PNomsule:It is simple. You have to look at the liabilities against whatever it is that make up his assets, including shares, liquidity, properties, goods etc. |
Never4getU:I agree with you completely. I had a contract with a client some years back, one which UBA provided APG for. UBA ended up messing up their side of the transaction and the matter escalated. My brother, I know the dodgy role Tony played despite knowing that UBA was responsible, in conjunction with the client, for failure of the project. I loose money sha...na God hand everything dey sha. I sincerely understand Mr. Otedola's angle. Tony is a massive capitalist...very insensitive while doing business. |
phorget:Most of the landscape in Enugu is undulating. You are either driving up a height or descending a valley. I used the road two weeks ago and last week from Awka through Amansea and Ugwuoba to an Airforce facility in Agbani. It is the zigzag nature of the road that makes it remarkable. It is an attraction and a landmark for the State. There such iconic roads elsewhere around the world. All roads no go dey straight....naim make steering dey motor na. |
IboHausaYoruba:Mtchewww. Onye nkogheri! |
ManWater:Abeg, Ronaldo is excellent but not the GOAT. |
insidelife22:And what is the meaning of the nonsense that you wrote? Do you expect the governor to fold his arms to the meaningless sit-at-home exercises? How does this positively improve things for Anambra people and the economy? The State Government is making quality gains from its efforts. Economic activities in Awka on Mondays have remained impressive and still improving. |
God1000:On the contrary, Buhari leaves remarkable legacies. Only the hateful and physically blind would argue otherwise. It is thank to Buhari that people can easily travel from Onitsha to Awka within 25minutes and from Awka to Enugu in less than an hour. It is thanks to Buhari that there is now a long overdue Second Niger Bridge in place. There are also other landmark projects such as the multibillion naira Bonny-Bodo Bridge in Rivers State; Lagos-Ibadan Expressway; Abuja-Kaduna-Kano Highway; Warri-Itakpe Railway; Lagos-Ibadan Railway; Calabar-Itu Highway; Apapa-Oshodi-Oworonshoki Expressway; Enugu-Okigwe-Port Harcourt Highway..... It is thanks to Buhari Nigeria's annual rice local production is now more than 6 million metric tonnes, as against less than 3 million metric tonnes before 2015. Go and check your records. There is the revitalization of more than 30 fertilizer blending plants. There is the significant upgrading and optimization of national airports. There is the remarkable electoral reforms. There are also outstanding results in the areas of Ease of Doing Business and Internal Revenue Generation, outside of crude sources, and on Security. The high cost of food items is not a Buhari design. Had states and regions, especially the Southsouth and Southeast, keyed substantially into Buhari's Agricultural Agenda, prices of food items wouldn't be as high as they currently are. Southern Nigeria has so much more to do in terms of investment in agriculture. Not much agricultural production was done in the Southern bloc of the country especially during the lengthy periods of insurgency in the North East, resulting in significant gaps in food production, thereby leading to skyrocketing food prices. This is in addition to the negative effects of the Russia-Ukraine war, which is driving cost of fuel products in the international market. So, I do not agree with you that Buhari has not done well. Your position does not appear constructive and balanced for me. Perhaps, you should be itemizing areas where the president do as much as expected, not coming out to make a blanket report of failure. |
loosecanon50:President of Agulu Umunnas Association....Lol. |
IfnobeGod20:In your narrow thinking, which is not any different from that of Onaiyekan, how do you sit at a place and conclude that someone rigged election? In law, isn't an accused deemed innocent until proven otherwise by a court of appropriate jurisdiction? So, what now is the basis for your long, empty epistle? What is the take away from Onaiyekan's remark? As far as any intelligible mind is concerned, Onaiyekan is just being unnecessarily paranoid and unreasonable. Peter Obi was his candidate in the last election and has lost. Onaiyekan is being emotional. There were others from the Labour Party that won elections, even at the expense of sitting governors. What nonsense are you and Onaiyekan advocating? Must Peter Obi win for everyone to believe that the election was credible? Obi couldn't have won Tinubu. I said it here severally. You can investigate. This is the presidency of the most populous black people in the world that we are talking about. Tinubu has religious balance working for him as against an Obi that is clearly a bigot. Forget what you see on Tv and read in the papers. Obi is a huge part of the Catholicization and Anglicanization of Anambra. All that became rife and institutionalized under him. For you to govern Anambra, you have to be a Catholic; and the Deputy Governor has to be Anglican. Asking that or advocating that election winners be prevented from being sworn in until court issues are sorted out is like asking the court to now determine true winners of elections on their own. What will now be the mandate or usefulness of INEC when their declarations could just be swept by the courts, almost immediately after they are made? Abeg, make you and Onaiyekan go sidon, you think this is about being a Cardinal? This is not religion that we are discussing. We are talking something more complex. |
Feintline:Lol! E still dey pain this one say Tinubu win... Tinubu no even sabi say you dey exist. |
gasparpisciotta:The manner in which some of you talk is shameful, including Bishop Onaiyekan. Have you been part of any preparations for any election petition before? Do you know how rigorous the process is? The simple understanding to the effect that the law abhors vacuum should tell anyone that any winner declared ought to be sworn while the case continues in court? If the court can stop the inauguration of an elected public officer after declaration by INEC, even without exhausting all facts of the matter, what then is the job of INEC? We could as well allow the courts to conduct elections in Nigeria, make INEC rest sef. Is it because Tinubu won that all of you now became Senior Advocates of Nigeria? |
Zonefree:Mtchewww. What is wrong with giving credit to Mrs Dabiri? With how much dignity are returnee Nigerians being treated in the past? Have you ever heard of dignity package before? Let's even look at the response time for attending to issues affecting Nigerians in the diaspora? Oga, Mrs Dabiri deserves all the accolades for redefining how government gives attention to the welfare of her diasporan citizens. Her ingenuity and sheer intellectual power are almost solely responsible for the metamorphosis of a mere diasporan office in the presidency into a full fledged Commission. |
Badgers14:Every office get essence. It is about the person occupying the office and the resources available at their disposal to function. |
aariwa:Lol. Your president indeed. Oga, Ghana, Kenya, Benin cannot not even overtake Lagos state in the next 50 years, let alone Nigeria. So, stop talking like a child. Nigeria is one of the greatest and most blessed countries in the world. Like all countries, we have our inadequacies, but we can't be compared to Ghana, Kenya and Benin. It is just like comparing Nigeria to the United States on account of the high rate of gun violence, moral decadence and drug abuse there. Nigeria is getting better. We are seeing it in our infrastructures, policies, reforms and institutions. Nigeria's elections have become more credible than in the past. It is makes no sense to decry the outcome of an election as incredible because your Candidate did not emerge. If the LP is saying that the election was incredible, then all its candidates who won seats in the State Assembly, House of Representatives, Senate and Governorship elections, should reject their victories on this account. They have to take a blanket stance, a uniform position, as a political party. Let me tell you, this is the election where we are seeing three political parties having significant representations in the legislature, as against the usual dominance by two political parties. I am from Anambra state, and I can tell you emphatically that Obi's win is not what defines or underscores credible elections. That is nonsensical. What outstanding developments did Obi bring as Anambra governor? Could he bring about a New Anambra in 8 years? Incase you do not know, Obi exemplifies divisive religious politics and mediocrity in governance. Go and check the roads that were constructed while he was serving as governor - outright lackluster and shabby roads, and a monumental waste of hard-earned resources. |
uzohrome:Correct! President of Agulu People's Forum, abi na Agulu Progressive Union? Lol! |
Tntsi:You mean a new Nigeria just like the new Anambra he created abi? Make una rest abeg, na person wey no sabi Peter Obi una go dey tell those nonsense. I be full time Anambra man.. |
kettykin:It was reported that Buhari moved into the Defence House on April 24, 2015. Today, which is the 26th of April 2023, two days later that Buhari did during his time, Tinubu is seen as being in a rush.... |
IyaebeTheGreat:What are even saying? Mtchewww. |
Ihateheadslamer:Who dash am. Orji is not good enough for the position. |
You should get yourself treated urgently before you die from hate. |
Illuminatiship:There is no sense in what you are saying. How does the Certificate belong to Obi? Did he win any election? If Obi and LP are serious that INEC is partial in the elections, they should denounce all the Senate, HoR, State Assembly and Governorship seats in which INEC adjudged its candidates winners. Obi and LP are just wasting their time. |
BrotherSade:Akuko! E no even fit lace Chuba Okadigbo shoes for South east political history. Dave Umahi pass well well. |
BrotherSade:Akuko! |
Megabig:Nothing concern pastor for there.. Abi pastor use rope tie her for the marriage ni... |
Ihateheadslamer:Consider your left ball lost as I am more than ready to pay for the Asiwaju Jagaban of the Universe. |
kapelvej:See mugu... Buhari contest election? How did he loose Kastina? Dem born anybody well to win Buhari for Kastina wey him dey contest...you want him to descend so low to compell his people to vote Tinubu or manipulate the result as Obasanjo will do, and as Wike did? Go and check presidential elections results since 1999. Even when Obasanjo disgraced Ojukwu in all the states of the Southeast, e fit try am for Kastina? Buhari is Nigeria's best president incase you don't know. Travel from Awka to Onitsha or Awka to Enugu, you will understand. Only the Second Niger Bridge alone is a massive signature achievement in one region alone... |
concho:I wish na woman fit be my problem now, naim be say I no get any problem. What do you mean by 'you promised yourself say you go marry person wey you disvirgin'? Na you sabi o, if you wan live or die, na your hand e dey. But that girl go finish you. Go mark am! No one treats you the way she does bla bla bla...how many women you don meet before? |
Elmojiid:Mtchewww. Overlook what? |
stopthecycle:Wetin be your problem? What is taboo about brothers getting married to two sisters... Abeg, go talk to the young lady jare. What do you mean by people telling you it is taboo? Are those people chief priests of deities? |
otuomasirichi:Nothing works in the APC yet Adeyemi is a Senator and Ocheni a Minister. So, anytime someone is not favoured APC becomes useless? Must it be Abubakar Audu's son? Him papa never govern Kogi before? What exactly is your point? Na youths like you, politicians dey use. Buhari government has achieved tremendously. Just go from Awka to Onitsha or Awka to Enugu, and you'd understand how much has been done to assuage the sufferings of the masses on our roads. You need to go and see what is going on, on the Bonny-Bodo Bridge project, Second Niger Bridge, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway etc. Massive rigging how? What then will you call elections conducted under the PDP where votes difference between the top two contenders were usually in excess of 10million? Abeg, shift! You no get wetin to talk. |
greatiyk4u:Wife and mama no fit be mate! I agree with you totally. Mother is supernatural. If you know you know. |
laiperi:Na novice you be for this kind matter? Make village people hear say you dey around, make dey come allow you rest abi? E be like say nobody from your village don dey dey government before, make you see as village people dey swam around them.... Village na the last place to think of to go rest if you be known politician. If dem go abroad, no security, very tiny number of aides, if you like sef you fit go alone. My guy, politics no be joke o. Person fit just slump and die o. The waka waka and sleeplessness no be here o. |
