: Task Force Arrests People Without Face-Mask In Onitsha (Pics) by chinedu234(m): 2:10pm On Feb 16, 2021
What if the taskforce had agreed with the market unions on a two hour brake chat with their members on the need to wear facemasks and the responsibility of enforcement against defaulters. Wouldn't it have been a better approach compared to outright brutalization and chances of causing accidents and even deaths in the name of facemask enforcement. When will various governments in Nigeria realize that brain is beyond brute Force.

Dean of defence as eulogized by the mega commentator Ernest Okonkwo of blessed memory. Shofoluwe was a trusted name in the Green Eagles defence line alongside Sunday Egboigbe, and Bright Omokaro. That's was when the Green Eagles was a delight to watch. Beautiful play patterns and proper team coordination. Ahh. Yisa you will eternally live in our hearts. Rest in peace brother.

cry This thief will always find enticing tales to tell his sheep that will make them part away with their hard earned money so as to fund his flamboyant lifestyle.

Modified: grin grin See the amount of threats and foul words coming from so called Christians just because I told them the harsh truth they are ignorant to admit.
Even if he is a thief it may not be right for you to be the judge because the same pronouncement can be used against you.
Travel / How Not To Construct A Road by chinedu234(m): 2:59pm On Feb 07, 2021
A two kilometer road was constructed very recently by the Lagos State public works department in the Baruwa Candos community. The aim here is to enable governor Sanwolu ascertain if the job done was in line with his standards and directives. Ordinarily the community members are happy for the tarred road and also worried that the infrastructure may not last the taste of time. The road level is below the level of ground the houses are built on both sides. The drainage digging was too wide apparently to enable the constructors sell a lot of excavated red sand. The drainage was then left unfilled thereby leaving it to the mercy of the next raining season. This is what has bothered some residents and one of them described the job as a 'beautiful nonsense'. Please see the attached photos for careful perusal.

Politics / Re: Again, Lai Mohammed Berates CNN Over Lekki Toll Gate Shootings by chinedu234(m): 4:28pm On Feb 03, 2021
Mr Mohammed. Please note that the same CNN has been calling the only world super power The Divided states of America. What if AIT or any other news medium in Nigeria uses this title for your dear country, what would you have done? Probably used the NBC to shut them down and the dss to prosecute them for trying to demystify your dearly mystified economic and political contraption and hegemony. However I have since realised that stories of walking corpses are not to be taken seriously as they are ancient mythology that can not be substantiated.
Politics / Re: Buhari: We Borrow To Finance Budget Because Of Dwindling Revenues by chinedu234(m): 12:05pm On Jan 22, 2021
This is not only reckless but also wicked. A group of people that keep living stupendous lifestyles recklessly with common wealth of the people without spending a Kobo of even their jumbo salaries are calling for further extortion of their purposefully impoverished countrymen. Okay nah.
Literature / Re: Chimamanda Adichie: Igbo People Can’t Unite For Presidency Yet Talk About Biafra by chinedu234(m): 12:54pm On Jan 05, 2021
The people (Igbos) are still truly Republicans. No one is led by the nose the way Rams and goats are led. Even the accumulation of filthy wealth may not quarantee your influence over this people. Their agreements are majorly from critical assessment of presented facts and that is why they move like unstoppable trains upon their convictions. Whether this is good or bad is dependent on your perspective.

Weakness is a subjective term. In most cases your strength becomes a weakness at a certain point. The young lady needs to properly define what she means.

This sounds like a clarion call to all those Nigerians that think covid 19 is a scam. Let us all maintain the known protocols. Covid doesn't know whether you are hungry or angry. It doesn't respect your religion or tribe. It doesn't even care about your mentality and social status. The second wave is here and may be taking the people by surprise. Don't be in the statistics.

The poor rifraffs quickly mobilize and set ablaze one of their own without conscience and not passing through rule of law. Meanwhile those that have caused their poverty are busy scheming new methods of keeping these rifraffs in their perpetual poverty status. What a cursed set of people.

I remember reading some accounts of the Nigeria Biafra war when Ojukwu resorted to judicial trials of some 'erring officers'. That seemed to mark the beginning of the end for the mighty Republic of Biafra. Today Nigeria seems to be on this very familiar route in this war against a group was described as rag tag. Nigeria!!! Politics / Re: Soldiers Arrest Grace Abdu, VOA Journalist For Interviewing Resident Of Oyigbo by chinedu234(m): 2:59pm On Nov 29, 2020
SilverNorGold:
Ok, Sahara Reporters and its one-way journalism.. If you read this nonsense with an unbiased mind, the first thing you would notice is the gruesome murder of two principles of natural justice: nemo iudex in causa sua (Sahara Reporters, an enemy of the government and an interested party, being a vicar of journalism, would naturally make a biased report. So it's not supposed to be the 'judge' in the first place)... AND audi alteram partem (you'll notice that out of the thousands of words used to craft this report, not a single one was dedicated to the army to narrate its own side of the story...)

For these reasons, I hereby dismiss this report as FAKE NEWS, PROPAGANDA, and a FIGMENT OF THE IMAGINATION OF THE AUTHOR... I await the other side of the story.

God bless Nigeria.
Silver nor Gold appears to be the one going against the bias and prejudice being asserted against Sahara reporters. This is simply because the news medium reported an event and quoted amnesty international. The issues here are 1. Did the army arrest the VOA reporter? 2. Have the army been involved in house to house searches?3. Have there been human casualty since the army operations in the territory in question? These reports don't amount to judgement. Rather it is the opinion of silver nor Gold declaring the report fake news that forms a terribly jaundiced judgement.

Travel / Re: FG Orders Parked Trucks, Trailers On Lagos-ibadan Expressway To Vacate by chinedu234(m): 2:45pm On Nov 22, 2020
A complete analysis of the situation points back directly at the terribly expensive governance style to which the honourable minister belongs. Effective railways and decentralization of effective seaports. These will take most of these trucks off Lagos-Ibadan road. Lagos will be decongested even though with some depreciation of internal revenue but other cities can become better economically while attracting development and persons of required skills. Mr minister should go back to 2011 when the places of present complaint were mere bushes. This puts reality to the above posit.

The government of no direction and propaganda is just waking up to this reality. Nigerians should take their minds back to the mass transit schemes of past governments and look at the reasons for such schemes that was abandoned by the current Messiahs. However, whenever anyone wakes up becomes his or her morning. Good morning madam finance minister Zainab Ahmed.
