Christianity EtcRe: "A Christian Masquerade" by CrazyMan(m): 5:41am On Nov 11, 2012
Matthew 6:24.  No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Joshua 24:15.  And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord

Make up your mind on who your true lord and master is...cos God hates lukewarmness.
Christianity EtcRe: Traditional Marriage And Church Marriage by CrazyMan(m): 6:13pm On Nov 10, 2012
teeo: Traditional marriage to me just means an approval from the parents of the bride and payment of dowry to the brides family. This alone to me qualifies as being married. Why then must a man not be allowed to sleep with his wife after that has been done.

What gives the church the sole right to make a man and woman husband and wife. I believe that as long as the parents of the bride have handed her over to you, she becomes yours.

Aside the issue of church blessing, church marriage is a mere formality.
Very true.
Christianity EtcRe: Which Sin Do You Think Is The Easiest To Commit? by CrazyMan(m): 6:06pm On Nov 10, 2012

Christianity EtcRe: Fornication Is Not A Sin by CrazyMan(m): 3:54am On Nov 10, 2012
Kenneth4u205: Am tired of pastors calling everything a sin.maybe the are too shy to walk up to a lady, hence the called it a sin.why should God give me big penis and expect me not to use it.it does'nt make sense.why should God put that urge and desire for female in me and then expect me not to respond to it.it does'nt make sense.why should God creat a woman in the first instant?.imaging the soft breast, hip, curves, lips etc.all this was created for my pleasure by God.so it is a sin to ignore the creations of God,hence a sin not to fornicate.so go out there and fornicate as much as possible!!!
You need help seriously....so because you have a big d1ck, you feel you must savour every female that comes across your path...where is your dignity?

Christianity EtcRe: Arise Sir Logicboy: Knight Of Atheism by CrazyMan(m): 10:15pm On Nov 09, 2012
Logicboy03: I first lost my belief in God (the christian god) through slavery which I will go into further.
Would you mind shedding more light on what you mean by slavery?

Logicboy03: However, the main reason for the non-existence of god is the lack of evidence for him.
You must be specific on the kind of evidence you're looking for.

Judging from your posts on Nairaland, its right for me to conclude that you had a very weak christian background. Therefore, it would be very difficult for you to understand certain issues that were being made in the bible.

I understand your quest for knowledge, therefore I would advise that you lower your guard on the evidence issue and take your time to look properly into the reality of the bible.

If you're expecting God to appear from heaven and say hey logic boy here I am, then you'd wait till eternity cos God doesn't work that way.

If you've made up your mind that he doesn't exist, then there's no way he'd exist in your world...so like I stated earlier, lay down your guard...open up your heart...let go the early christianity where all forms of cruel practices was at its peak, and make up your mind to know who this God is.

Logicboy03: Furthermore, the religions I know all have paradoxical and self-refuting gods. They claim that god is omnipotent (but can he make a rock that he can not move?) god is omniscient (why would such a god test people's faith?) etc.
This is where I would have to cut in....you can't judge a religion from what you read on the internet.

You claim to have knowledge of all these religions, question what's the level of commitment you have with them?

There's a difference between I've read about America therefore I can say that America is an immoral nation, and I've been to America and I can say that not all of them are immoral.

Unless you commit yourself to a religion, you can never know what it entails
Christianity EtcRe: Questions? Comments? Complaints? Talk To The Moderators Here by CrazyMan(m): 5:41pm On Nov 09, 2012
Logicboy03: To be honest, Maclatunji is an okay guy when you dont talk about religion with him. His problems are;

a) He thinks his religion is perfect

b) He was probably raised to think like that

c) He hasnt had people in real life that have really talked about the negative side of his religion in real life.
True he's a very nice guy...I've come across his posts severally on the family section.

Problem is he takes his religion so personal....I guess you pointed some important facts.

@Jesoul
Jesoul dear...how about the muskeeto that torments us here daily...its 6 months now and nothing has been done...any hope for that insecticide I requested for? grin wink

omotola1: I‘m usually very amazed when people tell me they had their first boy/girl friend in secondary school.
As for me, my first love experience (1st girl friend) was in the University (200L to be precised).
When did you start your own very first love affair?
Was it in Secondary school, University, after University (NYSC)?
Surprisingly, i have a friend that started hers after NYSC.
You may not believe, but it‘s true.
When did you start yours?
Today you're a male, tomorrow, you're a female...do you happen to have gender issues? undecided
