How about a particular country in the abroad where you can wear underpants in the beach and men pass you by like they saw nothing.

Most, if not all Nigerians are hypocritical in nature.

Even women are not left out. I remember going to the bank then for the freezing of acct. issue (I still don't get why they did that anyway)
