The truth is the game was just like a 5yr old fighting/struggling with his 40yr old father who is actually making a phone call. You could see the GENUINE effort Arsenal was exerting in the game and Bayern never seemed to enter the 4th gear only occasionally going to the 3rd gear.

Arsenal is a disgrace!!! Arsene is even a bigger disgrace and the board are/is the biggest disgrace putting everything in to consideration.

The mediocrity in that club is of monumental proportions. One can't give what they don't have, those players from what I saw gave their best and were committed and motivated to win that game, but there best was absofuckingly not good enough. A player like wilshere will start questioning his the fact that if he can play his heart out and see that everyone is also committed but still can't make head way, then what's the use.

They need a miracle at the allianz.

I was comfy with their combo and energy, maybe if carrick played from the beginning then that would probably solve ur little doubt. They are the best in our midfield for now IMO carrick-cleverly-Ando. I am hoping Fergie plays that combo in the 2nd leg against RM. Rooney and VP and one of Welbeck, Nani or Hernandez upfront cos everyone seems to be coming into their strides at this crucial time of the season. And the game is at OT.

Cech in my view is the best keeper in the EPL. Cesar has saved QPR from dropping all three points on a number of occassions.

Well we all know Rooney is a fantastic player to have in our team as has been shown over the years, but as a human he would have some stinkers and should/would be bashed for those as other players get bashed. The problem sometimes we take the bashing too far and a player of Rooneys stature is guaranteed to give a sterling performance over the course of a season albeit have patches of stinkers. So yes we can bash him for some perfomances but we know he is a great/effective player overall.

I don't know who else you want in that midfield if not cleverly, atleast for his mobility. Don't understand why you would get pissed at cleverly. He is fast becoming a regular and I very much appreciate his game.

Don't know what formation Fergie wants to play against Madrid but I would like to see Carrick, Cleverly and Anderson on the field, Nani Rooney and Van Persie. The CB might be tricky but Evra and rafael at fullback and ?CB. That position get as e b for us.

Ba was more of a threat in the 10mins he was on the field compared to Torress who spent 80mins. Its obvious if Ba had had about 20-edmins he would have atleast scored a goal.

In 10mins Ba makes about 3 attempts and puts the ball in the net, but was off. In 80min torres was on the field one would not even know.
