My argument is clear and you might have problem in understanding it because it tears across different segments and sections. Irrespective of the legitimate reason for anyone to travel, the ultimate premonition is to eventually perpetuate oneself in another man's country. While my argument has been that the desire of leaving Nigeria might not be ultimate solution to most of the people who have ventured into trying to go to these countries, it also centered on the sense of patriotism: plan to make Nigeria better so that we do not have to go to others people's countries for greener pasture.

Look Mr. man I don't have any problem in understanding you, i am sure you are not typing French neither do you type in Spanish, what am a little bit confuse of is where you are driving this argument of yours to. Now i can see that all you do is to type comprehension passages to convey a single message which is all about preaching the gospel of patriotism. Look all these argument will not earn you anything because only you cannot right the wrong of this nation. If i may ask, what have you done personally to help Nigerians or do you think it's all about coming here and preach the gospel of deterrence to reasonable Nigerians with genuine reasons for travelling abroad? Many pple with vision have done better than you have ever imagine in the time past but they ended up with nothing all because they believe it's all about preaching. If you have what it takes to make Nigeria a better place where pple will find solace in this country then you don't need much work or argument on NL, all you need is to put your mind-set into action. Most of the time, action speaks better than ordinary words. Advising pple to stay back in Nigeria is not the first step to make Nigeria a better place. Reformation has to start from you before you seek reformation in others. Most of you will only come here and vomiting one policy of "mission impossible" while most of your relatives, family members, children are schooling and doing fine abroad including 98% of politicians and influential Nigerians who preach the gospel of reformation with ordinary mouth.

Once again, argument will earn you nothing and you will stand being frustrated because only a fool will buy your idea/foreign policy of deterrence to travelling all because you want to make Nigeria a better place. Better still you can achieve your aims if Jonathan can appoint you as the Federal Minister of Aviation or you try to seek employment in the aviation industry to implement your policy of deterrence but to be frank and sincere with you, it will not work because you cannot decide for the whole nation and travelling is not among the first 20 major problems of Nigeria, take it or leave. There is one thing i don't understand about you as regard the motive of this your thread here on NL?

Did you create this thread to generate reasons why Nigerians decide to travel abroad?
Did you create this thread for argument purpose?
Did you create this thread to discourage reasonable Nigerians from traveling abroad?
Did you create this thread to prove how intelligent you are or superiority over other NLDers?

One thing you have to understand is this, life is a matter of choice and everybody lives their lives the best way that will favour their destinies. No matter how you try even if you use the whole of NL to type, encourage and warn pple, it won’t make pple to change their mind. For you to have travelled far and wide b4 coming to a conclusion that Nigeria youths need to stay back and do something for the betterment of Nigeria is a matter of choice. So to some extent you can’t dictate the type of life others have to live. At the same time if you are encouraging other Nigerians in the Diaspora to come home and invest is still a matter of choice, those who will come will definitely come and those that will not come will definitely prefer to die abroad. Let your thread has a focus instead of staging argument with different pple. Personally, i don’t know the purpose of this thread because it's still not clear to me and i don't want to response to posts in ambiguity. In short, I will appreciate if you can make yourself clear in brief instead of these comprehension passages.

Thank you for bring this but on a most sincere note i don't like to discourage reasonable Nigerian with reasonable intention for travelling abroad. Many travel for diverse purpose known to them which can include the following:

Education
Many young Nigerians today prefer to travel abroad to study and i will be sincere with you that you can't compare the standard or education abroad with the present crawling system of Nigerian education battered with incessant strike action, presently, NUC is planning for another strike action and i believe you know what that means for a student with four years degree course to spend 6 to 7 years in school off and on not to talk about medical or law students with 5 to 7 years degree who might probably spend up to 10years in school all in the name of getting certificate. Even today many pple including politicians prefer to send their children abroad to study while many parents too travel abroad to acquire more professional certification.

Security Reason
Nigeria these days is not safe for anybody no matter who you are despite the fact that there are no earthquake history, no hurricane, no volcano, no Heat stroke, no Cold winter as you have mentioned earlier but the absence of all these does not make Nigeria a safe place to live. Don't forget that The Eastern part is full of kidnappers, rampant bombing in the North, robbery and other deadly related crime in the south-west. Few weeks ago over hundred lost their lives in Ibadan flood and that of Lagos, Many Nigerians and foreigners who find solace in places like Abuja, Jos, Bauchi and other Northern parts are now evacuating due to the rampant bomber in most of these places. The only place that is currently not experience thing like this is Lagos and only pple with lion heart can live and survive in Lagos. So with this, would you advice anybody with good education background, mental skills and financial capabilities to wait and die in Nigeria when he can make it out side there because our leaders are not helping situation and things are getting worst every day. On the other hands many stories of bombing and kidnapping have prevented many influential Nigerians and foreign investing from coming to Nigeria to invest.

Unemployment
This is another reason why many Nigerian will prefer to travel abroad. Sincerely i must emphasize on this, though large numbers of Nigerian youths are unemployed and this is heartbroken because Nigerian Govt is not helping the matter. All we here every day is creation of ministries to help unemployment but later you find out that only ministers, governors, senators families and relatives are beneficiaries with top position and heavy salary. At the same time, I don't think many Nigerians with no professional skills should consider migrating because of this, knowing fully well that it's somehow hard to get a good job abroad. To me only fools and greedy Nigerians with good job here will ever think of migrating to another man's land in search of greener pasture. Sometime, laziness, show off, desire to get rich quick are the major problems of Nigerian youths of today. I wonder how a man in his tender age will waste 500k and above all in the name of "I want to travel out" on visas when someone with good brain full of good thought will make it with that 500k doing business by investing in corporate and personally business that will bring in money, i mean real money every month.

Lack of social amenities
This is another area why many people will prefer to travel abroad. Nigeria is a replica of hell when it comes to this area. No good and access road network, electricity is still in the grave despite privatisation during Obasanjo's regime, no hygienic water, all we have around is bole-wholes, sachet water commonly known as pure water. Everyday i close from my work and ready to go home, i am always troubled because of what? 3 to 5 hours traffic to drive home. At home, oh boy! see noise coming from generators including my own and the ones from neighbours even at my office it's a tug of war for heavy generators and carbon coming from these generating machines na die. Notwithstanding, i don't think a reasonable Nigerian at least with job should consider migrating because despite the non-availabilities of these social amenities, someone with good job in naija will still make it big time because there is nothing like bill here and that is why we have pple having many houses, cars, companies etc Pple with good job in naija only travel to enjoy and have fun.

Ignorance and lack of standard medical care is another area where Nigerian Govt needs to work on. For instance nobody can go out to buy drug anyhow in developed countries but here you see people using drug for headache to treat malaria, cholera, fever etc Stores everywhere with fake and expired drugs. For your information, now we have aboki doctors who hawk drugs in the streets while some display and sell along the street and the govt is not doing anything about it.

As for me, i don't discourage pple with good intention to travel abroad, i will only encourage you to get right documents for your visas through right channels and have a proper plan for your journey, don't over stay and don't engage in crime. If you don't have any good intention, pls stay back in naija and enjoy yourself.

To all desperate Canada visa seekers; there has been another newly established group of company named[b] “Online Dynamic Limited”[/b] who promise to obtain Canadian visas for gullible Nigerians (Category of visas not ascertain, website not exist) For sometimes now, there has been rampant broadcasting of Online dynamic Limited on one of the Nigerian Radio Stations named “103.5 Choice FM and this has been a medium through which many of these scammers gain access to the hearts and lives of the general gullible Nigerians. For now their identity remain unknown but according to the advert, there head-quarter is at Ibadan and they also have a branch at GRA Ikeja, Lagos. I will appreciate anyone with more info as regards this company to please share it here before thousands will fall for this scam again. My only fear now is for residents of Oyo state who are not member of this forum and who knows nothing about the current CS National disaster in Lagos.

Personally, I have started a research on this company and more info will be shared here as research progresses.

@All Applicants who participated in this Crystal Service Programmed just concluded as a fraudulent one. I sympathise with you and want you to know that all hope is not lost. 70k or whatever might be all you have spent,  believing God when you applied for CS and was considered scammed. But I want to assure you that, God whom you trusted in, has not let you down. He is the father of all. I am not saying this CS program is a scam or fraudulent, but from the way things has been going, is enough for one to think otherwise, which I would really not blame you all for. I am ready and willing to give out a helping hand in anyway I could to all the applicants at the CS program from Nairaland. Many people here who even call others i.d.i.o.t or f.o.o.l.s, might also be an applicant too, but out of pride and an ordinary forum show off, wherein suppose to be a learning platform for all Nigerians out there. Would not act like they have applied too, that not important.

I want you all who are willing to travel to Canada and have genuine reason, and has no criminal activities in your heart, should please leave his or email on the forum. I would send a collective email to everyone who applied here, there is still hope, this is not the end of the world. If you can't get your pp back. Is not really a problem, with small amount of money, you can re-apply and get it again. But if you are patient enough, you can wait and get your passport back with no trouble at all, especially if you got visas on it already. I may not say the right words everyone needs to be told or hear at this time where everwhere is tense up. But I have good news for you, the good news is, all hope is not lost. Forget those who calls you all sort of name here, talk is cheap, anyone can talk. Ignore them and move forward. The best approach to problems, is not to run away from it, is to face it, stand it, solve it and move greater.

Experience is something that can't be bought, but can only be achieved like this. Now, if you still have hope to leave Nigeria, and you applied for Crystal Services, please leave your email on this forum or create a new email if you can't leave your personal email online here, for security reasons. Yesterday, i was there at CS office. On getting there i met a huge number of applicants praying seriously and were lead by the scammers themselves. One was praying they should walk to Canada and a guy got angry and say 'NO BODY WILL WALK THERE, WE WILL ALL BOARD PLANE'. When i asked a guy what his hope was, he said " O BOY DO YOU KNOW THOSE PEOPLE ARE WAITING FOR US THERE"? Then i asked where? He said CANADA NA! I laughed and when i laughed he got so angry and he will take his leave for i give him hypertension. Some applicants still have 100% hope in the evil CS program. FRED is not in Nigeria and will not come untill everything is settle for him to use applicants money to start a new business. Might you they will all die miserably! Mark my words.

This is funny but i am not surprise. Praying in front of CS office will not amount to something. It's just like pple converge to pray for a dead man resuscitation who was crutched to death by a truck! I believe in God because He's my fortress and refuge, He said in the book of Isaiah that "He will make a way for his pple in the wilderness and make water to spring forth in the desert" which means there is nothing He cannot do. The same Bible also admonishes Christians to search for the truth and hold on to it. The truth is not in CS neither in his numerous applicants. Praying from now till tomorrow will not take 8000 applicants to Canada, accept or leave it. For those who are in need of their PP, it's high time you woke from your slumbers, get your PP back, continue with your life and forget ever be part of CS. The earlier the better for you.

It's a pity that things like these are happening in Nigeria which is not a surprise anyway. At the same time i felt the pains of all CS applicants though many are not meant to be pitied, notwithstanding i still sympathise with you all. I will give you all one advice, take it or leave it collinsfbi will always air his view no matter what on NL. If you believe that somebody will come out and fight for you then you all getting it wrong. Many security bodies will actually come out in defence for applicants as earlier mentioned in different posts but believe me when it comes to scam Nigerians will always have their ways within Nigeria as long as we are all Nigerians. If you don't know, today i will tell you that 80% of Nigerians within are corrupt quote me wrong i don't care. We are born into corruption, grown up in corruption and that is why many are living with corrupt minds and mentality and Nigeria as a whole is getting worst everyday. First and foremost I will advise as many as possible applicants on this thread to confirm if CS office is still open for business it has always been? Pick a date and converge at CS office in peaceful demonstration bringing to lime light your reasons for the demonstration and demand to know where is MR Fred? Either available or not, demand to have your PP at their disposal.  Pls note: I don't advise pple to go ahead and destroy properties, all i advised is a peaceful demonstration and there is a way applicants can go about that, converge, sing, put up placard with different inscriptions. This will force the attention of the general public including the press to your aid. If you can put up something like this, i am sure even if Mr. Fred doesn't show up, many who are in need of their PP will get it back by force if you can do this for 2days. Somehow my advice might sounds crazy but that is simply the truth. For how long will you continue to wait for rumours on this thread, text message from CS or waiting for miracle to happen while you all sit back helplessly.

Unbefreakingable! I cannot believe that this scam continues. It is very intricately woven. There are posters here that are part of the scam. It is so easy to see through it all. Is there no more CID in this country. Even i can easily get to the bottom of this and arrest every single person involved. OMG!

I read at the start of the thread and can appreciate the journey for a poster like Cipriani. It is unfortunate that the society has turned people that should know better into " zombies".

This has gone on long enough, none of the authorities seem to care!

Believe it or leave it, there is no successful scam in Naija without the involvement of some Federal security bodies, financial institutions and the so called Nigerian politicians at any level. YY guys have DPOs, ASPs CPCs Bank managers as their God fathers so i am not surprise seeing pple mentioning names. I want you all to quote me, many applicants will never get a refund and will never see their passport again. Another way for CS agents to cover their same now is that Visas are already on their PP and applicants should make available 1.5million for collection and I am sure nobody will be willing to pay that, therefore to get your PP back will be a great prob.

@all applicant, pls be sincere with urselves and answer this question;
Is 1.5million fee for visa collection a part of the initial agreement with CS? If yes then you all on your own and if not then only a fool applicant will run around to pay CS 1.5m again for visa collection. Many applicants are indeed hypnotised. I pity most of you guys

I am just trying to tell this Justwise to be careful with the way he insults people, I followed your post for a while and I see the way you respond to the scammers or fraudsters on here. I am not a Pastor, I am just saying that, the spiritual controls the physical. You see, this programme or whatsoever they are doing like you said might be real or fake or something. But all the applicants have now is just assumptions, no real fact, no real proof that the program is real. I remember some months back, AUSTRALIA GOVT offered some kind of relative program to the GOVT OF MALAYSIA to bring in about 5000+ or less Refuge into Australia. Who said Canadians don't want their economy to grow? Africans might be labelled all sort of names, but every white man knows that, if you want your economy to boost up, you need the black man's hand. We possess great potentials than most people in the western world today. I don't know what the program is all about or the reason they are doing such program. But onething I am sure of is that, because Mr.A is incapable of Manufacturing PRODUCT ZZZZ, doesn't mean that Mr.B can't do it. Don;t be surprises that there are people who has direct connections to most of this western govt officials or whatsover that are not even in politics in Nigeria. If someone like Dangote or Adenuga wants to send like 1000 people out for training, there is a way he can lias with the govt of that country for his request to be granted without contacting the embassy of that country in Nigeria here. Oyibo, needs what you can give to them, what you can contribute to them, not what they can give to you. The Britians are practical examples.

I am not having any personal quandary and strife against Justwise and those unreasonable poster. From the Page 29 to 30, there was this two people that their post explained most of all the things I think the applicants needs to hear or read at this time. Talking about this guys, CanImServ and one other guy here. But Justwise is still insisting that the program is fraud, in the first place, did he not start discrediting this program when over 6000+ people went to buy their form. Well, I don't have much to say on here , all i know is Crystal have really disappointed many of us, but they keep giving people high hopes,  i wouldn't have been in this mess if not for the trust i had in my Agent , i went to his house this morning with serious anger , after several calls , he made me to understand that CS is real , but they are having problems with their logistics. To everyone in the house , I Apologize for some previous comment i have made ,  especially to justwise, but the fact remains that, This CS scam is STRANGE, my agent made me to understand that the Visas are READY. ,  if you are one of the Applicant what will you do ?

what do you expect from dubious agent, i only pity you because your agent is taking your hope to a climax and the reverse which is (anti-climax) may cause you a great deal of havoc emotionally. Instead of you to look for a way of getting back your PP, you still welcome lies from the stinky mouth of one stupid CS agent. Sincerely, i don't pity most of you guys (CS applicants) because many of you will never learn even till Jesus will come.

For those raising accusing fingers on GTBank, Please note that GTBank never partook in CS dubious act, some agents of the said CS only asked most applicants to pay into their GTbank account in order to make the scamming process official. In one way or the other, if perhaps any agent had brainwashed most applicants abt $1000 BTA from GTBank, i am sorry it was still part of the scamming process.

It's a pity for almost 8,000 applicants of CS today as the long awaiting hopes and dreams are gradually getting shattered. I took my time today to drive down to the National Theatre, hmmmmmmmm!

Nobody from CS to address the applicants, no text msg, nothing nothing. Hmmmmmmm, i am dumbfounded, honestly i don't know what to say??
