EgunMogaji:On the road, someone with a $600 bike could outrun you with metres ahead. Yes one bike cost more than the other, carbon fibre, disc brakes and all of that. But the thrill of every bicycle is how fast you can push it. In terms of power output, I am certain the $1500 wouldn't be so high from the $600bike or even $200 bike |
Emeka71:nicey. I told someone the other day, that's it takes more gut to ride on the road with a bicycle than it is to drive a car for the first time on the road. To me, cycling on the road where the moving cars are going fast can put huge fear in you as a beginner. But when you overcome this fear, driving a car wouldn't even scare you one bit. |
Tolexander:stop trying to twist things around. Training is education. In fact what do you understand by education? Education is about opening ones mind and not just filling their head - George Bush. You go to the university to be a Trained professional in medicine or Engineering or Law etc. This lad here is educated in the art of creating styles with a plain material. This is art in play You can call it an Informal education, but it's education regardless. Don't ever separate Training from Education. Training someone is You educating them on something. The problem with you guys is that you think Education starts and ends in the Higher Institution or that Speaking English makes you educated person. Footballers put in tons of hours of training to perfect their freekick skill, but yet someone who graduated would look at a Freekick specialist like Beckham and call him an Uneducated man, what a shame! Beckham or Juninho could write a 100page book to educate young lads how best to take a Freekick because both players are educated in the art of football.

victorDanladi:You no sabi music. Go and listen to your tungba tungba sounds., M.I overrated? Your ear dey pain u oga! True Rap sound is difficult for your brain to handle, the poetry metaphors. That's why u think M.I is overrated. I know u like the lyrics soft and easy to ya brain |
thesicilian:It takes time to construct bars that are top notch. Most of these rappers can't keep up with the singers by dropping Solid raps consistently with the singers, so they switch to singing. Olamide being the head, Phyno does lots of singing even Vector has joined. That's the only way to remain relevant and get shows coming in frequently. Its all about the paper to these guys How often does Jay or Eminem drop tracks? Guy no be beans to do meaning rap month after month o, u have got to think hard. Singing like all these artiste do is easy, they just flow with beat and have the producers do magic with their voice. E no easy to dey drop bars of high class the way M.I does. Plus he was in a feature with Phyno and Burna boy this year. Link Up That song should be nominated as best Rap song by Headies. abeg free Mr Incredible for us. |
Op that your neighbour no fine jare. If to say she fine like folakemigeh. You for don dey write epistles how your dreams have come true. Talk tru, the girl no follow |
thedondada:you are actually the dumb one. its because Nigeria doesn't enforce strict compliance with tax. Or don't you know that all lands in this country rest under the power of the state Governor where the land is located. You are nothing but a tenant even with your C/O. In saner climes, he could even be on his way to jail for dodging his property tax over these years |
So OP, You cannot see that your Uncle is an Onigbese. He has been dodging the Ground rent forming Mr landlord. Now his sins have caught up with him. He has owed the govt since 1999 but you couldn't read to see where that was written. Just jumped into conclusion like someone smoking grass. Continue blaming the Govt and not your uncle for dodging his own share of his responsibilities. Coming to Nl to make noise over your uncles irregularities. see him mouth

sonature1:phyno can never be a better rap than M.I. Plus Olamidr doesn't even rap anymore, he does more of singing. Rapping in your local language limits your reach to a wider network. English rappers will always stand the test of time. Plus M.I is always Good, Nothing like back in the days! |
thesicilian:Not when we still got Mr Incredible, the Most Indomitable. I am talking about that short black boi, Mr Impeccable, M.I #Chairman
|
Op don't mind all these people quoting Malachi 3 :10, telling you that what you did wasn't tithe. Trust me they are not informed. They don't even know that the Bible instructs tithe to be given to widows and orphans

gypsey:exactly. There are reports that linger online although allegedly saying that he died of a heart attack, I can't confirm how true that is. But like i said, his weight is one of his selling point in comedy movies, so maybe he decided to stick with it. |
gypsey:His obesity added to his comical play in nollywood. Because of his size, it was easy to laugh at any funny stuffs he did in a movie. So I guess it was his selling point, which has unfortunately led to his end. Look at Ricky Ross, as soon as the media got to know Rozay was tryna shed weight. News spread that if he gets lean he would lose that BoSS nature! And you know thats Rozays slang " Amma Boss" So he smartly didn't shed the whole fat, retained a little so the hiphop lovers can still feel that BOSS aura around him... Same thing goes for Bossman! and even lepacious Bose a comedian (until she decided to choose between making money/death)

You played online bet for just 4minths and you think that qualifies you a pro on the subject matter? See if you have played football bet for years, you will know how to control your urge. You can stay 6months without even thinking of betting. We all gamble in this life. when you participate in a gameshow by Mtn telling you to send a text worth 100naira to win an MTN goody bag. what's that? When you send text costing 100/SMS to participate in the Who wants to be a millionaire show what's that? Even in church, during bazaar. Raffle draws are sent out to members who buy this tickets to win motorcycle or generating sets on the day of the bazaar? what's that? Its all gamble man Gambling is done in church gambling is done in your home its done every frigging where. What you should preach about is addiction! Addiction to something is pretty bad and really messed up... switch your style up bruh!

very true. I think its a thing of nature for the women folks to act that way, its the reason they are attracted to bad boiz or someone who they perceive is dangerous, because they feel they can always change the person. So dating such person gives them the adventure and the thrill, so they feel like they have impacted in his life at the end. Why do you think Good guys are perceived boring? Its simply because they have no anomaly for the women folk to correct. Ever heard the sentence , Wise Women build their home? Its this sentence that they all abide by and try to build the man and kids to that Mr/Mrs perfect, which never always works. She is so on point like decimal.

Guitarlife:Prices of building materials will forever go up Nigeria pricing of goods is forward ever, backward never. If you can secure a piece of land, pls do. anything for diversification. Nigeria is coming out of recession gradually, soon money will start greasing every ones palms like it was during Gej era. Moreso we are approaching the election period, money will soon start exchanging hands, lol If you buy now to sell later, cool. The middle class are richer in a time of boom. The recession period is the best time to Buy lands because the bad state of the economy will make land sellers lower greatly their prices. All the same, don't forget tbills for its steady flow of income, except you have a better cashflow alternative! ps;: Average Price of land in naira per square meter in Lagos island areas
|
emmanuelewumi:I like where you said max 50m, well according to the Lagos state real estate report bt MCO coy. I follow their report few times on a quarterly basis. Its said that for residential building in Lagos Roi is between 5-8% Now if I am to go buy the yield Mr alikote quoted (2.5m annually) and going by the average yield in Lagos of 5-8%. I will say that property should be valued at 31.2m - 50m. No more No less. If I can still lay my hand on the PDF, I will post the data reports in lagos |
LionDeLeo:lool, abeg leave that Boi. na the lies wey I'm hear from Biafra radio na I'm dey talk so. He says oil from IMO and abia is servicing the country? lool That Boi need koboko for such ignorance. |
All of una. a crooks Foreign rice increased and boom Local rice followed suite. infact local rice is more expensive than foreign rice! If you ask them now, they will say its a spiral effect of the dollars, crooks everybody! If one thing goes up in Nigeria, every person would quickly raise his or her price of good citing one mumu excuse. and its not like they raise it by a fair amount, they raise it by over 100%. . Yet over govt will come online and say inflation rose 17% when we see things rising over 50% in the market Greedy peeps everywhere in naija

Basilekeh:Its not a force , same time its no longer a necessity. Whereas you have been taught that tithing is a necessity, No! Jesus left only one message about giving, Give freely without Grudges, freely not reluctantly nor under compulsion. However must tithers are under compulsion to pay tithe because of the guilt thoughts implanted bt preachers. If tithers used their tithe to better the lives of people around them, I.e showing love. Our nation would be a better place. Most tithers prefer to take the 10% to the church rather than give it to an individual. They believe it's that one taken to the church that God will see. Such ignorance! That's why USA is much better because often we see wealth of individuals given away to charity or neighbourhood all to better the american lives Inasmuch as engaging in Tithe is a practice that teaches you to give often. I would say Tithe is no longer applicable in a christian, We no longer live by the mosaic law, but by Grace. Tithing isnt Jesus commandments. Its a law drawn by Moses for the people of Israelites paid only to LEVITE priest. Just so you know GENTILES didn't Tithe, Only ISREALITES!!! Even if you were to pay tithe Are you am Israelites or a christian? Is your Pastor a levite priest? Did you know the principles of tithe in the old required you to Give even widows and orphans? Jesus came not to abolish the law but to FULFILL it. In him all the Price has been paid!

Even Pastor Chris oyakhilome in his rhoasody of realities said He often tells people that Growth isn't a Miracle. To achieve Growth , all you need is to apply the principles and it would work for you every time. That's why you find even people who don't know God still experience growth! The rain and the sun falls on everybody, Your fruitfulness comes from what you do with it. Its a verse that needs you to think deep

Ngokafor:You are actually the foolish one here. You quoted my comment and referred to me, as Mr O'level because you simply disagreed with me. Now you are trying to shift goal post by using a different word body-double. I don't know what that means but I am no kid to see through your comment that you believe that Buhari was cloned. Try to using the word body -double to shift goal post. Gerrarahia mehn!
