Peter Obi told Nigerians that he won the election and he will prove it with evidence in court. The court case is about to end and we’ve not seen a single evidence of how Peter Obi won the election conducted on February 25th 2023. He couldn’t even present to the court in his final address how he won the election. So, what’s the lie about retrieving a stolen mandate all about when he never won the election?

Obi’s petition has now been reduced to calling for the disqualification of the actual winner and then conducting another election between him and Atiku to determine the actual winner. He has completely abandoned any claim to victory.

Sadly for him, Tinubu will not be disqualified on any ground as there is absolutely no reason to disqualify him. The so called forfeiture is in relation to a civil matter that has no criminal conviction. The US government clearly stated in a letter tendered in court that Tinubu was never convicted and that’s the legal position of the forfeiture.

So, even in the unlikely event of the court ordering a second ballot on the basis of 25% in FCT, it will still be between Tinubu and Atiku. Of course, this will not happen as section 299 clearly stated that FCT should be treated like any other state in all matters.

FCT is like any other state. The president is the Governor of the FCT state, while the FCT Minister acts on his behalf.

Have you asked yourself the equivalents of the certifications he obtained from these schools in comparison with the conventional qualifications that you know?

Incase you do not know, certification issued after attending the US Army War College is Msc equivalent, let alone the experiences he garnered as Governor of North Eastern States of Nigeria (that is the size of 6 states put together, today), Federal Commissioner for Petroleum Resources, General Officer Commanding, GOC, of the Army, Head of State, President etc..You can't buy such experiences from any store.

As per the leadership qualities Buhari has, I will tell you that he has high degree of result-orientation and he is a problem solver, as you'd see in the execution of key projects such as the 2nd Niger Bridge and the comprehensive rehabilitation works at the Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu.


Any smart person will see his ingenuity in the creation of the Anchor Borrowers' Scheme that raised Nigeria's annual rice production from less than 2mMT to around 6mMT per annum and revitalized more than 30 hitherto moribund fertilizer blending plants. You'd also find ingenuity in his Presidential Infrastructure Tax Credit Scheme that brought respite on critical roads such as the Onitsha-Awka-Enugu; Apapa-Oshodi-Oworoshoki Expressway; Bonny-Bodo Bridge etc.

The position of NSA isn't a war position it's a tactical and a very intelligent position, being a military person doesn't even make you more suitable to advice the president on issues of national security threat than a civilian who is a security expert.

Tinubu must redesign our military to be similar to the USA.

Pull military out of Abuja and raise DSS to become the highest security agency in the country.

For me the NSA should even be coming from DSS or NIA.

We have had military general as NSA back to back for over 10 years how has our security fared?

The military are trained for maximum force.

If I were the president I will reorganized the security council.

Each military unit will have a secretary which the military top chief reports to.

Have a NSA from a top intelligence unit.

Revamp DSS to focus on protection of the president and vvip personalities alone.

Reorganize police and turn the current police structure into state police.

Collapse the civil defense into state police.

Then established a federal intelligence agency which will be responsible for intelligence gathering and investigation of high profile cases, cyber crimes etc.

Unit custom and immigration into federal board guard.

Remove military completely from Abuja and the only people who should have access to the president should be civilians.


Revamp our laws to bar the military from having any dealings with any civilian and only to be used for maximum aggressive and force enemies.

Everything isn't about USA. The USA isn't among the safest place in the world. There is no law that prevents states from setting up community security systems to support the current system.
