Please back to the Gerber, does it mean we cannot mix it with any other thing, just direct from the bottle. I bought one, chicken puree bla bla, i want to mix it with maybe mashed potato or extremely soft noodles for her. she is 7 months. I hope it will be okay. what do you think?

Hi Ufe, I think it is a bit late for tying of tummy o. it should have been done immediately after you had your baby. Maybe exercise will work.

Hi babes... Well for me I tied mine with wrapper, day n night for over 2 weeks, immediately I gave birth I started tieing . In fact that first month was not easy o, but if u see me now enh, u won't even believe I gave birth. Anyways what I can advise is sit-ups for the tummy. Just in case the tieing does not work. I don't believe in girdles anyways.

Well i guess you did not boil it enough to get out the oil. you need to boil it till you begin to see a clear water-like substance, looks like g/oil.

Depending on if u had a normal delivery or a cs...I had a normal delivery and I tied my tummy like immediately after, with wrapper. But I think if it is a cs you will have to wait till you are certified ok by your doctor

3. The Governor promised to give twenty relatives of the bride, Annie Macaulay, who is an Akwa Ibom daughter, return tickets to Dubai to attend the wedding. The entire cost of these return tickets came down to just N3 million. Was that enough for such pent up fury?

4. On the donation of N6 million to the state chapter chairmen of the Peoples Democratic Party at Port Harcourt, in the 2013 budget, there is a provision for Hospitality, Grants and Donations by the Governor under Section 467/169. This provision is not peculiar to Akwa Ibom State; it is an intrinsic part of all government budgets in the world. How leaders decide on donations is not subject to legislative scrutiny or control, just as the legislature does not control how the provision for the security vote is spent.

Concerning the donation of N230 million (N10 million per state) by twenty-three PDP states for developmental projects in Mr President’s immediate community, the projects involved included cancer diagnostic centre, nursery school, primary school, secondary school, skill acquisition centre, hostel for NYSC youths posted to Bayelsa, and a deanery for prayers. All those who are upset about this donation have the option to channel their own donations towards the building of shrines, or even to Satan.

There are also issues with the Governor saying that he “once gave a cash gift of N10m to the national Under-17 football team, the Golden Eaglets, for beating Mali in a first leg African Under-17 Championship qualifier in Calabar last November.” Not true! Governor Akpabio met the kids a few weeks earlier at Abuja Airport and on interaction learnt of their financial handicap in prosecuting major competitions outside Nigeria. He pledged N10 million support to the team and redeemed same at Calabar after the team’s match with Mali.

Grate ur coconut like you would do if you are making coconut rice, put water and sieve it just like u would do for coconut rice. Put it in a bowl or basin depending on the quantity of water u have, keep overnight or maybe till like noon the next day, by then you would notice whitish stuff on the surface while the water settles. With a spoon, take that whitish stuff and put in a pot, put it on fire and allow to boil. While boiling, you will notice it becoming clear, you might think it is water, but it isn't, it's the oil. You can be straining it gradually till it becomes dry. If you don't strain the oil out while boiling, it will boil till it gets dry n useless to you.

Whew, hope I have been descriptive enough.

To get a lot of oil, use like 5 or 6 coconuts. Did mine like January n I have not used up to half of the oil.

gunuvi: To get your coconut oil, visit www.sebsicoconuts.com or call 07026015480 and ull get it asap.

Alternatively, you can make your coconut oil at home, by yourself if you have the time and you will be sure nothing was added to it. I made mine myself, had someone grate the coconut for me though.

The palm wine worked wonders for me o. I don't think it has to do with cs or anything cos I had normal birth and my milk did not flow for about 3 days.
