It's definately not a good idea. But most parents have their "favourite" child in quote which i think will encourage favourism amongst the others. Which also makes parents take-side against the other children in times of dispute. It's a bad thing and shouldn't be encouraged. All children despite facial appearance or physically challenged should be treated equally.

In as much as i can't die for Nigeria. I think there is alot more to be done by the state government. No doubt The policemen are federal properties but they render services at the state level. And With the trend in which Millions of Naira are given to slain boko boys families whom are terrorist. I don't see anything wrong if the state government gives each of the families 10M each. I believe that'll go a long way in covering some necessity of the family especially the children.

I still believe there are better ways to correct a child than flogging, and one of the ways is correction but if the student persist with such attitude then detention before suspension if necessary. either ways the teacher responsible from the death of this girl should not to left to go scott-free, she should serve a jail term which will act as a detriment to other teachers around the country to the mindful with the way and manner in which they discipline their students.

This is a culture(way of life) that has been passed from generations to generations and cannot be tempered with. Or is the senate president trying to say that you can't get jobs in other state, or you can't school in that state, or you can't marry from that state, or you can't build houses in that state, or you can't vote in that state. The only things i know you can be deprived of in other state is becoming the head of a community, the head of a monarch or becoming the governor of the state which i don't see a being bais. It is obvious that majority of people in governmental positions at the federal level are northerners. Is it the house of senate, the house of assembly, the house of representatives. Just Name it. An example is the chief of ALLU community who is an Ahlaji. What then happens when they finally scrapped state of origin. You find out that Northerners will occupy every sector of the Nigeria economy. Don't be suprised when a Northerner is the governor of abia, anambra, Kogi, Rivers, Edo, Lagos, Oyo, Delta, etc.. And when they are the heads of every parts of the country it will be easy for them to conquer the nation and turn it to an islamic state.
