Whenever i see post like this, i am always mad at some innocent fools like you because despite ur years in school you still don't know different devices used in fraud. So tell me, is radio jingle all together with news paper advertisement your own reasons for authenticity? For your information 95% of Radio Co-operations and News papers in Nigeria were established and operated privately with major aim of profit maximization and they make their profit in most case through advertisement. They are not concern whether your advertisement is genuine or not, all they are after is to make profit in order to maintain their organization and pay their staff members. so, get that clear and upgrade brain.

Hello everyone,

After I made my last post, I contacted my "team mate" for the appointment I had made to come to Bariga. It turned out that one the military officers at the Apapa office who had been volunteered by the dept., to visit with us has been trying to reach me with new information about this immigration initiatives. First I tried to make a post from this same forum and I was prevented by a certain spy-bot program.
I also feel - after this incidence - that it is better to allow individuals make their personal contacts with CS! There are a few legal issues involved in client agent relationships and that is why any reasonable security authority bids its time to sweep on fraudulent ventures. I don't know why I was blocked out on this forum since I see that all sort of comments have been passed here. Anyway, for avoidance of any doubt, I was actually at CS office long before midday. Some interesting adjustment were made to how we will go about this investigation. However, I did not find enough people who I could identify with on this issue. If you were a the venue and you noticed an ash-colored Everest Ford jeep with a Lebanese driver-this happening at about 11:43am for about 7 mins.- then you may probably understand I was around the office.
It also appears from the conversations I garnered from some of the applicants who know about this forum, that they ignored it because they found that the contributors appear disconnected from the people who are about to be benefited or to be scammed.
However all our other plans are intact and we hope that all will end well. But this is no doubt a big story with many Canadian Visa facilitation agencies. We'll keep you posted and we hope no one will be scammed or that necessary recoveries will occur fast enough on both sides.

I don't build my faith towards evil and fraud because success can never come out evil without leave innocent in the pool of tears. I only pray that most pple benefit. I don't trust Nigerians when it comes to the issue like this, everybody knows the situation of this country but that should not force some unscrupulous elements into evil and fraud. Imagine CS still selling application forms to some MUMUs when thousands of applicants' fates are irresolute and uncertain. Like i said earlier, i just pray most pple benefit.

One of the CS staff name withheld told us in one on one interview that not all applicants will see manitoba. When speaking further he/she said the chairman has not called for meeting that usually leads to postponement. Adding that indications on ground shows that there may be blood birth on sunday.

My comments were directed to Cipriani and I have said my own. If you want to fight with someone, let it be with regards to the issues you raised, not my comments, otherwise you're boxing shadows.

I can see you have notin reasonable to contribute rather than to create confusion. Is the use of “Evidence” as used in the above context be considered as HOMONYM? Why are you trying to twist my word to fight me? Why should I file a case against Crystal Service when i am not one of his applicants? The only thing i can do is to speak the truth and reveal the evil behind their program. Even if Crystal Service successfully secured visas for the 20 applicants as claimed by his adherents, does that make them a good agent because i will be the first to ask what has happened to other thousand applicants. Why can you pple reason for crying out loud? All what most of you come here to do is to look for someone to trade words with, instead of trying as much as possible to save pple from falling victim of dubious agent like Crystal Service. If you don’t know then let me tell you, Crystal Service is still selling applicant forms after they have once announced the closure of their application. Firstly, I want accept your fact about people parading themselves as Crystal Services agents. Its unfortunate that whenever people come with a program, even if originators have either negative or positive intentions, some scrupulous elements would always want to take advantage of it. That is the case of Mr Chukwu being referred to in this case. He saw the opportunity and grabbed it. The problem is that a lot of people in this country don't take time to verify anything before venturing into it. From my source, I got to know that Crystal Services never employed the service of any agent. I was told that those who patronized agents did that at their own risk. They said the doors of their office were opened to the public to come in, verify and apply in person. Some people are always in a haste to get things done and therefore fell victim to the hands of con men like Mr Chukwu.

Secondly, the text message issue I was told by my source was in two categories. Some could not receive the text messages because of network problems and those who came to complain and were verified to have truly applied had their text message issue resolved. Now, the second part was what exposed activities of agent like Mr Chukwu as I was told. Some applicants that went through shammers posing as agents did not have their application submitted for further processing and therefore could not receive the text messages being sent to other applicants. I was told by my source that the shammers actually made copies of the application form and sold it to whoever was too lazy to get to their office to verify what is being done.

As per the medical report issue, I will leave that to you to come up with your facts after you must have carried out your own investigation.

Lastly, I will say that you asking me for visa evidence is so childish of you. I hope you did not just finish your secondary education. Did I tell you I have a visa with me? Please, an average human as I have heard make use of 5% of their brain, but right now, you are using way less than that, probably 3%.

I speak not from my perspective, but from that of people like Collinsfbi who feel they have a case. If there's information that is general knowledge, then fine, I have no problem sharing that. If it is something dubious and conclusive with hard evidence, as far as I'm concerned take it to the necessary authorities. I'm not one of those people who are talk and no action.

There is not point of being fast abt anytin because the deed has been done. Whatever Crystal Service comes out with is final. I am not interested in reporting or placing arrest on anybody because i know law does not work in Nigeria. Have you ever heard of a case whereby someone will be locked up in police custody and before the accuser gets home the person will call and say "Bro, I just want to tell you that we hv settled it and am home now". Even EFCC is not given independent autonomy to operate successful in Nigeria so what will someone like me do? Talk is cheap, typing junks is easy so quit all that and get serious. Nobody is asking if you have hundred or a million contact, what we desire of anyone who wants to put up a good fight is too present the evidence they have gotten. Have ever seen a case that is been filed at a court and the lawyer will tell the jury or the judge that getting evidence is not a problem but he just wants to start the case first? Get the evidences you need, compile them and present them here and also to relevant agencies.

It will do many applicants good if you can reveal what you know about this Crystal Services programme so applicants can take appropriate action on time.

If i did come here early to tell pple that Crystal Service is a scam, pple will curse my father and am sure i will get more insults than what justwise got so far on this thread. I wasn't afraid of insults neither do i afraid of saying the truth but i was only looking for evidence and now i have more than enough and my evidences are eye witness who will stand in the law court if possible to testify against the so called Crystal Service. I have hundreds of contact of crystal victims so providing evidence is not a problem. Crystal has many representative, some pay 70k for medical while some pay 50k plus, some pat to a GTB acct no belonging to one MR chukwu Alex for application while others pay thru other agents. Whatever maybe the case, i don't pity crystal victims because they are the cause of their misfortune. Gullible applicants were deceived by sweet tongue and text msgs.

Actually there isnt much to talk about as concerns experience, like i said earlier i'd already applied and was trying to kind of shore up my chances and your pal helped me out big time with the application in one of the schools over there and his info have been very very handy.

I'm sure i can help out if there are specific questions concerning things i'm informed about but certain things are simply beyond my scope.

I have many relative and friends who applied for this programme and even i myself, i almost applied. i want to regret why i did not apply! Now things are very confusing with all this critics from many users, this makes my friends so sad about this and i shared their pains with too so am very much concerned about this programme. Am praying its works.

Ever since ogbuduyeke started this thread i have never for once come out to say anything as regards activities of Crystal Services with the so called Ghana based tracel agency "ACS TRAVEL AND TRENDS" but i have my reasons. I only come here to read and have fun meanwhile I was only waiting for the right time to come so that i can at least contribute my quota. Whenever i come here i see diff new IDs and existing users battling with one thing or the other. Hmmmmmm, can't wait till 11th and 12th sept 2011 before i explode because Crystal Service has arranged a conglomeration meeting for their applicants @ d national theatre on the 11th and announced 12th sept as departure date (source Chukwu Alex, Crystal Service representative, phone contact withheld). Let's see what will happen while i hold my peace.

Note:
*Some pple said Crystal Service promises each applicant certain amount as BTA but from my findings i don't think there is something of such. It was gathered that each applicant will pay back the sum of $3,500 United State Dollars by the time they start working. This is to cover the cost for visa processing, Flight ticket, Hotel reservation in Canada, and some other logistic spending. Hmmm hmmm hmmmm, still waiting to see the volume of the beneficiaries

*Thousands of pple applied, though application fee is not much couple with medical, Health Insurance documents which clients paid for as some pple assumed. Let's see if some pple are right with the saying that "Crystal Service robbed peter to pay paul" all together with the issue of fake medical reports.

For as far as I am concerned it is inappropriate for this kind of request; going to any length just to procure a visa, your ethics and reasoning should have rang before you replied.

How can you just come here with info like this and you expect pple to bliv you even if your phone no and office address are obviously stated in your post. NL is an open public forum and every assistance given to pple is expected to be made open here. Open phone no and office address cannot only justify ur sincerity and honesty, you can only do that by stating openly how you intend to go about the above post. I understand your plight toward negative comments on threads but b4 you stage a defense of somebody on NL, you must be extra careful be sure of him or her. I don't support pple and comments on NL but only ditch out comments on thread that needs what i know and castigate pple who intend to defraud others. I don't know maybe you have personal hatred toward justwise or some of his previous comments but if you take a critical look at the post initially you too should be able to question the poster beyond reasonable doubt b4 you stage your defense.

I detest it so much when people say i'm lying while I'm not. I got that link since last year when I was hoping to hear from UI. In June, I got their message after writing their internl. Officer who attached a rejection letter to me. In the letter, I was told that based on their small class size, they couldn't admit me despite the fact that I applied for a master program.

Okkkkkayyyyy, i think most pple get similar denial but as for me up till today my online status remain d same "In Process" even if they eventually admit me, am no longer interested and i can re-apply again because i hv got an offer somewhere already. Nevertheless, i think i got some info to share with pple who maybe interested in UI. As for Iceland Visas, 100% sure Norwagian Embassy in Abuja handles that.
