eamon skin: Hope is found in despair.there can neva be hope without total despair,in our time of despair there is hope and in our time of hope there is despair.they say hope is hard 2 find in despair but despair is easy 2 find in hope.hope exist as a very thin line dat only wen u take time 2 luk closely dat u see dat there is hope.in life the eye sees manytins bt recognise sumtins.d spirit sees hope while d body feels fear.our fear is nt despair bt we feel fear in our despair.many pple in the bible xperienced despair, pple lik Job,ELIJAH and David.bt in all wat they went through they always called on God 2 see them through.in despair depression is inevitable,so pray n b hopefulPublishing a story with shorthand notations in a public forum is already a minus for you. Take your time type words correctly...even your spellings are poor...don't be in a haste to express yourself. Also your first 5 lines is a typical example of tautology...avoid repeating yourself and go straight to the point...most readers aren't patient enough, so when you begin to beat around the bush, instead of hitting the nail on the head, they'll just dump your story for a much better one. I believe you can do much better. Good luck. |
Learn to be creative...don't copy and past someone else's poem. If you must copy, do it logically and constructively. As for the poem...its nice but if the truth be told, it looks very childish and irritating considering the purpose it was created for. A poem on flooding in the country where lives and properties were lost, should be emotional...able to bring tears on the eyes of the readers. This poem looks more like a rap music lyrics...no iota of mourning in the lines. My advise...try re-editing the lines, and see what you can come up with. I'm sure you've got the talent in you... Good luck. |
Nigerians are generally religious fanatics. Most people use religion as a camouflage to hide their miserable and pathetic lifestyle...so when next you come across a lady you love, I would suggest that you avoid falling for her religious deceit...look beyond her religious mask in order to find out who she really is. Good luck. |
I believe she has indirectly dumped you...also I'm surprised you're still unable to read the reality in her words. She's 25 for christ sake, and ripe for marriage...it must have dawned on her that dating you is a waste of time, because it would lead to nowhere and also because you're just 21, and probably haven't achieved anything in life. My advise is that you focus on your future and forget about her...she's way of your limits... |
Excellent...its so sad that MOGs of our days have turned christianity into something else. ![]() I wonder why they can't learn from the life christ lived when he was on earth. ![]() But all the same, the poem was nice...I enjoyed it. ![]() |
IbroSaunks: It's utter crap for me from Akwa-Ibom. My legs hurt like crazy and i'm not even done with registration!Eyah sorry |
Nice |
Nope I won't cos I don't think I would have time to start answering silly questions (no thanks to their atheist friends) during our family devotion. Joshua 1:8. Says train up a child in the way he should grow so when he grows up, he won't depart from it. As a parent, its my responsibility to bring up my child in way of the lord... |
adahib: loving this... exactly what I would do.I hope they die by the electric chairElectric chair won't work...cos there's no light in Edo state. |
Considering the degree of crimes they committed, I feel death is a fair judgment. Adams is right, you can't grant such people leniency. If we're to make this nation a better place, then we must uphold the law. |
darefestus: I'm on my way there by road and boy its hectic..But we will survive.I wish you safe journey...don't worry, its well. |
Naijafamily: do u knw what it means having only one child? No husband? Taking risk? Been matured in risk taking? LAW OF RISK STATES THAT: U should take a risk that u can afford only. if na ur only pikin as a widow, u go gree am go?He's old enough to take his own decisions. You musn't fall back to your parents every now and then. Would his mum marry a girl for him, would she give him a job, would she pay his bills? That he's the only child musn't stop him from thinking like a matured adult. |

Cool Kizzy: Mr. Crazyman, i respect the fact that you are mod here but that also does not include modifying my posts because it corrected your mistake, and you even modified it and failed to correct calling Umunya a local government thereby confusing people. Imagine someone coming to Onitsha park to tell a tout he is going to umunya local government. The rest of the story will be history.Ok...you've proved your point. I guess I incidently called it a local government. Incase you don't know, I'm also from Anambra state, and I'm based there...I know the area inside out. So don't make a big deal out of nothing... |
ekko: My sister was posted to Adamawa too. She travelled this morning from Kaduna, I just called her and she has arrived camp.Thank God for journey mercies. |
Logicboy03: I am very bible literate, you liar. Why the hate...he called for a debate, everyone should air their opinions. Why are you atheist always so bitter...if you talk to him calmly, would it remove anything from you? |
melojames: Pls i need road map from asaba, Delta to CampI'm sure that there might be a direct bus from Asaba to Awka. But if you're unable to find one, then go from Asaba to Onitsha, from Onitsha, take a bus to Awka, then stop at umunya. Safe journey. |
abiolag: Pls I have a sister who has been posted to Anambra but she has been crying ever since because she heard that there are snakes in d camp and u can't kill themIts not true. |

Linmax: @ Crazy man, can I get a direct bus from beni to awka cos someone told me I can but I don't know how true is it.From benin, take a bus to Awka...stop at umunya...the camp is on the road. And the road is under construction, so they would stop you on the left hand side...so you cross to the other side and face the camp...usually, there are bike men who would take you inside the main camp. Now from the camp gate to the main camp is a hell of a work, so avoid coming at night cos you might have problems going into the camp. The camp is nice...its old though, but there is light, there is water, there are solar panels for back up. The hostels are fair enough, iron bunk beds with foams to place upon them. There are mango trees, cashew trees, paw paw trees etc, so if you're into fruits, its gonna be a hell of fun for you. Lest I forget...you have a market...is called manny market, where you can get all sort of necessities. And finally there is no bank in ununya, so come with enough cash...and also avoid coming out of the camp, everything you need is inside there...coming out would be punishment considering the long distance. Good luck. |
okpara ugo: Has anyone won the aeroplane MTN promised giving to a lucky subscriberYea I'm really curious about their airplane scam...its obvious that no one has one the ghost plane yet. Mtn = Maximum Thieves Nationwide ![]() |
